उत्तराखंड की सत्ता में फिर लौटेंगे : निशंक
 
लखनउ, 10 जून : उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री रमेश पोखरियाल निशंक ने अपने प्रदेश में अगले साल होने वाले विधानसभा चुनाव के बाद भाजपा की सत्ता में वापसी का दावा करते हुए कहा कि उनकी पार्टी राज्य में अपनी सरकार द्वारा किये गए विकास कार्यों और उपलब्धियों को लेकर जनता के बीच जाएगी।
     भाजपा की राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी समिति की बैठक में हिस्सा लेने के लिये हाल में लखनउ आए निशंक ने भाषा से विशेष बातचीत में कहा हमने पूर्ववर्ती कांग्रेस सरकार के पांच साल के शासन और अपने शासनकाल में अब तक किये गए कार्यों के तुलनात्मक आंकडे जारी किये हैं जिससे स्पष्ट है कि हमने ज्यादा तेजी से विकास किया है और जनता इस तरक्की को जारी रखने के लिये हमें सत्ता में वापस लाएगी।
    उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा शासनकाल में पर्वतीय राज्य में उद्योग, शिक्षा, आटोमोबाइल, पर्यटन और अन्य क्षेत्रों में कई उपलब्धियां हासिल की गयी हैं और वह देश में सबसे तेजी से विकास कर रहे प्रदेश के रूप में उभरा है।
    निशंक ने कहा, वर्ष 2000 में उत्तराखंड के गठन के वक्त प्रदेश में प्रति व्यक्ति आय 14300 रुपए थी जो अब बढकर 55807 रुपए हो गई है। मौजूदा सरकार के कार्यकाल में यह राज्य आटोमोबाइल, उद्योग और शिक्षा का केन्द्र बन चुका है। प्रदेश का चौतरफा विकास हो रहा है और जनता को उसका लाभ मिल रहा है।
    उन्होंने कहा कि अगले तीन साल में उत्तराखंड दुनिया का सबसे बडा आटोमोबाइल केन्द्र बन जाएगा। साथ ही आईआईटी, एनआईटी, आईआईएम और एम्स की शिक्षण गतिविधियों के चलते यह राज्य शिक्षा का प्रमुख केन्द्र भी बन रहा है। उत्तराखंड के विकास की नींव कांग्रेस नेता पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री नारायण दत्त तिवारी द्वारा डाले जाने की तरफ ध्यान दिलाए जाने पर निशंक ने कहा कि अगर तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी ने उत्तराखंड के लिये औद्योगिक पैकेज नहीं दिया होता तो प्रदेश के विकास की बुनियाद नहीं पडती।
    उन्होंने कहा तिवारी सरकार ने जितना औद्योगिक निवेश पांच वर्षों में प्राप्त किया था उतना हम तीन साल में ही हासिल कर चुके हैं।
    मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि भाजपा अगले साल उत्तराखंड में होने वाले विधानसभा चुनाव की तैयारी कर रही है और टिकट वितरण का काम गहन सर्वेक्षण के बाद किया जाएगा।
    हाल में अपनी पार्टी के ही सहयोगियों की तरफ से नेतृत्व की चुनौती का सामना कर रहे निशंक ने कहा कि पार्टी उस स्थिति से उबर चुकी है और आगामी चुनाव में दल के सभी नेता तथा कार्यकर्ता एकजुट होकर भाजपा को पुन: सत्ता में वापस लाने के लिये मनोयोग से जुटेंगे।
    उत्तराखंड विधानसभा चुनाव में अपने प्रत्याशी उतारने की घोषणा कर चुकी बसपा की सफलता की सम्भावनाओं के बारे में पूछने पर निशंक ने कहा कि मायावती की पार्टी का असर हरिद्वार तक ही सीमित है। उन्होंने चुटकी लेते हुए कहा सभी लोग यह बात जानते हैं कि हाथी :बसपा का चुनाव निशान: पहाड पर नहीं चढ सकता।
    अपनी सरकार पर विपक्षी पार्टियों द्वारा लगाए जा रहे भ्रष्टचार के आरोपों को खारिज करते हुए निशंक ने कहा कि विपक्ष के इल्जाम मनगढंत और तथ्यविहीन हैं। उन्होंने कहा हम इन आरोपों पर विधानसभा में चर्चा कराने को तैयार थे लेकिन विपक्ष ही पीछे हट गया।

