 The best paid employee should have following qualities-
Truthful
Having sound character
Satisfactory family background
Satisfactory wealth as per position (debtless)
 Innocent family background (no criminal background)
Good behaviour
Good Action oriented
Enthusiastic
Devoted to master by mind, talks, intellect and actions
Soft spoken
Satisfied whatever salary is there (no greed)
Skilful action orientation
Industries /hard worker
Helpful and does not harm
Sensitive to the crimes of master and father
Inspires master to take the right path
Does not interfere in the matters of master
Does not speak /show the secrets of the master
Does the right job immediately and waits for taking  bad action
Does not watch bad points of master’s wife and master’s friends and friends
Respects the wife, friends and sons of master as does respect of master
Does not boost his/her laurels
Does not create fractions among master’s family members, friends and relatives
Does not desire to take other’s wealth (Greedless)
Happy nature
 Puts up dress given by master
Spends as per income
Controls on senses
Tells the bad habits of master to the master in alone 
If those characters are not with employee that employee is not the best employee

Proud/egoistic
Habitual Liar
Habitually, sees negative points 
Insulted in past
Harsh or cruel
Hurts by words
Enemy lover/server
Revenge taker
Angry by nature /short tempered
Does not believe in religion or god

 The organization should see that it does not appoint such employees those are having above bad qualities.

Analyse the proofs, truth and lie , and due to unavailability of proofs , he should use fire for decision.
The judiciary officer should inform the King about judiciary related  relevancy of profs, guessing and custom .
The duties of Pundit is to inform the King  whether the people are following righteous action or customs or not . Pundit  should also inform the King the rules or customs those are against Shastras.

 Job Responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer –
 The Chief Financial Officer is the organization is the heist positioned executive in finance and account department of an organization.
Major responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer are –
The Chief Financial Officer tracks financial details including cash flow and expenses and incoming cash.
 The Chief Financial Officer should have leadership qualities.
The Chief Financial Officer should have knowledge of operation in the organization
The Chief Financial Officer should plan the financial details related to all departments and should have budget for each department
The Chief Financial Officer should control the financial aspects of each department
The Chief Financial Officer should be part of total strategies of the organization.
The Chief Financial Officer should have clear idea about changes happening in the country and outside the country
The Chief Financial Officer should inform the necessary financial details or summery periodically as decided to the CEO and should advice to the CEO accordingly.

The Amatya should have knowledge of   unoccupied farms /field or unploughed field. The Amatya should know about receipt of  land tax, yearly  capital punishment on criminals yearly basis .  The Amatya should have knowledge of grains produced in famrs and the production of forests. The minister should have knowledge of wealth received from death of land owners, official lootings and capital punishment on thieves. He should give total details of the above income.

Translation
The king should have same emotion for all employees or his own staff. King should not lets come up more than he deserves (that becomes challenge for the Kingdom). On all top osts , the King should appoint three top officers in administration, one wise as top most officers and other two as his deputies. Then watching the capabilities, within three to ten years, the King should rotate the positions of officers. No officer should be there for one position for long. Analysing the capabilities the position should be changes of each officer. Because by getting power, person become arrogant . Therefore according to ability there should be job transfer. When a person become over qualifies or more than capabilities that officer should be transferred. If the son of any officer is capable, he should be put on the position of father.

Translation –
If an employee becomes extra skilled or does high performance or gets expert that employee should be promoted at higher position. When the employee becomes total expert he should be promoted as head of department. When there is more work at that point, the employees should be more as per work load or there should be one skilled person than non-skilled workers. .

 CEO (Chief Executive Officer) should have right  procedure for promoting the employees and should be informed all employees.
Usually following criteria is fixed for promoting the employees-
Experience in Job tenure
High performances levels in recent reviews
Improved skill than the required one or employee enhanced the skill while in present job .
Self-Motivating and capable for sustaining changes  in new position
