उन सि बात हूंद, स्वार भार ले हूंद  त मीन विभूति नारायण जोशी की बांठै इन धरण छै कि पोखड़ा जाण बिसर जांद।  पण अपण बिरण बोलिक मीन विभूति कुण कुछ नि ब्वाल।  वे दिल्ली वळ जोशी पर गुस्सा तो इन आयुं छौ कि म्यार भौ फड़कणा था , नाक बटें सूं सूं की आवाज आणि थै , मुट्ठी बुजेणी छै जी। कुछ नि मील त मीन दारु को पूरो गिलास सड़काई अर सिरड़ मा गिलास फोड़ी दे।  क्रोध से आँख लाल हूणा था, मुख बिटेन फ्यूंण आणु थौ  अर लिखणो ज्यू बुल्याइ बल - जोशी ह्वेल्या तो अपण ख्वाळऔ जोशी ह्वेल्या , हमकुंण क्या ?कौन सा हमन तुम माँगन जंद्यो पैरवाण।  हमर त टकली चलणस्यूं से अपण मुंड मा बुगण बिठाळयां छन जंद्यो दीणो कुण। नाराजी अर ताव मा मेरी कुल्ली हलणी छै कि लेखी द्यूं बल अरे जोशी ! मीन तुमर किलै सुणन भै ? जब मि भाटियाणा , चमोली का अपण खास समधी जोशी को नि सुणदु तो तुम पोखड़ा जोश्यूं किलै सूंणु।
असल मा ब्याळि विभूति नारायण जोशीन हम साहित्यकारों तै सीख दे बल - सिरड़ /गुस्सा /चिंग्वात नि कारो।  अब बथावो  कै कौमनष्टि हिन्दू कम्युनिष्ट तै तुम सीख देल्या कि गाय का मांश नि खाण त वै कम्युनिस्टन रुश्याण नी ? अरे खिजेक वै कम्युनिष्टान खुले आम बीफ पार्टी करण च कि ना ?
हाँ अब जब विभूति जोशी हम व्यंग्यकारों तै सीख द्याल कि क्रोध , सिरड़ , बिरड़ बर्जित कारो तो व्यंग्यकारों , चबोड्यों , चखन्यौरों ज्यू एकाक  धड़ से अलग करण , हैंकाक खुट तुड़णो , कैक मुंड फुड़णो , नकद्वड़ पर मुंगरै चोट करणै नि बुल्याल क्या ? ल्वैखतर्यो करणो इच्छा हूणी च।
अरे बिरळ तै सीख दिएणि च बल तू मूसो जिना  नि देख , दूध से नजर हटा।  हैं व्यंग्यकार गुस्सा नि ह्वालो त वु व्यंग्य छोड़िक  दर्शन शास्त्र ल्याखल कि ना ?
जब अरज्जी , अराजकता हूंदी तो कोप हूंद कि ना अर ये भै जोशी जब व्यंग्यकार पर अन्याय, बिडंबना  से क्रोध आंद अर खीज से व्यंग्यकार का   जूंगा जळदन तो ही तो व्यंग्य उपजदो जी। 
जब भ्रस्टाचार , अनाचार , कुचार फैलदो तो संत से संत मनिख का आँख लाल ह्वे जांदन अर इनि मा तो व्यंग्य पैदा हूंद हे गजलकार जोशी जी ! हैं तुम त व्यंग्यकार का व्यंग्य स्रोत्र ही सुकाण पर अयाँ छा जोशी जी।
यदि व्यंग्य लिखद दैं व्यंग्यकार का जुबान पर अनाचार्युं, व्यभिचार्युं , क्या बुन्या क्या कन्याओं कुण भयंकर , अशास्त्रीय ,  निम्न स्तर की गाळी नि आवो तो व्यंग्यकार क्या ख़ाक व्यंग्य ल्यखल जी।
क्रोध तो व्यंग्य का प्रस्तावक , जन्मदाता , पोषक अर प्रसारक च जी।
कोप , खिज्ज , सिरड़ , चिंग्वात तो व्यंग्य लिखणो भोजन , पाणी , खाद क्या कैटेलिस्ट च जी अर तुम बुलणा छंवां बल सिरड़ तै ब्वालो टाटा।  हैं आप व्यंग्यकारों जड़नास पर ऐ गेवां जी।