Dear All,
As you know the next assembly election will be held in 2012.But this election will strangulte the objective of creation of hill state.And effort of those who lost their lives in the uttarakhand movement is going to be useless.
After a long battle people find their dream hill state and it is now going to lose the status of hill state as no of legislators from hill is going to be reduced in future.
On 15 May, 2002 a bill was passed in parliament, and kill the objective of the creation of the new hill state (uttarakhand).But most painful thing is our respectd M.Ps from uttarakhand did not speak even a single word against this bill on 7 May in lok Sabha, 15 may 2002 in Rajya Saba ,make a way to strangulate the voice of hill in the assembly of uttarakhand.
So how these puppet M.Ps,who did not save the interest of hill in the Parliament, will face the common people. As of now most of the people are not aware about this arrangement.But once they know it will be hard for these M.Ps to face them.
 
If we go by the current census the average population growth in the hill is mere 6% and in other part of the state is more than 25% it shows that in next decade their will be huge difference in population.

Reason behind the poor population growth is the high literacy rate in the hill region.People want to have small family. So inspite of giving reward to the people ,they are being punished by reducing their representation in the state assembly
If tne next assembly election comes into existence with only on basis of population hill will lose 6 legislator(2-Pauri G,1-Uttarkashi,1-Bageshwar,1-Pithoragarh,1-Almora) and if this parameter is accepted hill will again lose its legislator in future it seems by the end of the census in 2031 hill will lose more than dozen legislator and the voice of the hill will be out of the mainstream of democracy.
In this way the concept of separate hill state will be finished.
J&K is also a hill state, having same circumstances but due to their active MPs in Parliament and legislators in the state assembly who took appropriate steps and got it excluded from this arrangement till 2026.
So this is a time to wake up .
Bhei Bhando we have to come in a single plateform.We have to think on certain points.

1- Can we do something to get it excluded from this arrangement like J& K.
2-Can we file a petition in Supreme court.
3-Can we send mass letter to president of india against this deed of Election Commission.
4-Can we bring our generalist and advocate along with us to make a path to come out from this situation.

5-If we could not do anything, by the end of 2031 uttarakhand will take a shape of mini Uttar Pradesh and our next generation will not fogive us.
6-If we face it collectively,we can come out from this situation.

