                Diplomatic Relation of Mahipati Shah with Mughal / Mogul Empire

            There is no record available about relationship between Garhwal King and Mughal, Mogul or Moghul Empire. There is mention of Shyam Shah in Mogul memories but not of Mahipati Shah. Mogul Empire died in 1627 and Shahjahan was crowned. Shahjahan was ambitious in expanding his rule all over India. However, Shahjahan was busy in other solutions and did not have any remarkable interaction with Garhwal King.

                     Characteristics of Garhwal King Mahipati Shah
          Less is known about Mahipati Shah barring mention in Gadhrajvansh Kavya by Maularam.
  According to Maularam, Mahipati Shah was a brave, strong built, highly ambitious, strong willpower King. Mahipati Shah tried expansion of his rule in all direction though his brave commanders.
  Mahipati Shah was knowledgeable in searching and appointing suitable commanders and subordinates.
 He had relations with many women. He used to enjoy the company of prostitutes and music.
         The Maletha canal building by Madho Singh shows that there was sense of social causes in his rule among political powerful personalities.
 It is said that he offered statues in a couple of temples.
Mahipati Shah was strong believer of Vammargi rituals.

            Queen Karnavati as Nakkati, Nak Katti, Nak Katati Rani

             At the time of death of Garhwal King Mahipati Shah, his son Prithvi Pati Shah was seven years old as heir apparent. Therefore, a queen of Mahipati Shah took over the administration. The Historians as Atkinson, Valtan, Raturi, Patiram,  Rahul and Bhakta Darshan did not mention of queen Karnavati. However, Badshahnama by Abdul Hameed Lahori, Massir– al –Umara mention the name of a queen Nak Katti or Nak Katai Rani and her Muslim commander Dost Beg. Nak Katti or Nak Katai rani means that queen chops nose of enemy or criminals. There is mention of Maharani Mata Karnavati in old manuscript ‘Sanwari Granth9 Tantra- Mantra manuscript) and was kept in dynastic collection of  Thakur Shur Beer Singh of Purana Darbar of Tehri.
 William and Atkinson and other mention maharani Karnavati as queen of Ajboo Kunwar and those statements are wrong (Ajy S. Rawat).

 There is a copper plate inscription issued by Karnavati (1640) that states that Maharani Karnavati offered land of a village Hat to Hatwal Brahmins. Madho Singh Bhandari has been refereed as witness of the offering. This copper plate suggests that Madho Singh did die not in time of Mahipati Shah (1635) and Chhota Chini(Tibet)   attack happened after 1635 to 1640.
               Commander Dost Beg of Karnavati queen
Massir– al –Umara mentions that queen had a brave, devoted commander Dost Beg. It seems that Dost beg became powerful commander after death of Lodi Rikhola, Madho Singh and Banvari Das Tunwar. Dost Beg was also commander of Garhwal King Mahipati Shah.
                       Opportunity for Mughal Rule

 When Mahipati Shah died around 1635 Shahjahan and his regional commander in Meerut Kirodi Mirza saw an opportunity to capture Doon Valley. Kirodi Mirza the local commander of Meerut   Emperor Shahjahan had everlasting ambition to take Kailagarh fort under Mughal rule. However, it was not possible for Mughal to attack on Garhwal in the time of Mahipati Shah.
 Mahipati Shah Capturing Sirmaur Region of Dehradun

               Mahipati Shah captured Kainigarh (Kalsi) and Viratgarh of Dehradun from Sirmaur (Himachal) Kingdom. The Sirmaur King Karma Prakash requested his friend Mughal Emperor Shahjahan to help to free Kalsi and Viratgarh from Garhwal Kingdom. However, due to various factors, Mughal Emperor Shahjahan could not help Sirmaur King. Karmprakash died around 1654.
   Sirmaur King Mandhata the son of Karmaprakash requested Mughal Emperor Shahjahan to help him in getting Kainigarh (Kalsi ) and Viratgarh free from Garhwal after the death of Mahipati Shah.
  Shahjahan saw an opportunity to capture Garhwal after death of Mahipati Shah.

