Lohaghat : Hill Station - लोहाघाट

Dear Pandey ji Namaskar,
I think Tanakpur-Champawat rout is shorter to reach Lohaghat, but it is advisable to avoid this rout in rainy season, it gets blocked easily due to landslides near Chalthi-Sukhidhang during rainy days....

If one is coming from Chandigarh side what would be the best route to reach Lohaghat? I've heard that lohaghat-tanakpur route is bad during rainy season. How bad it is in summers before rains set in?

What are other alternatives to reach Lohaghat instead of th pilibhit-tanakpur-lohaghat route with chandigarh as starting point. How about going to nainital/haldwani first and then to Lohaghat. How far would lohaghat be from haldwani/nainital and is that road better than tanakpur-lohaghat?

Anyone having any idea about suin village in lohaghat, is the road motorable?
