Gujiya
most important sweet in holi
fry khoya till it becomes brown,keep aside till it becomes cold
put dry fruits,sugar and coconut in khoya and mix them well.
knead the maida dough.make small poori
fill the masala in poori,different template to give shape are available in market

Ab to dheere dheere Gujia banane ka prachalan khatam hota jaa raha hai. Bachpan main garam garam Gujia khaane main jo aanand aata tha mmmm paani aa gaya munh main.

poori and bada
it is prepared in festivals like harela ,basant panchami,rakshabandhan etc. and in every puja

method to prepare bada
soak urad at previous night
next morning grind soaked urad in mixer(earlier people used to grind using sil batta)
mix salt and haldi according to taste
make little balls with a hole at centre and fry them in oil
it is served with poori.

soak bhatt kee daal at previous night,next morning grind them in mixer
fry jeera in oil.put onion and garlic fry them till they become brown,
add spices and ground bhatt kee dal,add little water, boil for 15-20 mins
serve it wth rice

In addition to this there are several places in Uttarakhand which are famous for dishes like Nainital and Almora for Bal Mithai, Koshi for Raita.

चावल के आटे के सेल बनाना आता है किसी को?

चावल के आटे का गाढा घोल बनाकर उसमें चीनी और सौंफ तथा दौना (सेमल या भ्यूल की छाल, या केला, चिकना करने के लिये) मिलाकर जलेबी की तरह बनाया जाता है.

किसी को और मालूम है??
