अंतर्मुदुर्बहि: क्रूरो भूत्वा स्वां दंडयेत प्रजाम् II 64
अत्युग्रदंडकल्प:  स्यात् स्वाभावाद्धितकरिण:  I
While delivering the decision for punishment, the king might show anger. However, in real life, the King must be kind-hearted.
(Shukra Niti Fifth Chapter Mitra -Amitra Lakshan second 64)
The CEO must be kind-hearted because CEO has to make decisions for the long term growth for the organization. Many times, the CEO has to take decision for firing nonperforming employee or criminal-minded employee and that does not mean the the CEO is not kind hearted because many times, for the benefits of the organization the CEO has to show hard hearted person .
The CEO must lead with the Kindness but should never tolerate the crimes and non-performances in the organization. The CEO can show unkind behaviour at some times but should always be Kind hearted.

राष्ट्रं कर्णेजपैनित्यं हन्यते च स्वभावत: II 65
अतो नृप सूचितोपि विमृशेत कार्यमादरात् I
The king should hear the matter of backbiters, should think in detail, then should take a decision by analyzing all the pros and cons.
(Because, usually, backbiters create enmity between the Kingdoms)
(Shukra Niti Fifth Chapter Mitra -Amitra Lakshan II,  65)
Backbiting is defined that “Saying mean or spiteful things about the person that is absent.”
The CEO should rid of backbiting in the organization.by following approaches-
Fist, the CEO must find out the truthiness of the subject.
Second, the CEO must analyse whether the juicy gossip is good or bad.
Third, the CEO must analyze the usefulness of the subject.
Fourth , the CEO must analyse the real motto of the backbiter.
Over all, the CEO must see that the organization is free of backbiters.
Regular team meeting is one of the better solutions to get rid of backbiters.

विनियच्छति चात्मानमादौ भृत्यांस्तत: प्रजा: I
The King  introspects  his own faults and the faults of the subjects-  and  employs himself first and  then the servants and then the subjects.
(Shukra Niti Fifth Chapter Mitra -Amitra Lakshan II,  65)
The Chief Executive Officer should always analyse her/his own strong and weak points. Then the CEO should analyse the strong and weak points of the employees for improving the organization.
The CEO should always pursue eradicating her/his own weaknesses first and then should encourage the employees for eradicate their individual weaknesses.
In Indian scene, the story of Mahatma Gandhi is famous to understand first correct own self and then advise others. A lady went to Mahatma Gandhi for Gandhi advising her son nt to take Gur (jiggery). On that very day, Gandhi did not advise the child for not taking Gur. However, after four or five days later, Mahatma advised the child not to take jiggery. The child’s mother asked Mahatma Gandhi reason for not advising child on the first day. Mahatma’s answer was astounding. Gandhi informed her that on that day , Gandhi was himself taking jiggery. When mahatma left taking jiggery then only he advised the child not to take jiggery.  The must be no difference in saying and doing.

