Dehradun, 21 Dec: Bollywood actor Hemant Pandey released a book on Uttarakhandi Idioms and Riddles in New Delhi on Sunday. Creative Uttarakhand (Myar Pahad), a social organisation, celebrated its fourth anniversary in a special way at the Garhwal Bhawan by hosting this special book release function.
Written by MS Mehta and Dayal Pandey, the 200-page book was praised by all present at the function. Hemant Pandey said, "I joined Creative Uttarakhand two years ago and in these years I have seen the group taking up much creative work. The development of language will play a pivotal role in the development of culture. There is need to promoted books on Garhwali/Kumaoni languages."
The Creative Uttarakhand (Myar Pahad) is a social organisation that has been actively involved in various Uttarakhand related social works. The group regularly hosts Medical Camps, Career Guidance Camps in Uttarakhand, seminars on Uttarakhand related issues, publishes books on Uttarakhand and organises cultural programmes. A cultural programme by veteran folk singer Heera Singh Rana followed the book release function. Senior Congress leader Harish Rawat, UKD leader Kashi Singh Airy and many other dignitaries attended the function.

इस कार्यक्रम में मैं पहली बार म्यार पहाड़ के सदस्यों से मिला :- प्रभावित किया मुझे मेहता जी कि सादगी, चारू तिवारी जी का मंच संचालन, अनुभव जी का मस्त अनुभव,मोहन जी कि व्यवस्था, हेम जी का मासूमियत व काम कराने कि तत्परता /