      'गढ़वाली भाषा अर साहित्य कि विकास जात्रा ' गढ़वाली साहित्य मा एक मील स्तंभ च।

                आज विशेष्यगुं जमानु च, बड़ी जनसंख्या कि भाषाइ  साहित्य मा इतिहास विशेषज्ञ ही वीं भाषा साहित्य लिखणा छन । पर गढ़वाळि भाषा साहित्य मा बहुविधायी साहित्यकार ही तैं साहित्य बि रचण पड़द अर समालोचना -इतिहास बि खुज्याण पोड़द। गढ़वाली कवितावली बिटेन अब तलक इनी होणु च। श्री संदीप रावत एक कवि बि छन अर गढ़वाळी साहित्यौ समालोचक अर इतिहासकार बि छन।  या पोथी सदीप जीक परिश्रम अर टक्क लगैक काम करणो एक उदाहरण च।
गढ़वाळि  कवितावली से गढ़वाळि  कवियूं समालोचना अर  जीवन चरित्रो पवाण लग।  सन 1975 तक अधिकांशत: गढ़वाली साहित्यौ इतिहास अर आलोचना हिंदी मा ही ह्वे।  सन 1975 मा छपीं 'गाड़ म्यटेकि गंगा ' से भग्यान अबोध बंधु बहुगुणा जीन गढ़वाळि गद्य कु इतिहास अर समालोचना गढ़वाळि मा लिखणै आधिकारिक पवाण (शुरवात ) लगाइ।  सन 1980 मा अबोध जीन 'शैलवाणी' मा  आधुनिक गढ़वाळि  कवितौं ऐतिहासिक समालोचना की पवाण लगाइ।  फिर हिंदी मा डा अनिल डबराल की पोथी 'गढ़वाली गद्य की परम्परा ', डा कोटनाला की 'गढ़वाली काव्य का उद्भव '; अंग्रेजी मा भीष्म कुकरेतीन  इंटरनेट मा आधुनिक गढ़वाली का हरेक विधा कु  साहित्यौ अर किताबुं समलोचना  अर रचनाकारों क जीवन चरित्र पर हजार से बिंडि  लेख छपिन। इनी भीष्म कुकरेतीन गढ़वाळि मा 'अंग्वाळ ' पोथी मा 200 से अधिक कवियों कृतित्व पर इतिहास सम्मत भूमिका लेखि। गढ़वाली भाषा मा वीरेंद्र पंवार की समालोचना पोथी 'बीं'  गढ़वाळि समालोचना का वास्ता एक मील स्तम्भ च। युं समालोचकुं कार्य प्रशंसनीय च स्तुतीय च।  किन्तु हरेक कार्य अलग अलग विधा (गद्य या कविता ) कु इतिहास  समालोचना बतांद।  भीष्म कुकरेतीन सबि  विधाओं कु इतिहास ल्याख अर समलोचना कार किन्तु कुकरेती कु काम केवल इंटरनेट तक सीमित च अर फिर इंटरनेट की अपनी कमजोरी हूंद । इनी डा गुणा नंद जुयाल , डा गोविन्द चातक अर डा हरी दत्त भट्ट शैलेशन गढ़वाली भाषा विज्ञान कु काम मा अपणु अविषमरणीय योगदान दे.
       संदीप रावत पहला इन साहित्यकार छन  जौन एकी किताब मा समग्र रूप से गढ़वाली भाषा मा सबि विधाओं जन कि भाषा -विज्ञानं , पद्य, काव्य , कथा , व्यंग्य , व्यंगय चित्र, चिट्ठी पतरी , समालोचना जन विधाओं कु  इतिहास इकबटोळ कार,  समालोचना ल्याख। याने कि संदीप जी आधिकारिक रूप से पैला साहित्यकार छन जौन सबि विधाओं कु क्रिटिकल हिस्ट्री ऑफ़ गढ़वाली की पोथी 'गढ़वाली भाषा अर साहित्य कि विकास जात्रा ' गढ़वाली भाषा मा छाप। श्री रावत की जथगा बि बड़ै करे जावु कम पोड़ल। भाषा विज्ञान कु तजबिजु बि यीं कालजयी किताब मा मिल जांद।
         भाषा इतिहास खुज्याण मा रावत जीक परिश्रम एर नीयत कु परिचय साफ़ मिल जांद जब हम तैं गढ़वाली भाषा का सन चौदहवीं सदी से लेकि अब तलक का सबि मील स्तंभुं  सूचना यीं  ऐतिहासिक किताब से मिलदी।  इनी भाषा का समय समय पर बदल्यांद रूपों ब्याख्या अर उदाहरण बतांद कि संदीप जीन कथगा परिश्रम करी होलु। 