सकृद सकृदभ्यस्त स्वभावै: स चतुर्विध I
(Shukra Niti Fifth Chapter Mitra -Amitra Lakshan II,  67, 68)
The Offences (Sins) are of four types – that through body, through speeches, through mind and the offences that through association.  Further the offences are of two kinds- Voluntary and involuntarily. Further, the Offences (named as Sin in Shukraneeti) are of two kinds- known and approved. Again, the offences are of  four types –temporarily, constant, habitual and natural .
(Shukra Niti Fifth Chapter Mitra -Amitra Lakshan II,  67, 68)
Indian Panel code or Criminal code did recognize all those types of offences mentioned by Shukraniti as above .
The Indian panel Code , 1860, (sections 1-511) are having following main  23 chapters –
Chapter Nos. --------------------   Main Subject of Chapter
1 ------------------------------------Introduction
2-------------------------------------General explanation
3 --------------------------------------Of Punishments
4------------------------------------ General Exceptions related to Right of Private Defence
5---------------------------------------Of Abetment
6 ---------------------------------- Of Offences against the State
7 -----------------------------------Of Offence relating Army, Navy and Air Force
8 ----------------------------------Offences against the public tranquillity
9-------------------------------------Of offences relating to public servants/Elections
10----------------------------------------Of Contempt of Lawful
11 ----------------------------------------Of false evidence
12- ------------------------------Of offence against Coins and tamps
13- ---------------------------------- Offences related to weight and measures
14 –----------------------------------Of offences related to Public Heath
15-------------------------------------- Offences related to Religions
16- ---------------------------------------------Offences related to human body
17----------------------------------------Offences related to properties
18- -------------------------------------Offences related to documents and property marks
19 --------------------------------------Of criminal Breach of Contracts services
20 --------------------------------------Of Offences related to marriage
21 -----------------------------------------Of defamation
22--------------------------------------------Of Criminal Intimidation, insult and annoyance
23- --------------------------------------------Attempts to commit offences
It clearly shows that Shukraneeti creator was  a visionary sage that India had to adopt all the suggestions of Shukraniti for drafting Indian constitution.

येन केन प्रकारेण धनं संचिनुयानृप: I
तेन संरक्षयेदाष्ट्रा बलं यज्ञादिका: क्रिया II 2
The king must create wealth by all means. The wealth should be used for defending the kingdom, armed forces and public utilities or welfare of the people,
(Shukraneeti, Chapter 5, Kosha Nirupan 2)
The job or CEO or for example, apart from other main aspects, the main job of any country premier is to create wealth for the country through all means.
The main cause of Failure of Communism in the world was that Communist ruling countries could nor create sustainable wealth for the country and thereafter could not fulfil the real requirement of the people.
Communist Russia created wealth through arms or defence utility production but was not sufficient to fulfil the real requirement of the people of Soviet Unions.
Though there is the rule of Communist party in China but China is now totally a capitalist country and is busy in creating sustainable wealth.
Wealth for Social Causes or Cause management –
The wealth in a country or for that matter in any private organization too should be spent –
1-Part of wealth for growth and creation of wealth for future
2-Balance wealth for the social causes
The Communists even today (in India )  always stress spending on social causes but will never speak /mention the techniques of creating wealth that is required for sustainable money flow for the social causes.
Shukraneeti stresses for creation of the wealth as well that it should be spent of defending the state, daily expenses of the state and major wealth should be spent on social causes. The word ‘yenken prakarey येन केन प्रकारेण or by all means’ should be taken always that wealth to be created by legal means only.
It is absurd to abuse the wealth creators in today’s scenario as Left political parties criticize all governments in India.
The major responsibility of the CEO or country premier is to create sustainable wealth and should be spent on social causes.
The CEO or Country Premier should have clear ideas of wealth creation that the wealth is spent on social causes. Wealth creation is a must because, without wealth, there are no possibilities of social causes.

The wealth/treasure collected only for children and wife is as good as hell because that wealth /treasure does not correct the ways for gorgeous life in another life.

Why it is necessary for a Brand to go for a social cause –
The social cause by a brand stops adversary public opinion in bad times.
The brand earns a positive image through social works.
There are surveys those vouches that people prefer the brands that work for social causes.
Competitive talents prefer working with those organizations that are engaged in social causes.

The good or deserving person earns money through well (legal) means and spends on good jobs. The underserving or bad person earns wealth by wrong /illegal means and spends on wrong jobs.
(Shukraneeti, Chapter 5, Kosha Nirupan, 6)
The CEO must pay attention to her/his organization to earn wealth or increase wealth through the country’s constitutional means and not through illegal means.
In India, there are tens of examples; those who earn wealth through legal means and those who earn illegal means.  Ex-Chief Minister of Bihar Lalu Prasad Yadava had to go to jail at his fag end of life for the wrong way of wealth earning.
The relationship between Chanda Kochar I CC bank CEO and Videocon group is open that tells the story of illegal way of earning bring negative results only. (2)
