मेरा पहाड़ के सभी सदस्यों का धन्यवाद. दोस्तों जोशी जी के विचारों को इतना भाव देने की जरुरत नहीं है. क्योंकि मुझे लगता है कि जोशी जी हमारे संगीत को समझ ही नहीं सकते. क्योकि हमारा संगीत तो पहाड़ी लोक धुनों पर आधारित है. और जोशी जी हिंदी और पंजाबी धुनों कि नक़ल करके संगीत बनाते है. मुझे दुःख होता  है इस प्रकार के संगीत को सुनकर जिसमे पहाड़ी संस्कृति को छोड़कर फूहड़ता झलकती हो.

जोशी जी, मैंने अभी आपका एक गाना सुना, सुनकर लगा की आपको हमारे गाने पसंद आ ही नहीं सकते, क्योंकि आप पहाड़ी फूहड़ता पे गाने बनाते है, और हम लोक धुनों पे आधारित.  आपका " गट ते न चढ़ दी गटइरे ते न चढ़ दी" वाला पंजाबी धुन से चोरी वाला गाना सुना, बड़ा अफ़सोस हुआ कि हमारे पहाड़ी गीतकार और संगीतकार हमारी पहाड़ी  संस्कृति का विनाश करने मैं लगे है.

I am sorry, if you all have taken it otherwise. I quoted just my professional comments, no zealous, I m in fact happy that new entrants are coming in this arena.  But I have seen what you have quoted that we have adopted the tunes of Daler Mehandi and also we have ruined the folk music of our uttarakhand.  What views have been given was my personal one. First there is no need to adopt the music of others as I have learn the music for 12 years. We do not require such kind of tactics.  I wrote that the tones of the artists are not suitable and monotonous music. These were professional views. We also listen, many of our listeners suggest us that this word, that tune is not correct but by saying that we have ruined and we are zealous to your album is just your assumption.  Kindly listen the following song, which is written, composed, tuned by the undersigned and compare it:

My all dear friends, Please dont take my personal comments otherwise. You all are very near to my heart being we all uttarakhandi.  I could be a better albums with some best changes. I am really happy that you have tried your best. I gave my professional comments that the tones are not suitable and music is monotonous.  If you feel so bad, I really beg to your pardon. In fact, many people send us very bad comments,  even music composers also, but we never respond in bad manner and if something is lacking from our side we try to rectify it in the next albums.  I NEVER WANT TO DEMOTIVATE ANYONE. I WROTE KINDLY DO BETTER PRACTICE AND NEED GUIDANCE SO THAT THE NOTES OF VOICE COULD MATCH TO THE TUNES.

But we always adopt the practice that we should do better. My dear friends, I never want to demotivate any one but It is our duty to tell the new comers kindly do more practice. If I will say that it is perfect in that case no body  will try to go ahead and the creativity will stop.  KINDLY REMEMBER DUE TO MY THESE COMMENTS YOUR NEXT ALBUM WILL BE ONE OF THE FINEST WORK FROM YOUR END.

I saw the video posted by you. Yah it is good composition and good music.

If you listen complete songs music of Merapahad, i am sure you would appreciate the Vande matram, Hari Bhari Dana, Jagar, tyar khuta Jhawar.. of course Sarag Tara Song of Chandra Singh Rahi.

I have just watched your video.. There is a scope of lot improvements. You are just trying to give publity your album by giving controversal comments on merapahad music album.

It is always better to "check your colours before picking holes in on others". As far as i  am concerned, i don't find anything wrong the album songs and music.

This is the news published in Dainik Jagran on 24 May 2011 about Merapahad Music Alum ---------------------------       देवभूमि के सुरों में वंदेमातरम्    दिनेश कुकरेती, देहरादून वंदेमातरम् शब्द नहीं नाद है, ठीक ú की तरह। ú में सृष्टि समाई हुई है तो वंदेमातरम में मां भारती। इसीलिए वंदेमातरम् गाते-गाते आजादी के परवाने फांसी पर झूल गए। बंकिमचंद्र चटर्जी की इस कालजयी रचना को संगीतकार एआर रहमान ने जब अपने सुरों में सजाया तो पूरा मुल्क झूम-झूमकर गा उठा, मां तुझे सलाम..। अब शक्तिका यह स्रोत उत्तराखंडी लोक के कंठ से फूटा है और माध्यम बने नई पीढ़ी के गायक रजनीकांत सेमवाल व शेखर शर्मा। कुमाऊंनी में गाई गई यह रचना राष्ट्रप्रेम का भाव ही नहीं जगाती, जड़ों से जुड़े रहने को भी प्रेरित करती है। लियो एट्थ एंड राइजिंग सन फिल्मस व मेरा पहाड़ ग्रुप की कुमाऊंनी में यह दूसरी ऑडियो प्रस्तुति है। इसलिए एलबम को नाम दिया गया म्यर पहाड़-दो। एलबम में हालांकि आठ गीत हैं, लेकिन वंदेमातरम् की प्रस्तुति इसे खास बनाती है। मां तुझे सलाम.. में जैसे प्रयोग संगीतकार एआर रहमान ने किए, इसमें ठीक वैसे ही शेखर शर्मा ने किए हैं, लेकिन प्रयोगों की सफलता का श्रेय जाता है युवा गायक रजनीकांत सेमवाल को। परिवर्तन को स्वीकारना रजनीकांत की विशेषता है, जिसकी झलक उनकी एलबम टिकुलिया मामा और हे रमिए. में भी देखने को मिली। यही वजह है गीत के बोल तेरो बाना मरी ज्यूना, यो हमारो धरम, वंदेमातरम्, मेरी भारत भूमि तेरी वंदेमातरम् खास बन पड़े हैं। गीत की एक विशेषता, उसमें राष्ट्रप्रेम के साथ आंचलिकता का समावेश है। यथा, अलग छु बोली भाषा, अलग छु नाम, अलग-अलग कुड़ी, अलग छु कम, सार फूल गछिया रेई, यो मावा एकम, वंदेमातरम्। उत्तराखंड फौजी पृष्ठभूमि वाला प्रदेश है, इसलिए गीत में किसान व विज्ञान से आगे जवान खड़ा नजर आता है। जैसे, सीमा में पहरी दीणी, फौजिया जवान छे, धरती चिरण रेई, कर्मठ किसान छे, विज्ञानी खोजण रेई, पाणी यो झुलम, वंदेमातरम्। उत्तराखंडी अपनी शक्ति को भी पहचानता है, इसलिए उसकी ललकार जब सुरों में फूटती है तो साफ सुनाई पड़ता है, आंख नी दिखा पड़ोसी, मानी ले तो बात, तीन बार भाजी गेछे, मुक्का खाई लात, खुटा नी धरण दियूना, यो आपुन जागम, वंदेमातरम्..। खास बात यह कि वंदेमातरम् की सफलता का जितना श्रेय युवा गायकों को जाता है, उससे कहीं ज्यादा मेरा पहाड़ गु्रप के संयोजक महिपाल सिंह मेहता को। उन्हीं के सद्प्रयासों से यह पहल सफल हो पाई।   http://in.jagran.yahoo.com/epaper/index.php?location=43&edition=2011-05-24&pageno=3#id=111712189771983088_43_2011-05-24