किताब माँ साहित्य समुचित कालखंडो मा बंटे गे अर हरेक विधा तैं महत्व दिए गे इलै इ मी बुलणु छौं कि गढ़वाली साहित्य कु ऐतिहासिक -समलोचना की या पैली समग्र किताब च।
'गढ़वाली भाषा अर साहित्य कि विकास जात्रा ' किताब से पता चल्द कि गढ़वालीन कै हिसाबन अर कौं परिस्थिति मा अपण रूप -स्वरुप बदल। शब्द असल मा समय कु ज्ञान दींदन अर इं  किताब से हम तैं अंथाज लग जांद कि कै समय पर गढ़वाल मा कैं संस्कृति अर भाषा कु अधिक प्रभाव  रै होलु।
              असल मा समालोचनात्मक इतिहास लिखण अपण आप मा भौति कठण काम च।  यदि इतिहासकार हावी ह्वे जावो तो पुस्तक नीरस व संदर्भ पुस्तक साबित ह्वे जांद अर यदि विवेचना जादा हो तो ऐतिहासिकता पर धक्का लगणो डौर रौंद। संदीप जीन एक सामंजस्य रैखिक काम करी।
                 समालोचनात्मक इतिहास कु लिख्वारौ समिण कथगा ही दुविधा आंदन। जन कि भौत दैं इन किताब मा इतिहास साधारण ह्वे जांद अर समालोचना समग्र रौंद  या इतिहास समग्र रूप से विकास बथान्द किन्तु समालोचना खंडों मा खंडित ह्वे जांद या कै काल मा समालोचना कु आधार याने आइना अलग त हैंक कालखंड मा समलोचना कु आधार ही बदल जांद ।  संदीप जीन हमेशा ख़याल राख कि ऐतिहासिक तथ्य ही समालोचना का आधार बणन। समग्र ऐतिहासिक समालोचना संदीप  जीक खासियत च। 
कबि कबि समालोचक इन साहित्यकार की छ्वीं लगाँद जौं तैं पारम्परिक आलोचक जादा महत्व नि  दींदन।  संदीप जीन भौत सा इन   साहित्यकारुं तैं समिण लैन जौंक कार्य महत्वपूर्ण छौ पर हमार समालोचकोंन यूं साहित्यकारूं अणजाण मा अवहेलना कार। जन कि कथाकार  भग्यान काली प्रसाद घिल्डियाल अर  बृजेन्द्र नेगी या गीतकार विष्णु दत्त जुयाल तैं समालोचकुंन उथगा महत्व नि दे जथगा की यो साहित्य्कार हकदार छा।  संदीप जीन इन साहित्यकारो तैं यथोचित महत्व दे।
कला लम्बी हूंद अर जीवन छुटु  इलै ही इतिहास अर समालोचना असल मा मौलिक ह्वेइ नि सकद अर इतिहासकार -समालोचक तैं रिकॉर्डों याने पुराण आख्यानो कु  आसरा लीण आवश्यक हूंद। संदीप रावत जीन अवश्य ही अफु से पैलाक साहित्यकारो  लेखुं या किताबुं आसरा ले पण फिर माप-तौल का वास्ता अपणा विशेष टिप्प्णी बि दे।   जगह जगह रिकॉर्ड्स, साक्ष्य  व अन्य साहित्यकार या समलचकों का कोटेसन से किताब मा ऑथेंटिसिटी पूरी तरह से रईं च. यदि संदीप रावत तैं लगद कि कै हैक साहित्यकार का विचार संदीप का विचारूं से मेल नि खान्दन तो संदीप अपनी विचार बताण मा नि झिझकदन।  फिर  संदीप जीकी टिप्प्णी नया तरह से सुचणो अवसर बि दींदी अर नई पीढ़ी वास्ता बाटु बथाणो काम बि 'गढ़वाली भाषा अर साहित्य कि विकास जात्रा ' करदि।
      रावत जीकी समालोचना मा  साफ़ साफ़ निर्णय , साहित्य दिखणो अपण ढंग , मीमांसा -विवेचना सब ठीक च।   साहित्यिक इतिहास अर समालोचना मा भाषा कु गरिष्ट होणो खतरा भौत हूंद पण रावत जीन सरल भाषा कु प्रयोग से विषय तैं गरिष्ट हूण से बचायी।