निरदयुं , निलज्जुं , बिलंचु तै कच्याण हो तो व्यंग्यकार का पास क्रोध से बड़ो हथ्यार को च ? बस क्रोध ही जी।
व्यंग्य मा व्यभिचार की डंडली सजाण  तो भी बगैर रौद्र भाव का क्या डंडली सजौला हम व्यंग्यकार।
एकाधिकार।  अधिकार लुठ्या , डिक्टेटर पर व्यंग्य की कुलड़ि , तलवार , बंदूक  तबि चलदी जब सबसे पैल व्यंग्यकार तै गुस्सा  आवो।  बगैर गुस्सा अयाँ व्यंग्य तो पस्वड़ (सतहीन धान)  हूंद जी जोशी जी ।
जो  व्यंग्यकार पाठकौ मन मा क्रोध , रोष , कोप नि भौर साको तो वो खत्युँ व्यंग्यकार च जोशी ज्यू। 
हे गजलकार हैंक दिन से इन हिदायत नि देन कि हम व्यंग्यकार निशस्त्र , अस्त्रहीन ही ह्वे जवां।  क्रोध , सिरड़ तो व्यंग्यकार का वास्ता माता , आत्मा , परमात्मा सब कुछ च जी।

After 1857, government handed over Kumaun administration again to commissioner Major Ramsey.
  Ramsey took following decisions for forest conservation-
1-Control over tree destruction/cutting
2-Encouraged people from Goath (temporary camps for domestic animals) and encouraged them to have permanent settlements
3- Construction of roads and small roads into forests
4-Establishing more posts for forest produce tax collection
By 1861-1862, Ramsey completely banned agriculture in Patalidun forest and he established formers in Bhabhar at reserve areas.
Goath activities were completely stopped in forest regions.  It was compulsory for contractors for paying in advance.  He cleared cut wood in forest and carried to saw mill at Rurki.
Government appointed Colonel Bau as Garhwal conservator under Ramsey.
Government appointed personnel for –
1-Stopping unauthorized tree cutting from forests
2-Controlling forest fire
3-Cleraing tendrils climbing on trees
4- Getting contractors those could pay in advance

180 से 230 सेंटीमीटर लम्बा पक्षी  भारत का राष्ट्रीय पक्षी है।  मोर गढ़वाल के दक्षिण में मैदानी हिस्सों व दक्षिण पहाड़ी इलाकों में पाया जाता है।  दक्षिण गढ़वाल के पहाड़ों की घाटियों में जंगल व पास के खेतों में मोर  घाटी में पाए जाते हैं। नर मोर की गर्दन व छाती नीले  रंग का होता है और चमत्कारिक रंगीन मोरपंख होते हैं जब कि मादा भूरे रंग की होती है और विशेष मोर पंख विहीन होती है।

तुम तैं तब पता चल्द बल बरसात ऐ गे जब ज्वी  बि मिल्द वी बुल्द बल ये साल बरसात जल्दी ऐ गे।
जब मुंबई मा या दिल्ली मा तुमर बुजुर्ग बुलण बिस्यावन बल बरखा त हमर गढ़वाळम हूंदी छै , इख बि क्वी बरखा हूंद।
जब मुंबई या दिल्लीम तुमर बुजुर्ग बुलण मिसे जावन बल हमर बगत त बरखा अपण टैम पर आदि छे अर बिजोग पड़िन यी बम्बै -डिल्ली पर , जब तलक हवामान विभाग नि बथांद बरखा इ नि आंद।
तुम तैं तब पता चल्द बल बरसात ऐ गे जब सब जगा झुग्गी  झुपड्यूं छपरोँ मा नीलु -पीलु तिरपाल दिखदां अर मातबरों बिल्डिंगों मा शेड।
जब तुमकुण हलवाई फोन बार बार आंद बल बरखा लगणी च तो गरम गरम पकोड़ा भेजी द्यूं ?
जब तुमर दोस्त फोन करदन यार रेनी सीजन नि मनाई चलो आज फलण बार मा जये जावो।
तुम तैं तब पता चल्द बल बरसात ऐ गे जब तुम रोज एक छतरी हरचैक आंदवा अर अपण कज्याणिक  विषैली झिड़की सुणदा।
जब तुमरि काम वळि बाई बुलण लग जावो कीच साफ़ करणो ज्यादा पगार द्यावो।
जब भितर पुण सब जगा तुमर गीला ही गीला झुल्ला दिखेंदन इख  तलक कि गैस स्टोव मा बि कपड़ा सुखणा रौंदन।
तुम तैं तब पता चल्द बल बरसात ऐ गे जब दुकानदारुं  स्पेशल 50 % समर  डिस्काउंट का बोर्ड बदलेकी  स्पेशल 50 % रेनी सीजन डिस्काउंट ह्वे जांदन।
जब टीवी न्यूज वळा सूरज तै छोड़िक इंद्र दिबता तै गाळी दीण मिसे जावन।
जब टीवी न्यूज या अखबार वळ पानी की कमी कॉलम बंद करिक बाढ़ का कॉलम् शुरू कौरी द्यावान।
तुम तैं तब पता चल्द बल बरसात ऐ गे जब नेताओं का सूखा ग्रस्त क्षेत्र यात्रा बाढ़ क्षेत्र पिकनिक मा बदल जांद।
जब वाशिंग मशीन , वाटर प्यूरीफायर अर मॉस्क्वीटो रिपेलेंट का विज्ञापन ज्यादा ही आण लग जावन।
जब सरकार विज्ञापन करण  लग जावो मलेरिया से सावधान।
जब उत्तराखंड से लैंड स्लाइडिंग का रोज न्यूज आण लग जावन।
तुम तैं तब पता चल्द बल बरसात ऐ गे जब डाक्टरों बिक्री बढ़ जावो।
जब हर एक मिंट मा व्हाट्सएप्प मा लोग बरखा की सेल्फी भिजण लग जावन।
जब में सरीखा लिख्वार तै लिखणो नै विषय मिल जावो तो समझो सीजन बदल गे।

