परसि  मि एक ब्यौ मा ग्यों तो बामण न सप्तपदी वचन  तो संस्कृत मा बांच ( शत प्रतिशत संस्कृत वै बामणs समज मा बि नि ऐ  होली ) किन्तु वैन हरेक सप्तपदी वचनों व्याख्या इन कार -
हाँ जी ब्योल्या जी सुणो - अब ब्योली वर मांगणी च -
१-सुणो जी ! मि ऑफिस से अबेर से औंलु तो कबि बि कारण नि पुछ्याँ , पर तुम तै लेट लतीफी का कारण बथाण पोड़ल।  यदि शर्त मंजूर च तो मि बैं तरफ बैठलु।
२- म्यार मैती कभी बि हमर बीच इंटरफियर कर सकदन किन्तु आपका परिवार का क्वी बि हमर मध्य इंटरफियर नि कारल। यदि शर्त मंजूर च तो मि बैं तरफ बैठलु।
३- म्यार परिवार आपका परिवार किन्तु यु जरूरी नी कि मि तुमर फेमिली तै अपण मानूं।   यदि शर्त मंजूर च तो मि बैं तरफ बैठलु।
४- कबि बि म्यार बैंक बैलेंस नि पुछण। यदि शर्त मंजूर च तो मि बैं तरफ बैठलु।
५- मि फोन पर बात करणु हूँ त आस पास खड़ु नि रौण। यदि शर्त मंजूर च तो मि बैं तरफ बैठलु।
६- जब बि मि नाराज होलु तो गिफ्ट से मि तै मनैली। यदि शर्त मंजूर च तो मि बैं तरफ बैठलु।
(वर मन ही मन मा - इथगा बड़ी नौकरी च मेरी वुड बी की तो शर्त मनण ही पोड़ल )
हे ब्योली ! अब वर की एकि शर्त सूण -
१- मि जब बि शराब पेलू तो तू कुछ नि बोलली।  यदि शर्त मंजूर च तो मि त्वे तैं  बैं तरफ बैठौलु।

  आज 21 अप्रैल 2016 भारतौ वास्ता एक यादगार दिन च , नैनीताल उच्च न्यायालय न भाजपा की केंद्र सरकार  द्वारा उत्तराखंड मा राष्ट्रपति शासन लगाण तै अन्यायपूर्ण बथाइ अर राष्ट्रपति शासन खत्म कार।  यु दिन दिवाळी -बग्वाळी   से बड़ो दिन च प्रजातंत्र का वास्ता।
भाजपा वळा रुणा छन बल न्यायपालिका का कार्यपालिका पर यु अतिक्रमण च।  जी हाँ जब तुम सरीखा प्रजातंत्र का हत्यारा प्रजातंत्र की कब्र खोदिल्या तो न्यायपालिका राम बणिक अतिक्रमण कारलि ही।  क्या ना ?
यो नरभागी भाजपा का रुँदा ! जरा याद कौरदी - जब भूतकाल मा कॉंग्रेस सरकार गैर कॉंग्रेस सरकारों तै बेकार मा राष्ट्रपति शासन का डंडा से बर्खास्त करदी छै तो तुम ह्यळि  गाड़ गाडिक रुँदा छ कि प्रजातंत्र की हत्या ह्वे गे , प्रजातंत्र की हत्या ह्वे गे , कॉंग्रेसन प्रजातंत्र की हत्या कर दिनी।  आज तो रूणो दिन नी च जश्न मनाणो दिन च।
                  मि तै याद च तब केंद्र मा कॉंग्रेस सरकारन (तानाशाह रानी -इंदिरा गांधी ) उत्तर प्रदेश मा त्रिभुवन नारायण सिंह के सरकार पर राष्ट्रपति शासन को चक्कों चलै छौ तो देहरादून मा जनसंघ का नेता स्व नित्यानंद स्वामी घंटाघर चौक मा द्वी चार जनसंघियों का बीच 'प्रजातंत्र की हत्या ' पर बिलख बिलखिका रूणा छ्या।  आज नैनीताल हाई कोर्टन प्रजातंत्र बचाई तो भाजपा वळो तै तो नाचण -चयेंद , गाना गाण चयेंद  बलकणम  भाजपा का कार्यकर्ताओं तैं स्वाळ पक्वड़ बणाण चयेंद अर सरा  उत्तराखंड मा बंटण चयेंद कि जु पापकर्म -नरेंद्र मोदी -अमित शाह से ह्वे , वै पापकर्म की धुलाई हाई कॉर्टन कार।  भाजपा वळा जश्न मनावो , मातम ना।
                  कॉंग्रेस बड़ी प्रजातंत्र हत्या की बात करदी।  किन्तु इतिहास गवाह च कि सन 47 से हर साल , हर दिन , हर घड़ी  कॉंग्रेस प्रजातंत्र पर कुल्हाड़ी , थमाळी , बमगोळा चलाणी राई।  हरीश रावत शरम करो।  तुम तै प्रजातंत्र की दुहाई दीणो क्वी अधिकार नी च ।  जरा राष्ट्रपति शासन का इतिहास उठैल्या तो शरमाक मारा काली नदी मा फाळ मारणै इच्छा तो होली ही। 
अर बिचारा हड़क सिंग अर इम्पोर्टेड विजय बहुगुणा का हाल तो इन च -
दा रांड ! त्यार ग्यूं बि खतेन अर नांगी बि दिखे गे , ना माया मिली ना राम !

