                              Ochterlony Marching to Himachal 
           British High Command made Ochterlony responsible for winning Gurkha in Himachal region by fighting with Amar Singh Thapa.   Hastings had a guess that after defeat of Nepal in Gorakhpur, Dehradun and Kumaon, Amar Singh Thapa would march from Himachal to Nepal for defending Nepal. Hastings guessed that main job of Ochterlony would be to follow Amar Singh Thapa than head on. However, Amar Singh Thapa was confident that Nepal army was enough for defending Nepal from British attack.  Amar Singh Thapa was bent for defending the territory of West of Garhwal and Himachal that he won in past. Amar Singh Thapa was the real king without crown of Garhwal and Himachal for last 11 years.  Kaji Bakhtwar Basnet in Shrinagar and Kaji ranjor Singh Thapa in Nahan were ruling under Amar Singh Thapa.
  In the end week of October 1814, Ochterlony marched from Ropad Camp for Himachal. Ochterlony had following armed force-
Indian artillery battalions – 4.5
Indian Horsemen army  battalion- 2
Pioneers Companies- 2
Gun artilleries – 1
Loaders, gun loaders, animal takers etc – 6000
          Besides the above, 4000 soldiers from other states were supposed to go with Ochterlony. There were 3000 civilians and 6000 camp servants too.
           It was guessed that there were 7000 soldiers with Amar Singh Thapa. Premble assumed 5000 soldiers.
Around 18000 personnel marched with Ochterlony. There was shortage of loaders and animal care takers. Many loaders started running away from the army. Therefore, Ochterlony bought 5000 bulls. 
   For 4-5 years, Ochterlony was having eyes on the strength and weaknesses of Amar Singh Thapa and his army.  Ochterlony was aware that winning Amar Singh Thapa, it required patience, hard work in hill terrain, different power and Guns. Therefore, Ochterlony took following guns with him-
18 Pound guns- 2
6 pound guns- 6
Heavy Howitzers- 2
Heavy Mortars- 2
  Amar Singh Thapa was stationed at Arki. There was full protection for the camp. Mahachand the  king of Bilaspur  adjascent to Thapa territory was friend of Thapa. Food supply was easily availavle from Bilaspur region. Therefore, Amar Singh Thapa did not change his head quarter.

