As I said in the earlier reply, innovation in entrepreneurship is the key. We will have to think of generating employment opportunities which have substantial economic output as well. Mini Hydro projects, professional hiking guides, handicraft souveniers of Uttaranchal are few such ideas.

I think differently . Governement is a social system built by us. Thats y I believe in three steps to any cause, What can I do, then What can we ( as a group of people do ) and finally what should government do.

Govt can put dustbins, but the responsibility of throwing waste into that lies with me.