इस चौंफुळा नृत्य -गीत को पूर्वार्ध सप्तकी अनुसार गाया जाता है और अन्य रागों से भी गाया जाता है।
प्रसिद्द संगीतशास्त्री स्वर्गीय दयाशंकर भट्ट ने इस गीत के लिए दो प्रकार की धुनें बनायी हैं -

 अचकाल सब बुल्दन बल नौकरी हो तो पटवारी की , सरैल बि बढ़दो, जेब बि बढ़दी अर देहरादून मा जमीन बि बढ़दी।
बात हंड्रेड डॉलर (सोळ अन  ) सही च। वु जब पटवारी भर्ती हूणों मौखिक अर शारीरिक जांचौ इमतान दीणो जांद तो दूध अर क्याळा खैक जांद कि कखि अंडर वेट नि ह्वे जा अर जनि पटवारी बणद त एक मैना बाद डाक्टर बुल्दन बल अपण डाइट कंट्रोल करो , निथर तुमर शरीर देखिक भैंस सर्माण मिसे जाल अर पटवारीक जबाब हूंद बल डाक्टर साब ! कंट्रोल ही नही होता !
जु शरीर थोड़ा से बथौं से हलकण बिसे जांद छौ वु पटवारी बणद ही वै सरीर से अब बथौं की शुरुवात हूण मिसे जांद।
जैक पटवारी बणन से पैल आँख कुचम्यारा जयां रौंदन वैक आँख  पटवारी की कुर्सी पांद ही भैर आण बिसे जांद। जब वु पटवारी नि छौ त 'पेट -पीठ हो गए एक' कु उदाहरण छौ अर अब पटवारी बणनो बाद वु ' पेट -पीठ बन गए ढोल' कु उदाहरण च।
जु कबि दुबल जन पतळो दिखेंद छौ वु पटवारी बणनो एक मैना बाद पर्या जन म्वाटु ह्वे जांद अर वैक मोटाई कु आदि व अंत बि नि मिल्द।
जु इंटरव्यू दीण जांद दैं  झिल्ली पैंट पर दु दु कमर पेटी बाँधदो छौ , पटवारी बणनो बाद वैक लद्वड़ हर मैना इथगा बढ़द कि टेलर मास्टर अपण दुकान पटवारी ड्यारम ही खोलि दींदु अर  हर हफ्ता पटवारी कुण नई  पैंट कमीज सिलणु रौंद।
जै तैं पंद्यरि खिचड़ी बि पचाण मुश्किल ह्वे जांद छौ वु अब पटवारी पोस्ट पाणो पश्चात हर तरह की करेंसी तक पचै लींदु।
जै तै कलेऊ रुटि की टरकणी रौंदी छे वैक नास्ता मा दाखिल खारिज चलाण वाळु भेंट स्वरूप अंडा - ऑमलेट , ब्रेड बटर हूंद।
छुट मा जै तै पता ही नि रौंद छौ कि लंच नसीब होलु कि ना वै पटवारी तैं लंच मा मनरेगा का ठेकेदार बुगठ्या खलांद , भू संरक्षण ठेकेदार हिरन की बिरयानी ऑफर करद तो पटवार्युं स्वास्थ्य लाभ हूण ही च।
जैक ब्वै वै तै रातौ खाणक की जगा कथा सुणैक सिवाळ दींदी छे अब वै पटवारी तैं ग्राम प्रधान , ब्लॉक प्रमुख आदि बगैर  सुंगरौ  शिकार खयाँ सीण नि दींदन।
जैक ब्वै छुट मा वैकुण बालजीवन घुटी लीणो सरा गां मा फिरदी छे अब वु पटवारी बगैर बिदेसी दारु की घुट्टी लगयां कैक शिकायत तक नि सुणद।
जैमा गां मा सग्वड़ नि छौ वैक पटवारी बणनो बाद देहरादून -कोटद्वार मा बड़ा बड़ा फार्म हाउस बण जांदन।
गांऊं मा विकास की रफ़्तार का साथ साथ पटवारी जीक बैंक बैलैंस अर लद्वड़ि बि बढ़दि जांदी।
क्षेत्र मा विकास का पैमाना पटवारी जीक लदोड़ी  , फार्म हाउस की लम्बाई -चौड़ाई से पता चलदो कि क्षेत्र मा विकास की गाड़ी कै रफ़्तार से चलणि च।