         This author can state authentically that no male upper caste Brahmin (Chauth , Saryul)  would have created any Garhwali Folk Song before British period. Usually in Garhwal, Shilpkar, Badi, Mirasi, or common females used to create Folk Songs and Upper Level Brahmins used to perceive Folk Song creation as insult to their pride of being upper level Brahmins.
           However, Saryul Brahmins and those Brahmins those were with Tehri Court came forward for creating Modern Garhwali Poetries. Upper Level Brahmins of Uttarakhand also collected and edited Folklores, Folktales, Folk Proverbs of Garhwal-Kumaon as Ganga Datt Upreti and Tota Ram Gairola.
           The reason behind upper level Brahmins coming in Modern Garhwali Poetry world was quite obvious. Upper Level Brahmins have family traditions of learning Sanskrit from their old generation and then teaching Sanskrit to new generation. There was no such tradition of Sanskrit teaching and learning among low level Brahmin castes, Rajput and Shilpkar communities. When British administration started opening primary schools British administration offered upper level Brahmins as teachers. Eventually at initial stage, upper level Brahmin students entered into school. Therefore, upper level Brahmins came into Modern Garhwali Poetry field of initial stage.
              The editor and Publisher of Gadhu Sumyal was born in village Badkholu, Manyarsyun , Pauri Garhwal in 1833 and expired in 1933
    Shiv Narayan Singh Bisht was first Rajput who entered into Garhwali Poetry field.  Shiv Narayan Singh Bisht collected folklores, edited and published 'Gadhu Sumyal' in 1928 under 'Gaarhveer –Charitodaya Granthamala' series. Shiv Narayan Singh published Garhu Sumyal folklore from Agra Press, Agara . Shiv Narayan Singh was a shopkeeper in Gumkhal and he arranged distribution of book from Banghat (confluence of Purvi Nayar and pashchmai Nayar Rivers) and Gumkhal. Bisht did not alter much the folklore wordings but he corrected the same as per contemporary grammar.
    According to Great Historian Dr Shiv Prasad Dabral the story is of 15th century.
Gadhu Sumyal is one of the great, brave folk legends of Kumaon and Garhwal. Uttarakhand cultural historian Dr. Dinesh Baluni states that Gadhu Sumyal was contemporary of Kumaoni king Gyan Chand (1374-1419AD).Gadhu Sumyal was son of Rudi Bhad..
              Gadhu Sumyal was great brave man of Khimsari Hat. His father and forefathers were brave Bhad. Once, there was worse famine in the region. People started starving. Children died on their mother's hands. Women became widow. There was severe food shortage in the hose of Gadhu Sumyal.
           Gadhu Sumyal suggested his mother Lilavati to migrate for Aruni forest.  Mother and son started living on forest produces. Lilavati remembers the buffalos and cows of Deepu the elder uncle of Gadhu. She advised Gadhu Sumyal to bring buffalo of Dipu by bartering her necklace. Gadhu went to his elder uncle with his mother's necklace. Gadhu asks Dipu of Dipkot to give milk producing buffalo against gold necklace. Dipu got conspiracy idea to kill Gadhu Sumyal. Dipu tells his conspiracy idea to his sons. Dipu sent Gadhu Sumyal to jungle for taking buffalo. Gadhu went to jungle and sons of Dipu followed him. Sons of Dipu threw big stones on Gadhu Sumyal.  Gadhu Sumyal caught their hands and asked for buffalo. They gave buffalo to him. Gadhu Sumyal returned to Aruni forest taking buffalo on his arms. When Lilavati saw buffalo she started weeping as the buffalo was infertile and she was unable to produce milk. They prayed for god and buffalo started producing milk.
          Gadhu Sumyal was great flute player. One day, he was playing flute in forest. A princess Surma used to live nearby. Surma was attracted to music of flute playing by Gadhu Sumyal and became his lover in her own mind. She searched Gadhu Sumyal for nine days and nine nights.  At last she met Gadhu Sumyal. Gadhu took Surma and went before his mother. Gadhu Sumyal married to Surma. Prosperously, those three started live happily.
              Dip was very jealous seeing Gadhu's prosperity. Dip thought again to destroy Gadhu Sumyal.  Dip went to his nephew and asked him to collect taxes from Talla Salan and Malla Salan (South of Garhwal is called Salan). Dipu told a lie to Gadhu Sumyal that Salanis killed his father Udi.  Gadhu was angry to hear the story and became ready to take revenge the killing of his father by Salanis. 
              Gadhu became ready with weapons and ammunition. Surma became unhappy to know her husband going to Salan. Surma advised her husband not to go Salan. However, Gadhu Sumyal made her understand.   Surma advised Gadhu not to walk aloof path and without checking not to sit on a cot.   
           Gadhu Sumyal started his journey for Salan by riding on horse.  Salanis came to know arrival of Gadhu Sumyal and they also made strategy to kill him. Salanis dig a long dike and put the cot on it. Gadhu Sumyal came and Salanis offered him to sit on cot. Gadhu checked the cot by his stick and found the conspiracy.  Gadhu Sumyal killed his enemies by swords. After winning Gadhu Sumyal added new taxes.
           There in Dipokot, Dipu made another conspiracy. He gave gold coins to maternal uncle of Surma and wanted to make Surma as his son's wife. Surma's maternal uncle called Surma to Dipkot. The marriage procession was ready. By any means, Surma was sat into Pinas.  The servants started to take Surma on Pinas.  Surma saw Gadhu cooking food. She threw stones on cooking food.  Gadhu recognized hands of his wife Surma.
       Gadhu reached to Pinas. Surma told the real story. Gadhu Sumyal became angry. Gadhu Sumyal killed Dipu and his seven sons.
  After killing enemies, Gadhu Sumyal reached Khimsari hat and met his mother. Surma touched her mother in law's feet. There was joy ever where in Khimsari hat. Happily, joyfully all congratulated Gadhu Sumyal.

सजबिज कभी त आलु इ तजबिज कनू हि रै।

जुग जुग म हुईं छ मनिख्यात की खौत फ़ोळ
तू उकरी टीपी टीपी टापी थोपड़ी कनू हि रै।

गाण्यूंल म्यरा लाटा जो रामराज आन्दू
क्यों दुनियाँ  भर कि पोथी अजि तक लगांद धै।
सरक्वा बगत की थप्पड़ ते थामी ले अंक्वै
कबथै बुस्याला  सट्टी खाणी कू ढुंग छै।

