If You Were CM Of Uttarakhand? - यदि आप उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री होते?

Generally, we comment on failure of any Govt and crticize on their working, polices, failure etc. Suppose, you were the CM of Uttarakhand, how would lead the state, what would be your priorities in order to develop the state and eliminate poverty, generate the employment opportunities etc.

Kindly give your views on this.

I am  sure, if members give their views on the issue, we would knowing various things which Govt must adopt in order to develop the state.

सबसे पहले राजधानी गैरसैंण पहुचाता
शपथ लेने के बाद ऎलान करता कि जो भी अधिकारी/कर्मचारी मेरे साथ पैदल गुंजी या मोरी नहीं आ सकता वह स्वैच्छिक सेवानिव्रत्ति ले सकता है.
जल, जंगल और जमीन पर जनता का अधिकार होता, उ०प्र० को सिंचाई के लिये पानी देने से पहले अपने राज्य को पानी देता.
पहाडो में वहां पर उपलब्ध कच्चे माल पर आधारित लघु उद्योग लगाता....

I also agree with your proposal of shifting Capital to Gairsain. In adidtion to this, my priorities would be as follows :-

  -    I would would connect each and every villages of UK with road link as i belive without proper transporation facilities, the development of any particular area is not possible.

-  I would explore more and more job opportunities by promoting tourism.

-   I would open many Engineering Colleges in hill areas.

-  My efforts would also be for saving forests.

-  In order to promote culture, i would try to open a TV Channel based on our culture.

-  To promote sports activities, open stadium in several place including hill and a Ranjit Team from State would also introduce.

देश-विदेशों में रह रहे उत्तराखण्ड के लोगों को पहाड के विकास से, प्रत्यक्ष- अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से जोडना........

रोजगार के अवसर पैदा करने के लिए पहाडों पर पारम्परिक, खेती-पशुपालन से संबन्धित उद्योगों  को बढावा देना......

उच्च शिक्षा के साथ ही रोजगारपरक शिक्षा तथा दूरस्थ स्थानों पर शिक्षा के उचित संसाधन उपलब्ध कराना........
