It is better that many members take decision (court decision) than one jury the decision of t Chief Judge than other juries and the most important judgement is of the King. The decision by the King is better than low, medium and the high importance.

The cases should not be investigated by the person who knows only one Shastra (Subject). So the King should appoint the multi-subject knowledgeable person for investigating all the cases.