       In Jahangir time, Kangara had been brought under Mughal Empire. Najabat Khan Mirza Shujaa was Faujdar (regional or residency Commander) of foot hills of Kangra . Shah Jahan was interested to bring Shrinagar Garhwal Kingdom under Mughal rule. On the third year of Shahjahan rule Najabat Khan got reward of Do Hajari Mansab.
    Faujdar Najabat Khan assured Shahjahan that if he was provided weapons and armed forces from Moghul Empire he (Najabat Khan) would capture Garhwal Kingdom or would get huge gifts from Garhwal Queen. Shah Jahan provided Najabat Khan necessary weapons and armed forces. Sirmaur King Mandhata Prakash also came to help Najabat Khan.
 Friends of Mughl Faujdar Najabat Khan told him that if he marched vigorously the Garhwal Queen Nak Katai or Katti would surrender before him. Najbat Khan marched towards Garhwal terrioty with his own five hundred armed personnel and two hundred horsemen and the force provided by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. There is no record available about armed force of Madhata Prakash. Mandhata Prakash died before campaign.

                Jagar are religious folk songs of Garhwal, Kumaon and Haridwar. These folk songs are dance oriented songs. These Jagars are called Adi Bhakti Kavya (Primitive Devotional Poetry).
 Bhairav or Bhairon Jagar is very important Jagar of Garhwal, Kumaon and Haridwar.
 In Jagar, Hudki is played as musical instrument. The following is music notation of Hudki Bol played in Bhairon or Bhairav Jagar-