                     On 16th February 1815, Hearsay got information that Gurkha were planning for vacating two Garhis of Timlaghati. The Garhi of Timalghati was at height of 3840 feet and was a strategic Garhi of the region. On 17th February 1815, Hearsay ordered to his 100 soldiers and 150 soldiers of Kusumakhan Goldar for attacking on that Garhi. He arranged elephants and camel for supply. Those soldiers captured both the Garhis of Timlaghati. The Gurkha/Nepalese soldiers ran away from those Garhis towards Katolgarh.
               Hearsay instructed to keep a few soldiers in those Garhis and ordered for others to follow running Gurkha /Nepalese soldiers and capturing Champawat. Hearsay army captured  Kailaghati Garhi on the same day. Hearsay kept a few soldiers on Kalaghati Garhis too.
  On 19th February 1815, Hearsay sent another company for helping soldiers sent for capturing Champawat. He sent 150 Hill gun men for capturing Katolgarh. Hearsay distributed pamphlets in Hindi among Kumaunis. Those pamphlets influenced Kumaunis.
              On 19th February 1815, Hearsay sent a letter for Gardner –
 “There are a few supporters of Gurkha/Nepal in Kumauni regions. As soon as my Hill men would reach there they would be supporting British. I already have offered them Rs 650 as reward in advance. I also handed over them one Mond gun powder and 2000 bullets. Those Hill men promised for bring 600 Loaders.  They have taken token money in advance. I left 50 soldiers for defending Bilhari Fort Garhi. As soon as I get loaders and animal carriers I shall start campaign for Bacchuti, near Timlaghati. Then I shall march for Champawat from Bachhuti.”
  In Bilhari, Hearsay army manufactured Gun powder in good quantity. However, he did not have Plumbus and hard cash at that time.