	उत्तराखंड में राजनीतिक सरगर्मियां हुईं तेज

[/t][/t]   [/t][/t]     उत्तराखंड विधानसभा    [/t][/t] उत्तराखंड में विधानसभा चुनाव को लेकर सरगर्मियां तेज हो गयी हैं. नेता आपसी गिले-शिकवे दूर करने की कवायद में लग गये हैं.   पर्वतीय राज्य उत्तराखंड में विधान सभा चुनाव की तारीख धीरे-धीरे नजदीक आने के बीच सत्तारूढ़ भारतीय जनता पार्टी के कद्दावर नेताओं का आपसी मनमुटाव खत्म कराने की कोशिशें युद्धस्तर पर पहुंच चुकी हैं, जबकि नेता है कि उनके शिकवे खत्म होने के नाम नहीं ले रहे हैं. इस बीच पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री भुवन चंद्र खंडूरी की राजनीतिक सरगर्मियां भी तेज होने लगी हैं.       राज्य में गत लोकसभा चुनावों में पार्टी की हार के बाद मुख्यमंत्री पद से हटाये गये भुवन चंद्र खंडूरी ने बताया कि उनसे पार्टी के पूर्व राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष राजनाथ सिंह ने टेलीफोन पर राज्य की स्थिति के बारे में बातचीत की और उनको राज्य की स्थिति से अवगत करा दिया गया है लेकिन विकास के मसले पर जनता की ओर से जो लगातार शिकायतें आ रही हैं वह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है. इससे राजनाथ को थोडा बहुत अवगत करा दिया गया है बाकी बातें रूबरू होंगी.       उन्होंने कहा कि राजनाथ से टेलीफोन पर तो विस्तृत बातचीत नहीं हुई है लेकिन जब मुलाकात होगी तो विस्तार से बातचीत प्रस्तावित है. पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री खंडूरी ने कहा कि राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री रमेश पोखरियाल निशंक ने भी उनसे मुलाकात कर उनके विधानसभा में किये गये विकास कार्यों के बारे में कुछ दस्तावेज सौंपे हैं. इसके अतिरिक्त उनके मुख्यमंत्री काल में उन्होंने जो घोषणायें की थीं उनके कार्यान्वयन के बारे में जानकारी दी गयी है.     खंडूरी ने बताया कि निशंक ने बीस पच्चीस मिनट तक बातचीत की और कुछ समस्याओं पर भी चर्चा की. ''मेरे कार्यकाल में मैंने जो घोषणायें की थीं उस पर अमल के बारे में मुझे कुछ कागज दिये गये हैं, मैं उनको देखने के बाद ही कुछ टिप्पणी करूंगा लेकिन जनता की ओर से विकास कार्य को लेकर शिकायतें आ रही हैं. आखिरकार तो हमें जनता के ही बीच में जाना है.     खंडूरी ने कहा कि जनता की ओर से विकास कार्यों को लेकर जो लगातार शिकायतें आ रही हैं, वह तो दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण ही हैं.     उन्होंने कहा कि हरिद्वार में पार्टी द्वारा आयोजित रैली में वह शिरकत कर रहे हैं तथा चुनाव प्रभारी तथा पूर्व राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष राजनाथ सिंह से विस्तार से बातचीत करेंगे.     खंडूरी ने कहा कि राजनाथजी ने मुझे टेलीफोन किया था और संगठन तथा सरकार के कार्यकलाप को लेकर बातचीत की थी. हालांकि खंडूरी ने बातचीत का विस्तृत ब्यौरा नहीं बताया लेकिन यह जरूर कहा कि मिलने पर विस्तार से बातचीत होगी. खंडूरी से पिछले दिनों जब यह पूछा गया कि क्या उत्तराखंड क्रांति दल के पंवार गुट के अध्यक्ष त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह पंवार से मुलाकात के दौरान उनसे राज्य में तीसरे मोर्चे के गठन के बारे में चर्चा हुई थी तो खंडूरी ने बताया कि सामान्य बातचीत हुई है और उन्होंने अपने विचार रखे हैं लेकिन ऐसी कोई निर्णयात्मक बातचीत नहीं हुई है, जिसके आधार पर कुछ कहा जा सके.       यह पूछे जाने पर कि क्या भविष्य में ऐसी कोई संभावना बनती है तो उन्होंने कहा कि भविष्य के बारे में क्या कहा जा सकता है. अभी तो मैं पार्टी में हूं लेकिन भविष्य में क्या होगा, यह कौन कह सकता है.       उत्तराखंड में गत दिनों उक्रांद ने राज्य सरकार से समर्थन वापस ले लिया था, लेकिन उसके बाद पार्टी दोफाड़ हो गयी और राज्य सरकार में उक्रांद कोटे के मंत्री दिवाकर भट्ट अपने गुट के साथ अलग हो गये थे. भट्ट अभी भी मंत्री हैं लेकिन पंवार गुट ने इसके बाद से राज्य सरकार के खिलाफ मोर्चा खोल रखा है और कुछ क्षेत्रीय नेताओं के साथ भाजपा और कांग्रेस से हटकर तीसरे मोर्चे के गठन को अंतिम रूप दिया.   http://www.samaylive.com/regional-news-in-hindi/uttarakhand-news-in-hindi/122627/uttarakhand-news-in-hindi.html

Twitter Delicious Facebook  द्वाराहाट : महीने भर पूर्व चौकुनी के पास हुए दोहरे हत्याकांड का एक माह बाद भी खुलासा नहीं होने लोगों का आक्रोश फूट पड़ा। गुस्साए ग्रामीणों ने नगर में जुलूस निकालकर प्रदर्शन किया और तहसील का घेराव करने के बाद जिलाधिकारी को ज्ञापन प्रेषित किया। उन्होंने मामले का शीघ्र पर्दाफाश न होने पर 15 जुलाई को बाजार बंद व चक्काजाम की चेतावनी दी गई है।