 आम बजट का बारा मा 99 . 97  प्रतिशत जनता अर 99 . 9 9 9 प्रतिशत राजनीतिज्ञ जाणदा बि नि छन कि बजट  हूंद क्या च अर बजट से आर्थिक दशा -दिशा कना जाली अर हरेक बजट पर अपणी राय दीण मा पैथर नि रौंद तो मि किलै रौं ?
मी बि 8 /7 2014 कु केंद्रीय बजट की भविष्यवाणी आज सुबेर 6 . 13 पर करणु छौं -
वित्त मंत्री चकाचक सफेद कपड़ों मा निर्धारित समय पर आला।  लोकसभा मा कार से उतरद वित्त मंत्री की  नजर , ध्यान , टक बजट पर कत्तै नि राली अपितु यां पर रालि कि भारतीय  अर विदेशी टीवी , अर अन्य मीडिया का कैमरा ठीक से ऊंकी लाइव कवरेज कारन। टीवी का संवाददाता अरुण जेटली का वै बैग पर बार बार कैमरा ज़ूम कारल जैक पुटुक बजट धर्युं राल। ये बगत विरोधी दल का टीवी न्यूज लोभी नेताओं मुक लटक्यूँ राल कि क्वी ऊं तैं नी पुंछणु च।
असल मा वित्त मंत्री तैं पता रौंद  कि बजट का पिटारा खुलणो बाद सब कुछ फुस्स ह्वे जाल तो  वित्त मंत्री बजट से पैल ही इतराण /घमंड दिखाण मा विश्वास करदन किलैकि बजट खुलणो बाद तो वित्त मंत्री खलनायक  जांद । वित्त मंत्री इतरांद -इतरांद , घमंड से , गरूर से , गर्व से बैग पकड़िक लोकसभा भवन पुटुक प्रवेश कारल।  जनि वित्त मंत्री लोकसभा भवन भितर घुसला कि लोकसभा टीवी चैनेल लोकसभा मा घ्याळ दिखाल।  वर्तमान विरोधी दल भूतपूर्व विरोधी दल भाजपा की नकल कारल अर लोकसभा कार्यवाही नि चलण दीण पर याने खेचल -वाधा करण पर आमदा राला अर एनडीए  सांसद कॉंग्रेस  का पदचिन्हो पर चलणो कोशिस कारल याने एनडीए का सांसद लोकसभा कार्यवाही चलाण पर आमदा राला। लोकसभा मा कव्वारौळी, किल्ला रोंळी,    कुकर्यौयूळ , करैंयुं जन करकराट , छळयुं जन  किलकण, कतल  हूणो बाद जन किर्राट, किलबिल , कणाट , ककड़ाट , म्च्युं राल अर भारतीय जनता अपण मुंड फोडणी रालि कि हमन त सांसदों से  सभ्य आचरण     की आशा करी छे अर यी सांसद तो रागसुं से बि फंड आचरण करणा छन।
इथगा घ्याळ मा क्वी मंत्री याने संसदीय मंत्री कुछ ब्वालल अर लोकसभा अध्यक्ष अनुमति देली कि कार्यवाही आगे बढ़ाया जाय।
बिचारा नरेंद्र मोदी घड़याला कि ये घ्याळ से बढ़िया तो गुजरात विधानसभा की कॉंग्रेसी शांति छे।
खैर लोकसभा अध्यक्ष वित्त मंत्री से बजट का पिटारा खुलणो ब्वालल।
वित्त मंत्री पिटारा ख्वालल।  चूँकि मि हमेशा से ही अकाउंटिंग मा कमजोर छयो तो मि बजट का बारा मा बाक बुलण (भविष्यवाणी ) मा लाचार छौं।  बस एक बात की पक्की गारंटी च कि फिस्कल डेफिसिट मा बेहन्त इजाफा होलु।
जनि वित्त मंत्री अपण  वित्तीय  श्रद्धांजलि याने बजट भाषण खतम कारल कि ब्रेकिंग न्यूज आलु कि स्टॉक एक्सचेंज मा आग लग गे।

