When first time movement of Uttarakhand started same time Gairsain was decided as a capital of Uttarakhand, now we have separate state how can we change our pre decided capital, Matter of discussion is how can we form capital in Gairsain ? we need to talk on how can we arrange resources, economy & infrastructure for Gaisain in spite of "why Gaisain," Dehradoon is very good city but it is temporary Capital it can't be permanent, you are saying you are not opposing Uttarakhand why you peoples opposing that decision which was taken at the time of movement.

Respected Tiwari Ji,
I read your full text and can understand your pain.
However, i would like to clearify some of your apprehension about the members who are participating:
1-All educated and intellectuals were/are not against the reality of Uttarakhand , whether it is development or capital movement
2- If we educated people are discussing we have love for our motherland and Dudhboli
3-Most of us believe in decntralization of power/authorties/devlopmental works
4-if some body is opposing Gairsain as capital of Uttrakhand does not mean he is lesser concern for Uttarakhand than you who are running the movement. He is concerned that why he/she is participating in the discussion.
5- You have taken all of us as if we all were opposing uttarakhand movement. I think you should not count all of us as who opposed Uttarakhand movement. I have been in Uttarakhand movement in Mumbai from 1979 and was contributing through articles/stories/ and small meetings in Mumbai with Shri Arjun Singh Gusain. Discussion is never been against any movement but discussion provides acceleration to the movement.
6- If a few uttarakhandis are suvidhabhogi that is also not correct that all suvidhabhogis are against the movement .
7- It seems that you think that who write in English is always against Uttrakhand's benefits. English is a medium of expression in e-mail and if we are discussing in English it is not against uttarakhand or " Uttrakhand ke Hit"
8- I am sorry to correct you that you are against to newer medium of communication. Computer is not against creativity but it is a medium as newspaer. May be when newspaper came in existance some people might have objected like you who are objecting about the reality and usability of computer or net -communication. If net would have not been there we all would have not known you and and your views within seconds
9- (Havai bayanbaji : As I am understanding that you are thinking that we are talking baselessly from Pardesh. i would like to remind you (or requesting to see history) that when many Indians in foriegn countries used to talk about India's freedom, many people would have thought their discussion as Havai Baynbaji. Even when we used to discuss about sepatarte Uttrakhand in Mumbai many people in my village used to say to me " I am mad" .
I request you please understand our emotions for love for Uttarakhand . It is not we who choose to be migrated but the circumstances made us migrated and if we are talking through mail you should appreciate that we are concerned about Uttarakhand and it may be wrong or right from your point of views.
Sir, My point is that please dont take our discussion as gainst Uttarakhand but it is definitely Pro-uttarakhand and no body should take any body's POINT OF VIEWS as against Uttarakhand
