जीवन का महत्वपूर्ण मोड :-
कवि नजर से दिल्ली को मैं दर्द भरी दिल्ली कहता हूं। मेरा अहसास दिल्ली बहुत ही दर्द भरी है। 12 मार्च, 1982 को मैंने पहाड़ से दर्द भरी दिल्ली को पलायन किया। रोजगार प्राप्ति हुई और जीवन का सफर चलने लगा। पहाड़ से दूर रहने की कसक, परिजनों और पहाड़ की खुद ने मुझे गढ़वाली कवि बना दिया। हर विषय पर अथाह जिज्ञासा होने के कारण मैंने अपना नाम कवि ‘जिज्ञासू’ रखा। मेरे सामने प्रश्न था? कविताएं हिन्दी में लिखूं या गढवाली में। मैंने सोचा हिन्दी में लिखने वाले बहुत हैं। क्यों न अपनी दूधबोलि गढ़वाली भाषा में कविता लिखूं और भाषा का श्रृंगार करुं। वैसे भी हमारे समाज के लोग अपनी लोक भाषाओ से दूर होते जा रहे हैं। अपनी गढ़वाली कविताओं के माध्यम से उनके मन में भाषा प्रेम पैदा करना मेरा मकसद है।
साहित्यिक परिचय :
19 जुलाई, 2009 को अंज्वाळ संस्था, फरीदाबाद के सौजन्य से लायंस क्लब में अयोजित कवि सम्मेलन में मैंने पहली बार कविता पाठ में भाग लिया। उसके बाद कई कवि सम्मेलनों में मुझे कविता पाठ में भाग लेने का मौका मिला। मेरी कविताओं के पाठक मेरी कविताओं को पढ़कर प्रभाविति होते हैं और उनकी प्रतिक्रिया के कारण मुझे अहसास होता है, मेरा गढ़वाली कविता सृजन करना धन्य हुआ। उत्तराखण्ड के लोगों के मन में अपनी दूधबोलि भाषा के प्रति प्रेम बढ़ाना मेरा लक्ष्य है। मेरा प्रथम कविता संग्रह ‘अठ्ठैस बसंत’ हिमवंत कवि स्व. चन्द्रकुंवर बर्त्वाल जी को समर्पित है। कविता संग्रह का प्रकाशन कार्य चल रहा है और जल्दि ही इसका विमोचन होगा।
सौभाग्य से मुझे 1995 के लगभग इन्टरनेट की सेवा मिलि और तब से मैंने अपनी गढ़वाली कविताओं को रचकर मेरा पहाड़, यंग उत्तराखण्ड, पहाड़ी फोरम पर प्रकाशित किया। मेरी कविताओं के पाठक मेरी कविताओं को पढ़कर प्रभावित होते और मुझे प्रोत्साहित करते।
मेरी रचनाएं हिलवाणी, उत्तराखण्ड गौरव, रंत रैबार, जागो उत्तराखण्ड, स्टेज एजेन्डा, पर्वतीय धारा, हमर उत्तराखण्ड, कुमगढ़ इत्यादि उत्तराखण्डी पत्र पत्रिकाओं में प्रकाशित हुई हैं।
मेरे कविमन की हसरत है, अपने जीवनकाल में अपने संपूर्ण उत्तराखण्ड को अपनी आंखों से निहारुं। मेरे मन की बात......देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड को देखूं, उड़कर अनंत आकाश से, नदी पर्वतों को निहारुं, जाकर बिल्कुल पास से।


समाज को संदेश:
अपनी दूधबोलि भाषा को न त्यागें। जब तक हम अपनी भाषा बोलेगें तब तक हमारी पहचान गढ़वाली, कुमाऊंनी और जौनसारी के रुप में होगी। पहाड़ से प्रेरणा लेकर प्रगति शिखर की ओर बढें। भाषा प्रेम होने के कारण अब तक मैंने एक हजार से भी ज्यादा गढ़वालि कविताओं को सृजन किया है। अपनी कविताओं के माध्यम से मैं अपने समाज के लोगों के मन में भाषा प्रेम बढ़ाने हेतु प्रयासरत हूं।