असली लोकसभा तो लोकसभा आँगन मा टीवी कैमराओं समणि चौललि।
मायवती प्रेस रिपोर्टरुं समिण सुधीर मिश्रा का लिख्युं भाषण पौढ़लि -हमारी पार्टी इस बजट की ना तो प्रशंसा करदी अर ना ही आलोचना।  हाँ पर चूँकि ये बजट मा परमोसन मा शिड्यूल्ड  कास्ट अर शिड्यूल्ड ट्राइब तैं रिजर्वेसन की बात नि ह्वे इलै हम लखनऊ विधान सभा नि चलण द्योला।
ममता बनर्जी का बंदर टीवी कैमरा समिण उछल कूद कारल -चूँकि ये बजट मा व्यापार , निर्माण की बात हुईं च तो हम विरोध स्वरूप बंगाल मा कम्युनिस्ट अर भाजपाइयुं पिटाई करणो बंगाल जाणा छंवां अर हमर सांसद तपस पाल कम्युनिस्टों बेटी ब्वार्युं खोज माँ जालु।
कम्युनिष्ट बि चिरड़ेक बयान द्याला बल चूँकि ये बजट मा उत्पादन बढ़ाणो बात करे गे तो हम ये बजट का विरोध मा तृणमूल कॉंग्रेस का जड़नाश हेतु बंगाल की सड़कों तैं लाल करणो बंगाल जाणा छंवां।
मुलायम सिंग यादव ब्वालल - पैल त यु बजट मेरी समझ मा कतै नि आयि (मतलब बजट की समझ नी च ) ।  फिर ये बजट मा फ्री कुछ बि नी च तो विरोध मा हम उत्तर प्रदेश का 36 आईएएस  अर 63 पीसीएस अधिकार्युं तबादला करण वाळ छंवां। कुछ प्रत्वार्युंक तबादला बि करे जाल।
बीजेडी का सांसद ब्वालल - बजट विश्लेषण का बाद (याने नवीन पटनायक तैं पुछणो बाद ) ही हम अपण प्रतिक्रिया द्योला।  किन्तु टीवी वाळ या न्यूज नि दिखाला।
अन्ना डीएमके , डीमेकी वाळ बि बजट पर प्रतिक्रिया एकदम नि द्याला।
एनडीए का सांसद तो चारण शैली मा बजट की प्रशंसा कारल।
लालू यादव ब्वालल बल ये नॉन सेक्युलर बजट है हम सेक्युलर बजट लाने के लिए नितीश कुमार को न्योता देते हैं
कॉंग्रेस नेता इना लोकसभा आँगन मा टीवी कैमराओं का समिण आला अर उना ब्रेकिंग न्यूज आलि कि कुछ कॉंग्रेस्यूंन वित्त मंत्री क निवास का गेट तोड़ी याल।
कॉंग्रेस नेता बजट की इथगा काट कारल  कि बौळ मा बिसर जाल कि ये वर्तमान बजट मा 99 . 99999 टका नीतियां पिछ्ला साल का चिदंबरम बजट का  ही छन।
चिदंबरम का सपाट बयान होल कि यु बजट 1991 , 1999 अर 2013 बजट की नकल च।
राहुल गांधी को बयान होलु कि बजट  कल्पनाशील नी च । इखपर भाजपा का रवि शंकर प्रसाद बयान देला कि अब की बार बजट का आखर संस्कृत लिपि जन दिखेंदन अर बजट अक्षर बि भग्वया रंग का च तो हमारा बजट अवश्य ही कल्पनाशील बजट च।
जख तलक जनता की प्रतिक्रिया कु सवाल च वा पुछणि रालि भारत निर्माण का बाद अच्छे दिन कब आएंगे।

         Najabat Khan the Kangra residential commander of Mughal Emporor along with Sirmaur King Madhata Prakash marched for attacking on Garhwal Kingdom. Their army entered in Dehradun valley by crossing Yamuna River.
  The Mughal Army captured Shergarh Fort (built by Madho Singh Bhandari) easily. Shergarh was under Garhwal Kingdom.
  Both the army marched ahead of Yamuna bank towards Kalsi . Mughal army and army of Mandhata Prakash captured Kanigarh near Kalsi. A few years back, Sirmaur had rule over Kanigarh,. Najabat Khan presented Kanigarh to Mandhata Prakash as friendly gift.
  Mandhata wanted to recapture his Fort of Vairatgarh that was then under Garhwal Kingdom. With the help of Mughal Army, Mandhata Prakash captured Vairat Garh Fort.
                      Najabat Khan marched towards south of Kalsi. Santur Grh in Dehradun was important and strategic fort for Garhwal Kingdom.Mughal army captured Santurgarh Fort too. Najabat Khand handed over Saturgarh to the Jagirdar of Lakhanpur Jagtu. It was important that Santurgarh was defended strongly. Najabat Khan offered one thousand of infantry soldiers and   one hundred horse riding armed personnel.
 Now, there was rule of Mughal army on Doon valley.
