Some suggestion,
* Ignore the month of Febraury and march as there started Practical Exams and board exams.
* Till january time is good or after July, and after feb-march holiday for 10th and 12th class students, so choose time accordingly.

And if any help from my side, please inform board moderator Anubhav ji and Mehta ji, as I am offline most of the time. They will pass me the message.

Geetika ji Uttarakhand is one of the leading state in Education we have around 80% literacy rate. I understand that schools are at far off places due to the geographical conditions of our state. The level of education is also good as so many fellow Uttarakhandi's are serving at higher levels in the cities.