In 1868, Forest department of Indian Government took charge of administrating forests of Kumaun and Garhwal too. Officials divided forests from Ganga to Ramganga into following divisions –
Block 1-Patalidun – The area was 237.5 square miles and the area covered from west border of Kumaon till Palai srtotra at junction of Ramganga.
Block 2-Kotaridun- The area of Kotaridun block was 180square miles. In the east it was Patalidun forest border and in west was Khoha River at Kotdwara and  meeting border of Saneh forest block (bordering Laldhang).
Block 3 –Saneh Forests- The area was 17 aquare miles covering area between Khoha and malani Rivers.
Block 4 Ladhang- The area was from Malani River to Ravas River covering 3605 square miles.
Block 5 –Khara Van – The are covered 88 square miles and was between ganga and Ravas Rivers.
Block 6- Kartiya Van – The area was 800 acres at left of Mandal origin. There were mainly Sal trees in the block.
Those blcoks were in plains of Garhwal.

जब बिटेन होस संबाळि ह्वाल पता नी कथ्या वादुं isms से मुखसौड़ ह्वे ह्वाल धौं।
जातिवाद - सबसे पैल मेरी भेंट जातिवाद से ह्वे कि हम हरिजनों से बड़ा छंवां अर जजमानुं  काम हम तैं सिवा लगाण च किन्तु कुकरेती जाति बहुगुणा , उनियाल  से कमजात च पर ध्यानी बहुगुनाओं से बि बड़ा जातिक हूंदन । 
कट्वरीवाद - जौं से काम पड़ो ऊंक इख जब कुछ खास बणो वांकी कट्वरी जरूर पौंचाण।  अच्काल यांको नाम अवसरवाद ह्वे गे।
घंटीवाद - घीयाकि घंटी प्रधान , पटवारी या अमीन जोग करणो बुल्दा छा अब नामान्तर ह्वेका घूसवाद का रूप मा कुख्यात ह्वे गे । 
टिक्वा , दूध , डडवार वाद - मास्टरों तै भेंट दीण आवश्यक छौ अब बिहार मा टिक्वावादन पीएचडी प्राप्त करि याल अर यूनिवर्सिटी या बोर्ड मा फस्ट आण तो टिक्वा ना कंळदार दिए जांदन , रूपांतर ह्वे गे।

समाजवाद - ये कुण अब परिवार वाद बुल्दन अर पैल बि यु भरमान्द छौ तो आज बि भरमान्द ।
पूंजीवाद - M.Sc  तक मि पूँजीवाद का घोर विरोधी छौ किन्तु जनि मि मर्फी रेडिओ सेल्स माँ भर्ती हों मि पूंजीवादी ह्वे ग्यों।
बौसवाद - बॉस इज ऑलवेज राइट एंड सिट इन राइट साइड ऑफ़  बॉस।
सेक्युलरवाद - मीन कथगा इ शब्दकोश देखिन पर समज मा नि ऐ कि असली अर्थ क्या च।
प्रवासवाद - मीन सीख बल गांव छोडो अर शहर वास कारो अर अपण बच्चों तै अमेरिका भेजणो सुपिन द्याखौ।  हालांकि बुद्धिजीवी बुल्दन बल अपण बच्चों तै अमेरिका भ्याजो अर दुसर तै भडकावो कि गाँव मा बसो.
अब त रोज एक नयो वाद पैदा हूणा छन जनकी लव जिहाद वाद , लव जिहाद विरोध वाद , गाय बचाओ वाद , खुले आम बछर काटो वाद।  पता नि क्या क्या दिखण पोड़ल धौं।