              Ganesh Khugsal ‘Gani’ initiated Haiku genre in Garhwali poetry by relaying first Garhwali Haiku through Akashvani Nazibabad.
 Ganesh Khugsal ‘Gani’ is multifarious skill literature creative. Ganesh Khugsal ‘Gani’is a journalist, editor of Dhad magazine, social worker and stage convener.
    Ganesh Khugsal ‘Gani’ was born in 1968 in Kingodi village of Aswalsyun, Pauri Garhwal. Ganesh Khugsal ‘Gani’ published a few Garhwali poetries in various periodicals.
         Ganesh Khugsal ‘Gani’ creates poetries on contemporary subjects and uses modern style. Mdan Duklna the editor of ‘Angwal –Garhwali poetry collection’ states that he is very good in creating desirable imagery by perfect symbols. Girish Sundariyal appreciates his new style in Garhwali poetries.
 Ganesh also creates Ghazals in Garhwali.

             Shurvir Singh Rawat was born in 1968 in Banjarwala, Dehradun.  Shurvir Singh has been publishing Garhwali poems for a few years in various periodicals. The verses by Shurvir Singh Rawat are contemporary subject and he is stern supporter of protecting environment and he believes that development by destroying environment can’t be called development.

पहाड़s खातिर ईमानदार हो न हो
पर चरित्र सब्बि चांदा पहाड़ जनो।
पहाड़ी नांगा -तिसाला भूखा मरु त मरु
पर बथौं पाणी सब्बि चांदा पहाड़ जनो।
चंट हो, चालाक हो , करमठ हो , चुप्पा हो
पर नौकर सब्बि चांदा पहाड़ जनो।
पहाडै पिड़ा पहाड़ाs गीत भला लगु ना लगु
पर संगीत  सब्बि चांदा पहाड़ जनो।
जंगल -बगीचा साला साल होणा छन उजाड़
पर फल -फूल सब्बि चांदा पहाड़ जनो।
डोखरा -पुंगड़ा बेचि कौलोनी बसौणा छन
पर , मौळयार हर्याळी सब्बि चांदा पहाड़ जनो।
पहाडै नौकरी , ठेकेदारी , व्यापार , सब्बि ठीक च
पर , तरास क्वी नि   चांदा पहाड़ जनो। 
चोरी , घूस , बेमानी को मलाल जरूर छ
पर , रुप्यों कु ढेरसब्बि चांदा पहाड़ जनो।
ठीक छ पहाडैs हर्याळि , बसन्त , बथौं पाणि
पर , जीवन  सब्बि नि चांदा पहाड़ जनो।

Beena Kandari has significant place among all female Garhwali language poets .
‘Kameda Akhar ‘ is one of the important poetry collections by Beena Benjwal in Garhwali language for narrating women lives in rural Garhwal. The poems of Kameda Akhar prove that in Garhwali poetic field, the great strength of women is increasing diversity, aspiration and ambition. In each poem of this collection, readers will find known images of Garhwali women but with different symbols, which till date no other poet could do so. The language is simple with lots of dialects of Chamoli Garhwal. The flow of each poem is appreciable. The style or form of poems are unconventional poetry that is all poems are in prose-form(Gadyatmak rup) but with proper lyrical taste .

द्यब्तों कु क्या च , उंल त रैणि छ हम दगड़ि 
पर ऊँ फर झणि  कन चढ़दि बौळ
छः मैना मा जु घौर नी आणा छैया
त वु यख कै दीणा छिन रौळ -बौळ
....
...
धन्य हो वूं खबेस कु
जोंकों वजह से गढवालौ विकास जारी छ।
....       
कि धन्य हो पहाड़ का द्यब्ता अर
हम फर चिपट्यां खबेस।