.         Hearsay used two words ‘Kumauni soldiers’ and Hill soldiers in his letters. Most probably his meaning for Kumauni was for people of Kali Kumaon and Hill men means people from Hills of others regions (Dabral, U I. part 5 page 457).
           Next day, Hearsay sent an army company of 150 Hill Gunmen with food supply for one week to Timalaghati. This army company captured Timlaghati and crossing a Hill top reached to Ladhiya River valley. There , that Hill army company met the advance party of Hearsay army. There were 500 soldiers in Hearsay army including Kumauni Gunmen. Bahadur Singh was leading that fourth Army Company. Pande described Bahadur Singh as Mahra leader. While Hearsay and Atkinson supposed that he was Subedar of fourth Company.
 Subedar Bahadur Singh army marched to Kandev Hill for capturing Champawat. In that road, a Gurkha Commander Kalidhar was with his 100 soldiers in ‘Badapeeple’ hill near Buroli.
 Kalidhar tried for stopping Bahadur Sing Campaign.
         On 25th February, Bahadur Singh with his army went ahead and attacked Badapeeple from back side. Kalidhar ran away from the Fortress leaving a few animals as goat etc.  Bahadur Singh army followed Kalidhar soldiers. A portion of Kumauni soldiers of Kaldhar camp met with Hearsay camp and other Kuamuni soldiers of Kaldhar remained with Kalidhar. Kalidhar soldiers took shelter in Katolgarh.
    On 28th February 1815, Hearsay army led by Bahadur Singh captured Champawat the old capital of Kumaon.

म्वारु घुंघ्याट कनो , गंगा स्युंस्याट जनो
संदेश ल्हौन्दु जनो मन को मेल धोंदु

केळा को फिरक एक , शेर का बच्चा एक
मनखी का बोल एक , धर्म एक होंदु

      Bahadur Singh Company reached to Katolgarh area by following Kalidhar the Gurkha commander. Bahadur Singh could not stop Kalidhar for taking shelter in Katolgarh Garhi the strongest Fort of Kumaun. Kataolgarh fort was in five-six miles away north of Champawat. Hearsay could capture Katolgarh fort only when he would have stopped the food and water supply to fort and would surround Katolgarh Fort from all sides. It was necessary to destruct wall of fort by guns.
        Hearsay did not have so many soldiers and neither guns for destroying Fort wall. Lieutenant Colonel Gardner had been reminding Hearsay for just defending Kali Nadi River valley but Hearsay instructed Bahadur Singh for attacking Katolgarh Fort. Hearsay was sure that within 8 days Bahadur Singh would capture Katolgarh Fort and Kalidhar would surrender then.    (Saxena)

       Hearsay captured Champawat due to Kumauni fighters and Subedar Bahadur Singh. Hearsay wrote a letter to Gardner on 1st March 1815 wherein he clearly noted that the win was solely due to Kuamuni soldiers and not due to Rohila soldiers.
           Hearsay demanded money and gun, bullets as gifts for rewarding Kumaunis. Hearsay tried for purchasing guns from Pilibhit for gifting to Kuamunis. Hearsay proposed that British should oofer Rs 50/- , Dushala and a turban to each Group leaders of Fartyal, Mahra, Tadagi etc groups.  He proposed rewards for soldiers who participated in winning Champawat and other influential people of Kumaon too.

                                Hearsay Establishing Army Supply Depot at Champawat

         286  Kumaonis Loaders reached at  East India Company Camp in End of February . Those loaders promised Hearsay for bringing more 100 loaders from Hills by 1st March and 200 additional Hill  loaders after Hearsay reaching to Champawat. In second week of March, Hearsay reached to Champawat with soldiers and supply. Hearsay established supply depot at Champwat Fort. Hearsay wanted to reserve food supply  for one month for 1500 soldiers. Hearsay instructed loaders for bringing supply from Bilhari to Champawat. Hearsay was hopeful that at least within 10 days full supply would reach to Champawat from Bilhari camp.
 Hearsay army did not have Guns (Topen). The army did not have gun powder etc too. By fast spending nature, he did not have enough money too and had to stay in Kailaghati. There was only one European officer Lieutenant Martindale in his army and Hearsay sent him for surrounding Katolgarh with 500 soldiers. Hearsay had to keep 300 soldiers to protect communication line from Pilibhit to Champawat.  There were 300 soldiers in Champawat. Hearsay could keep only 300 soldiers in Kali River valley.  By appointing Kumaunis gun men he had 500 soldiers in Bilhari for keeping eyes on Hastidal ‘s movement.
