The northen parts of Uttarakhand is surrounded by various himalayan peaks. There are various glaciers are also there where a lot of trekkers from world go there.

Arwa Bamak I Peak

 
Arwa Bamak I is a towering peak with an altitude of 6,230 m, located at the Garhwal region of Uttaranchal. The peak offers one of the longest views of the Himalayas.

Arwa Spire Peak

 
Arwa Spire is a shapely peak situated at the remote Arwa Valley in Tehri Garhwal District of Uttaranchal. This majestic mountain lies at an altitude of 6,193 m. The best time to climb this peak is between September and October. Jolly Grant Airport and Rishikesh Railway Station are the nearest airport and railway station.

Arwa Tower Peak


Arwa Tower is a towering peak perched at an altitude of 6352 m above the mean sea level. This massive mountain is situated in the Garhwal Himalayas in Arwa Valley of Uttaranchal.

Bajranga

 
Bajranga is a beautiful peak situated in Rudraprayag District of Uttaranchal. It lies at an altitude of around 11800 ft above sea level.
The peak offers panoramic views of innumerable snow-clad peaks of the Garhwal Himalayas.

The nearest major airport is Jolly Grant Airport. Rishikesh Railway Station is the nearest railway station.

Balakun Peak

 
Balakun is a snow clad peak in the mountain ranges of the Himalayas. This snowy peak is placed at an altitude of 6471 m in the Garhwal region. Balakun Peak is located 16 km from Badrinath at Chamoli District in Uttaranchal. The Alaknanda river takes it birth at a height of 3641 meters below Balakun peak, 16 km upstream from Badrinath to form the two glaciers of Bhagirath Kharak and Satopanth.

Banderpunch Peak

 
Banderpunch Peak is a mountain in Garhwal region of the Himalayan ranges. It is located at an altitude of 6316 m. This is an ideal site for exciting trekking expeditions. The Yamunotri Temple is situated on the high western face of this peak.

Bethartoli Himal Peak


Bethartoli Himal is a massive peak located at the west of Nanda Devi on the outer rim of the Nanda Devi Sanctuary in Uttaranchal. The altitude of this peak is 6,352 m.

Bhagirathi Peaks

Bhagirathi peaks are a group of peaks each with a height above 6400 m. The three peaks Bhagirathi I, II, and III stand at and dominate the end of the valley leading up to Gaumukh. These peaks form a part of the Himalayan ranges in the Gharwal region.
The nearest airport is Jollygrant and the closest railway station is at Rishikesh.

Bharte Khunta Peak

 
Bharte Khunta widely known as Bhartekhunta is a massive peak situated in the Chamoli District of Uttaranchal. The mountain, which is ideal for trekking lies at an altitude of 6578 m in the mountain ranges of the Himalayas. Bharte Khunta in the Garhwal region captivates the eyes of the visitors by its natural beauty.
Jollygrant airport and Rishikesh railway station are the nearest points of access.
