It is nice to see a person of so high calibre on our PG group. I am writing this mail with a hope that u will help me in deciding about my daughter's career. I've enrolled my daughter for B Sc (Comp Sc) course from Rajguru College, Delhi University. Also we are looking for opportunities for B Tech. With her EEE ranking, she couldn't make it in any top ranking college. Is it good to take admission in any pvt engg college under MD university, Haryana. I am confused about their faculty, study culture, job placement. Is it worth to switch over from DU to not so well known pvt engg college. Also I want to know what are the career options after B Sc in comp sc. Is a degree from DU has an edge over Engg degree from pvt college in job placement. Please help me in taking a right decision which i should not regret later.

I went through d message came over to my personal inbox as well as in the forum, first of all let me apologize for this delayed response...trust me, I was literally busy with my official/unofficial tours.

Interestingly, before putting my views in, I would be needing a little info on the grades or marks (%) she acquired in 10Th and 12th standard. I hope you wouldn't mind sharing this piece of info, as having this known we could indeed discuss all possible opportunities to a wider extent in terms of her past interest or command over the subjects and future panorama....also, a frank opinion from her end would significantly add some gist.

These details can be sent on my personal ID, I would try my best to put forward a meaningful discussion as early as possible.

I am not an expert; nonetheless our mutual discussion keeping her interest as central point can certainly bring the best possible upshots .