मालूम हो कि सात जून को तहसील के जामड़ गांव निवासी कुंदन किरौला के दामाद लांसनायक दिनेश सिंह व उनके मित्र होमगार्ड राम सिंह की द्वाराहाट-रानीखेत मोटरमार्ग में अज्ञात हमलावरों ने गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी थी। उनके शव चौकुनी के पास बरामद हुए। मृतक दिनेश सिंह 7 जून को होमगार्ड के साथ अपने ससुराल जामड़ में हुए एक विवाह समारोह में शामिल होकर वापस रानीखेत लौट रहे था। क्षेत्र के लोग घटना का खुलासा होने का कई दिनों से इंतजार कर रहे हैं, किंतु एक माह बाद भी मामले का पर्दाफाश नहीं होने से उनका गुस्सा फूट पड़ा। जामड़ व पूजाखेत क्षेत्र के ग्रामीण बड़ी संख्या में सड़कों पर उतर आए। वह नारेबाजी करते हुए जुलूस की शक्ल में जामड़ व पूजाखेत से द्वाराहाट नगर के मुख्य चौराहे पर पहुंचे। जहां से नारे लगाते हुए तहसील पहुंचे और तहसील का घेराव किया। वहीं धरने के साथ आयोजित सभा में वक्ताओं ने पुलिस प्रशासन पर मामले में ढिलाई बरतने का आरोप लगाया। ऐसा करके पुलिस द्वारा अभियुक्तों को खुली छूट दी जा रही है। लोगों का कहना था कि यदि प्रभावशाली लोगों के साथ ऐसी दु:खद घटना घटी होती, तो प्रशासन तत्परता दिखा कर अब तक मामले का खुलासा कर चुका होता, किंतु एक सैनिक व होमगार्ड की हत्या की जांच में ढिलाई बरती जा रही है।

बाद में ग्रामीणों ने नायब तहसीलदार मदन राम के माध्यम से डीएम को ज्ञापन भेजा। जिसमें 14 जुलाई तक मामले का पर्दाफाश नहीं होने पर 15 जुलाई को क्षेत्र की सभी आवश्यक सेवाएं ठप करने के साथ बंद तथा चक्काजाम की धमकी दी गई है। प्रदर्शन में नगर पंचायत अध्यक्ष विनोद जोशी, बार एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष हेम रावत, सभासद विमल साह, पूर्व नपं अध्यक्ष कंचन साह, छात्रसंघ अध्यक्ष हरीश आर्या, वीरेंद्र नेगी, प्रधान हरीश कुमार, चंदू उपाध्याय, हीरा बिष्ट जीवन सिंह बिष्ट, पूर्व जिपं सदस्य भुवन लहरी, गजेंद्र बिष्ट, मोहन सिंह बिष्ट, शंकर सिंह, हेम चंद्र मठपाल, जानकी देवी, राधा किरौला, गीता बिष्ट, विमला किरौला, सरस्वती बिष्ट, प्रेमा रौतेला, भगवती देवी, हेमा बिष्ट, तुलसी बिष्ट, दीपक किरौला, ललित किरौला, चंद्रगा देवी, ममता कुवार्बी, बिशन सिंह, मोहन किरौला, वीरेंद्र किरौला, गिरधर सिंह, ओमप्रकाश हर्बोला, भूपेंदग सिंह, आनंद सिंह सहित सैकड़ों ग्रामीण मौजूद थे।

The teaching community which is back bone of influencing the people of Uttarakhand is very much appreciating the song of Narendra Singh Negi. Definitely with time the cassette disc will pick up the sales and the song will become folk song of hills of Uttarakhand and the popularity of song will definitely affect on the coming state election results of Bhartiya Janta Party the current ruling party of Uttarakhand province of India.
   Definitely the song of Negi will inspire people to lay many questions before Bhartiya Janta Party :
1- What hhas Bhartiya Party did to check corruption at Gram Sabha (village councils 0level?
2- Why the Patvaris have increased bribes for Dakhil Kharij, and many pity jobs of people ?
3-Wht are there daily news about corruption at at all levels specially at village levels?
4- Why Bhartiya Janta Party accuses congress for corruption but does not take any step against their own Chief Minister of Bangalore province Yedurappa ? Why is there such double standard within Bhartiya Janta Party?
5- Why does Bhartiya Janta Party keep mum on corruptions acts of DMK and BSP?
  With the popularity  of Song against corruption and bribery by Narendra Singh Negi aginast corruption will ignite people to ask such questions to Bhartiya Janta Party.
The awareness of corruption definitely is a worrying point for Bharitya Janta Party. The BJP leadership knows the affectivity of Narendra Singh Negi’s songs.  Negi’s music album  “Nauchhami Narayna ‘  was released just before the  last general election of province Uttarakhand  and Congress had to loose the election.
  BJP leadership  is afraid that if Negi’s new album does change the perception of about BJP as the last album “Nauchhami narayni’ changed the perception then the defeat in coming election is definite.

  Corruption at high places has became a cancer world wide specially in undeveloped and developing countries. The poets are most sensitive intellectuals and they are not silent over the corruption in all agencies.
             One of the famous most Indian singers Narendra  Negi wrote a poetry against corruption in Garhwali (Indian) language ‘Kathga Khailya”  . The sensitive poet Negi brought an musical album on this lyric  too.
The poem starts as