             Paatlidun forest range is in between valleys of Ramganga and its rivulets. Sal trees were there though much were destructed in past. British officials were aware about poetentiality of Sal trees of Paatlidun forests.
Ramsey constructed roads reaching there and inside Paatlidun forests. His usccsors too continued road constructions in the range.  There were following ranges of Paatlidun –
1-Palai or Taimuria Forest range- Sal trees started growing well in this forest after conservation acts. Officials were sure that Sal would fetch furniture wood from Taimuria forest range of Paatlidun. There were bamboo trees and were beneficial for keeping humidity.
2-Mandal Forest-  Since, the forests were far from human settlements , by 1880, Sal trees were safe there and in south zone, there were Tun trees.
3-Ramganga valley forests- The forest were between Sona River and Shivalik hill range. By 1880, there were huge destruction of Sal and other high trees. Only shrubs were there by 1880. Due to grass the seedling of sal was not possible in past. Travelers, pilgrims  used to fire in the region too.

घरवळि -क्या नि ह्वे सि मिसेज नम्बूदिपराद, श्रीमती मानसमारे , मिसेज राव , मिसेज कर्नाड क्या मिसेज शिंदे  आदि सब्युंन पार्टी दियाल अर मि पार्टी द्यों तो क्याकुण द्यूँ ?
मि -पार्टी ? क्योंकि पार्टी ?
घरवळि -हैकिंग पार्टी। 'वी आर हैक्ड ' पार्टी।
मि -'वी आर हैक्ड ' पार्टी ?
घरवळि -हाँ यूँ सब्युं कम्प्यूटर हैक ह्वे गेन।
मि - अरे कम्प्यूटर हैक ह्वेन तो खुसी म  पार्टी ? दुःख माँ बि क्वी पार्टी दींदो ?
घरवळि - तुम त कूप मिंडक ही छंवां तू तै क्या पता हैकिंग से क्या फैदा हूंदन।
मि -हैकिंग से अर फैदा ?
मि -बीफ पार्टी अर मुंबई मा ?
घरवळि -नै नै हमर किटी क्लब मा जैन लोक बि छन तो वेज पार्टी ही हुन्दन
मि - अर मिसेज मानुसमारेन किलै पार्टी दे ?
घरवळि - मिस्टर मानसमारे का कम्प्यूटर हैक ह्वे अर परभणी का मनवथ टाइम्स मा छुटि सि न्यूज आई कि मिस्टर  मानुसमारे आज बि तंत्र-मंत्र अर पशुबलि पर विश्वास करदन।
मि -ये मेरी ब्वे।
घरवळि -मिस्टर कर्नाड का कम्प्यूटर हैक ह्वे तो मैसूर क्रॉनिकल मा द्वी लाइन की न्यूज आइ कि कर्नाड बि कश्मीर मा जनमत संग्रह का खिलाप छन किन्तु हुर्रियत पर लगाम लगाणो खिलाफ छन।  बस दन से मिसेज कर्नाडन कोदा याने रागी पार्टी दे द्याई।

घरवळि -क्यांक नॉनसेंस।  अच्काल तो हैक्ड हूण स्टैंडर्ड की निशानी च।  सुणो कुछ बि कारो तुम अपण मेल हैक करावो अर रन्त रैबार मा हैकिंग की न्यूज छपावो।
मि -अरे बेवकूफी की बात नि कौर।  हैकिंग हूण बि  क्वी स्टैंडर्ड की निशानी हूंद ?
घरवळि -द्याखौ जी अच्काल हैकिंग हूण मान सम्मान की पहचान च।
मि -नै यु गलत च।
घरवळि - देखो ! जु एक हफ्ता मा तुमर मेल हैक नि ह्वाइ त मीन अपण काका काकी इख भटे दिणन।
मि - अच्छा अच्छा मि अपण मेल हैक करांदु।  मि द्वी चार फोन करदु।
मि - हेलो बिष्ट  ! यार तू कै हैकर तै बि जणदि जु म्यार अकाउंट हैक कर द्यावो।  क्या ? तू बि हैकर की  खोज मा छे ? क्या ? त्यार अकाउंट हैक नि  होलु त तेरी वाइफ तेरी सास तै भट्याणो धमकी दीणि च ?

Kotari Dun range is in between Khoh River and Patali Dun, Atkinson stated that there were mainly Sal trees. By 1880, there was dense forest in Kotari dun region as there were no roads for reaching there from human settlement regions. Due to Government conservative policies, new plants were also there.
                            Block number 3 and 4 Forests
  Atkinson stated about this region as –
The region between Khoh River and Ravasan Rivers was spread for 16 square miles. It was assumed that in past, it was agriculture land. There was water shortage in southern part. By 1880, 80% sal trees were cut. There were Tun and Sal trees nearby Malan bank. New Sal plantation was growing at south-east of the said blocks. There were Bahera, Sain and Haldu trees in abundance in the region. However, main export was for bamboo logs.
