तुन्ग्लू का पेड के फल बहुत छोटे होते हैं और मीठे भी होते इसकी लकड़ी दांत मंजन के काम आती है तथा घरेलू उप्छार मैं काम आती है !

देवभूमि जी, फोटो थोड़ा और नजदीक से होता तो बेहतर समझ में आता.... वैसे ये सीताफल है शायद.. इसके मोटे छिलके के अन्दर खूशबूदार फल बहुत मीठा होता है...

These are Magnolia fruits. This kind of Magnolia bears huge white flowers,and  have a strong lovely aroma.Eventually as the soft white petals turn a sort of tan color and fall off leaving only the newly forming "fruit" in the place of the flower.This custard apple looking  seed pod then undergoes a radical transformation as a number are bright shiny red seeds begin to emerge from within . At the same time the pod begins to turn brown and dry up. Too bad seeds are for birds only!

This is Bougainvillea .
You must have taken this pic in Almora . Any one who passes though that road can not miss  those colorful giant vines.