कुमच्वरौं मा आजि बी लगदन जपगा कतगै   
जुपन्या जु छीन उथैं भलि कैकि झसगे दे।


टिटगी त लगली त्वे थैं अर कळकळी  भि दगड़म
इन पितपिता मनिख छीं कखी तू घिणैं न जै।

मुंड रूप्ये हुईं वीं लालचै तौलिंद
जुठु ह्वालु या अबिठू पर नेथ नि डिगै। दे

              Mahavir Prasad Badola was born in 1952 in Badoli, Guradsyun Pauri Garhwal, UK.
              Mahavir Prasad Badola published a few Garhwali poems in various regional periodicals. He writes poetries mostly on pains of Garhwal and Garhwalis. Realism is main characteristics of his poems.  His poems are sensitive enough. Badola uses non rhyme style in his poetry. His poetry language has effects of dialects of South Garhwal.   His use of satire is marvelous. With simple method he also sends message too in his poetry.

                           अफ़सोस ! डंकार संस्कृति समाप्ति के कगार पर है । 

                                                   चबोड़ , चखन्यौ , चचराट :::   भीष्म कुकरेती

                                         जब मि छुटु इ ना युवा थौ त डंकारण  भारतीय संस्कृति कु एक मुख्य अंग थौ।  मर्द लोग धोती , अंगोछा , टुपला तो पैरदा हि था दगड़ मा खाणा खाणो डंकारदा बि छा।
                                       हरेक गाँव , शहरूं मुहल्ला क्या म्यार गाँमा बि डंकार का बीर -भड़ छा। म्यार गांव मा प्रधान ददा की डंकार की आवाज दुसर गाँ तलक बि पौंछि जांदी छे।  भोजनोपरांत प्रधान ददा की डंकार से  सरा गांवक जनानी अपण कजेयुं तै खाणा खाणो                                            भट्यांद था ," ये घुत्तू का बुबा कख मर्यां छंवां ? सि परधान ज्योरून खाणक ख़याल अर तुमर निफटळि  कुज्याण कख लगीं च धौं !"
                               फौड़ -जीमण मा पैली पंगत मा बैठ्याँ पंडित , बैंकों की डंकार की आवाजों से पता चल जांद छौ कि भोजन मा कथगा रस्याण च।  डंकार की ध्वनि भोजन का स्वाद का द्योतक हूंद छौ। डंकार भोजन का  सत , स्वाद का द्योतक बि छौ।
                             फौड़ -जीमण मा सपोड़नै संस्कृति बड़ी म्यूजिकल , संगीतमय छे। इकछुटि सपोड़ा -सपोड़ का संगीत ढोल, रौंटळ , मुशकबाज से सीधा प्रतियोगिता करदो छौ अर सद्यनि सपोड़ा -सपोड़ संगीत ही जितुद थौ। 
                            वास्तव मा  डंकार संस्कृति एक ट्रांसपैरेंट , पारदर्शी तहजीब , संस्कृति , कल्चर थै। जब बि खाओ , जनि बि खावो , जैबरी बि खावो डंकार , सपोड़ण या चप चप से सरा संसार सणि सुणैं द्यावो।  बिलकुल बच्चा की तरां सुहृदय छे स्या डंकार संस्कृति !
                          परधान   ददा तै जब मैना तीन मैना मा घीयक घंटी मिलदी छै तो परधान दादा नाश्ता मा बि डंकारदो छौ।  सब तै पता चल जांद छौ कि रात क्वी घीयक घंटी दे ग्यायि। सब कुछ पारदर्शी  छौ ,  स्प्ष्ट छौ  अर  ट्रांसपेरेंट थौ ।
                        तब नीति अर नीयत निर्मल छ्या
            अब नया जमाना की रौळ -पौळ याने बंद -गिच्च  संस्कृति से पता इ नि चलद कि रुसै खाणो बगत ह्वे गे।  अब फौड़ -जीमण -बुफे से पता इ नि चलद कि भोजन का  सत , स्वाद कन च , बंद -गिच्च से क्या पता चलद ?
           एक जमाना छौ जब भारतीय मंत्री अर अधिकारी बड़ी जोर से डंकार लींदा छा किन्तु पश्चिमी संस्कृति का उन्नायक पंडित नेहरून धीरे धीरे या संस्कृति समाप्त कराई। 
                             याद च ? जब पेट्रोलियम मंत्री केशव देव मालवीयन डंकार दे तो नेहरू जीन मालवीय जी तै मंत्री मंडल से निकाळ दे।  जी हाँ डोनेसन दिलैक  मालवीय जीन डंकार दे।  मतलब स्वीकार क्र दे कि उंन कै तै डोनेसन दिलाई।  यदि केशव देव मालवीय जी                                        चुपके से डोनेसन दिलै दींदा अर डंकारदा ना बंद -गिच्च  संस्कृति का पालन करदा तो नेहरू जी मालवीय जी की फजीत नि करदा।  अर तब बिटेन भारत मा क्या मंत्री , क्या संतरी घूस त लींद छन पर डंकार नि लींदन।
                                 अब तो लालू यादव , यदुरप्पा , अशोक चौहाण , कलमुंडी , कलमाड़ी , ए राजा , जायसवाल , बंसलs  भणजो , हुड्डा बाड्रा की संगत सात क्या सौ पुस्तों  कुण खै जांदन अर डंकार तो छ्वाड़ो , फुस बि नि करदन।  उल्टां जनता तै बतांदन कि मि त                                        जनमजातिक   भूखो छौं।
                                   पैल सरकारी दफ्तरों मा कै अधिकारी या चपड़ासीन घूस खईं हो तो वु अभ्यार्थी  तै देखिक सरा कार्यालय तै बतै दींद छौ कि स्यु म्यार आदिम च किन्तु अब त घूस खैक बि अधिकारी या चपड़ासी गिच्च सील दींदन। पैल घूस दीण माने काम पक्को पर                                       अब बंद  गिच्चै  संस्कृति मा  'घूस देकि बि काम होलु ही ' की क्वी गारंटी नी च।  क्वी खांद दै सपोड़ा सपोड़ , खांद दैं चप चप करदो नी च अर  ग्यरड़ भरेक बि डंकारदा इ नि छन।   
                                       अब सब लुकाण छुपाण , नॉन ट्रांसपैरेंट संस्कृति ऐ गे। 
                                         आओ चलें डंकार संस्कृति को बचाएँ।
                                          आपकी  राय डंकार संस्कृति का बारा मा क्या च ? बचाण चयेंद या ना ? प्रशासन मा परदर्शिता चयेंद कि ना ? नीयत -नीति साफ़ , निर्मल चयेंदन कि ना ?

