The duty of a servant of King is that he does not perform any act that is indiscreet. At the same time, the king should not ask the  court servant/kingdom employee the indecent job as cleaning excreta. If the person designated for cleaning excreta is not present then the King should perform the act of cleaning himself and not ask the servant not designated for. However, it is also said that if need is so important , the  high servant should clean the excrete of the king .

Translation-
(Shukra Niti Second Chapter Yuvrajadi Lakshan, 255-256)
The greatness for a state employee is that the employee does not tell the weakness of the co-employee before the king. The greatness of the king is that he does not hear the weakness of an employee by the other employee.  If a high management state official does not understand the benefits or hams of the king that state officer is called the enemy or non-friend of the King.
Chief Executive Officer stop Backbiting /Gossiping in the Organization:-
The CEO must know that gossiping or backbiting in the organizations happens because gossip /backbiting help three main objectives – informational, interpersonal and emotional (2)
Gossiping or backbiting is a way of valued source of information for those managers that do not trust the formal way of communication/information and is common way of getting important information about the social system too.

Many times, backbiting /gossiping serves to release the anger
Most of the time, Gossiping /backbiting help, to surface the interpersonal conflict
.  In fact, the backbiting /gossiping in the system weakens the system in the organization. Gossiping/backbiting is nothing but self –fulfilling prophecy. Gossiping /backbiting weaken the trust in the organization.
The CEO must stop backbiting and gossiping in the organization.
By building the trust is the way to stop backbiting /gossiping.
Building skill or competency is the enemy of backbiting/gossiping .Therefore the CEO must build the skill/competency in the organization .

For the ministers and secretary, the king is the most respected and venerable. After the King, the prince is respectable. After the prince, the chief statesman, and other statesmen are respectable. After them, the other assistants of the above officers are respectable. The commander of ten thousand solders is also respectable and the head of one thousand solders is too respectable

Importance of the Chain of Command and Authority in the organization:
In small organization or in middle organization the chain of command and authority is required but usually, there is flexibility in such organizations. However, in military or in big government or private organizations, the structure rules enhance the functioning of the organization
The chain of command is the line of authority and responsibilities along with order passing chain too.  .
The lower cadre staff should respect their higher officers and take orders as per the authorities designated to  the higher authorities.
In big organization, the rank and their ordering authority should be in written form.
