  This is PGG Member Gajendra Singh Negi From Raaga Bandhu Music Parivar (2008) Block Pabau Bazar (Pauri Garhwal).We Are Looking For A Fresh  Female Singer For Our Next Projects. If you Have Any Information About A Good Voice Please Let Us Know. I Am Trying To Built My Career In Our Uttarakhands Music.
      I Am Sharing My Words Regarding A Problem in Our 1st Uttarakhands Album. Which is Dedicated To Our Great Singer Of Uttarakhand Music Garhratna,Garhputra,Garhshaan,My Ideal & Guru Shri Narendra Singh Negi Ji. We Are Phasing some Problem For Launch First Audio Album "NAMAN".
    Problem is That I Am New in Delhi And Unaware About Here Peoples & Conditions.We Have Recorded Our 1st Cassette in May this Year (2008).We Did Record Our Songs With Meena Rana Ji And Her Husband Music Director Mr. Sanjay Kumola Ji in Rs-32000/- After having Master Copy We Went To Ramesh Ajmani (Rama Cassette)For Launch Our Album. He Took Rs-15000/- On Date 22 July 2008 For Launch Our 1st Audio Album And Said That He Will Launch "NAMAN" Within 7 Days. And Said Vedio Will Launch Soon But Still We Are Waiting For Our Album in Market. I Have Called So Many Times To Him But He is Always Careless About Our Problem. What We Sould Do Any Legal Action Or Other Option is There.If Some body Can Give Us Advise Via Email & Phone it Will Be Helpful For us.Album Title is "NAMAN" (Pranaam). I Will Be Very Thankful All Of You. If You Want Listen Any Song Of Shri Narendra Singh Negi Ji in My Voice Your Most Welcome You Can Call Me it Will Be My Fortune.

Yeh to bahut purani problem hai... Uttarakhandi music ki ABC bhi nahi janne wale non-pahari log Uttarakhandi music k thekedar bankar hamare culture ko loss pahucha rahe hain..

Naye nawele seedhe-saade pahari log jo music mein apna career banana chahate hain, in logo k dwara loote jate hain... Gajendra ji ne to apni baat sab ke saamne rakhne ki himmat jutayi hai... adhikansh log to is baat ko jag-jahir bhi nahi karte...

Indian short film selected for Italian fest

NEW DELHI: "Aakhiri Munadi", a 15-minute short film on the culture and tradition of Himalayas, has been selected for the River to River Italy Film 
Festival, which will also be a tribute to Raj Kapoor.

Written and directed by NSD student Ahsan Bakhsh, the film has been completely shot in Uttarakhand. According to Bakhsh, the film's USP is that it presents the culture and tradition of Himalayas.

"Aakhiri Munadi" is the story of a messenger Puran Singh who prides on his voice and his 'nagara' or drum. People of his town have faith in announcements made by Puran and believe that whatever he says is true.

One day he came to know that the chairman of the municipal board misused him and his voice. At the end of his last announcement he revealed the reality of the chairman to the people of the town and thereafter, the chairman was nowhere to be seen.

Alok Kumar plays Puran's character. The film's music is scored by Aslam Kaily while Narendra Ghindyal has done the camera work.

The eighth River to River Italy film festival will be held from December 5-11 in Florence. According to many people of Italy and Europe, Raj Kapoor was the Charlie Chaplin of the 1950s.

The jury of the festival also boasts names from the Bollywood fraternity like directors Kunal Kohli, Indra Kumar, R Balki, and Rohit Shetty.

During my leave, I got a time to watch some of the Uttarakhandi movies like Ikulas, Cheli and some comedy  movies. There is need of improvement in many aspect. The film maters are not studying the subject properly.  I also observed that there is some experiment to convert UK's culture in hindi etc.

Though a lot of people are venturing to make film on many issues but they will have to study the subject first.