                British Army Capturing Nalagarh, Himachal

           Nalagarh (Solan District of Hindur kingdom) was gateway for various princely states of Himachal. On 14th November 1814, British army with 18 Pound guns on elephant reached near Nalagarh fort.   British army socilerds fired by 6 and 18 pound guns on wall of Nalagarh fort. The Nalagarh fort wall was demolished on 5th November. There were 95 Gurkha soldiers in  Targarh camp of Nalagarh.  British army captured 95 Gurkha soldiers. British commanders sent those captured soldiers to Ludhiana.
         Ochterlony established British army camp and depot at Nalagarh Fort. The Camp was need of the hour for communication with army of plains region.  Nalagarh was strong fort /camp for Amar Singh Thapa as he was staying at Arki. Ramgarh, Jorjoru, Targarh, hills and forts were on the road from Nalagarh to Arki. Goyala was in between Nalagarh and those hills.  When Ochterlony was marching for Goyala, Amar Singh Thapa reached to Ramgarh fort with his 3000 soldiers and 1000 soldiers of Bilaspur King. In fact the numbers of Gurkha soldiers with Amar Singh Thapa was minimal. Most of the soldiers were either from Garhwal or Himachal.  Amar Singh Thapa built fences for soldiers in many Garhis around Ramgarh. Amar Singh Thapa kept soldiers with fence in Kota Garhi too. Kota Garhi was one mile away south of Ramgarh. Now, Amar Singh Thapa was waiting for British army.

                    Literature Historian:  Bhishma Kukreti
                  Vinod Uniyal created around 20 Garhwali Poems and were published here and there. His contribution in modern Garhwali poetry field is for more organizing conferences, small meetings of Garhwali language creators in Delhi. He also started Garhwali Magazine 'Mandan'
           Vinod uses phases for creating sharp satire. He always advocated new experiment in Garhwali literature.
Vinod Uniyal was born in 1954 in Amaldu, Dabralsyun, Pauri Garhwal. Uniyal expired at early age in 1991

Keshvanand Kainthola: The First Creator of Garhwali Chaunfula Ramayana 
Critical and Chronological History of Modern Garhwali (Asian) Poetry – 15

   Keshvanand Kainthola is famous for writing Garhwali poems in his youth, portraying the day to day life of rural Garhwali women , man-eater tiger's  terror in Garhwal, the chivalry  of Garhwalis in first world war and in later stage of his life ,  writing Ramayana in Garhwali with touch of Garhwal for   popularizing the ideal life of Rama.
      Keshvanand Kainthola was born in 1887 in a Himalayan village Palkot, Mawalsyun Patti of  British Garhwal ( Pauri Garhwal ).
      Keshvanand Kainthola published his first poetry collection in 1928 naming ' Mang-Tarang'. The poems are written in his youth, hence, the poems are full of enthusiasm and portraying the life of Garhwali society especially Garhwali females, the daily life of a common farmer and his wife, the natural beauty of Garhwali village.
       Keshvanand Kainthola also created  poetries on the chivalry of Garhwali soldiers in world war first who fought on behalf of British army.  Keshvanand Kainthola used common Garhwali symbols in portraying Garhwali women  and readers of modern time, still can enjoy the scenery of Garhwal in Kainthola's poems because of his sensible uses of imagery in poems.

Kanthola's poems were so lyrical that late Vishamber datt Kainthola used to sing this poem in Dehradun wherever possible and people used to enjoy the same :
Hans mor ghughti shuba gwathni  kan basna chhan fazal

       Keshvanand Kainthola used the form, style and mannerism of folk songs as baramasa style in his poems of his young age.
            Even, Kainthola did not leave the style and form of Garhwali folk song in creating Ramayana in Garhwali.
  Keshvanand Kainthola published Chaufula Ramayan in 1935 from Dehra Dun Times, Dehradun.
  Though, Keshvanand Kainthola created Ramayana on the basis of Ramcharitmanas of Tulsi Das but there also,  he portrayed Garhwali life in various places in the story of Rama.

   कौणी झंगोरा कू छन ढीस तीर छोडणा।

    घर आइ गैने साँझ मा फिर जाण बैठी पाणी कू
   नौन्याळ छन रोणा लग्यां दे बोई रोटी खाण कू।
  रात अब होण लगीगे कब गोरु भैंस बांदणी
होली  सभी अब फिकर ते भैर भितरा नाचणी।
  रोटी छन अब ये पकाणी साग तख मा प्याज को
  होली लगीं यूँ भूख भारी बोलदी नी लाज को।
  हे शान्ति ! मन मा शान्ति कर क्यै छै उदासी तू हुयीं
    जौंका पति घर मा छना तैंकि दशा छ या हुयीं।
जब तू किलैक सोच करदी देख लेडी हौरू को
अब काम धंधा कर सभी तू घास लादी गोरु को।

                                                  सुबेर देर से बिजणौ चिंता

                                                   ब्याळि मि सुबेर भौत इ देर से बिजु।  मतलब कुछ  अज्ञारा बजि गे होलु त मि बिजु।
           घौरम बि कै तैं नि पड़ीं छे कि मि सुबेर सुबेर बिजणु छौ कि दुफरा मा आँख उफारणु छौं।  उंक हिसाबन तो मि सुबेर बिज बि गे तो कौन सा मीन भद्वाड़ बै दीण , स्ट्यूं पौध लगै दीण या गूणी -बांदर भगै दीणन।  मुंबई का फ्लैटों मा यीं उमर मा करणो बि त कुछ नी च। 
                                                   उन मि चार से पांच बजि बिजण वळ मनिख  छौं।  जब मि नौकरी करदु छौ तो घड़ी छे , घरवळि छे  , चेतना छे बिजाळणो कुण।
          अब जब रिटायर ह्वे ग्यों अर कंसल्टेंसी काम कम ह्वे जावो त मि तै मेरी चेतना ही बिजाळदी।  खाली दिनों मा घरवळि अर घड़ी तै मतलब नि   रौंद कि मि कब बिजुं अर कब स्यूं !  ना ही इंटरनेट का अर ओफलाइन का  गढ़वाली साहित्यकारों तै कुछ पड़ीं रौंदी।
                                                  मि भौत सा बगत दस -बीस दिन इंटरनेट से दूर बि रौं तो बि क्वी नि पुछुद कि मि कख छौं। 
         दरिद्रता क्यांकि  बि  हो सब गुणों तै छुपै दींद। बीमारी बि एक किस्माकी दरिद्रता इ च।  अर को च पूरण पंत पथिक तै पुछणु ?  बिचारा जग्गू नौडियाल जि तैं कैन पूछ ? बालेंदु बडोला या जेपी बहुगुणा 'किरण ' तै क्वा पुछणु च ?
                                                द ल्या ! मी बि  कॉंग्रेसी प्रवक्ता ह्वे ग्यों।  पूछे जांद कि राहुल गांधी क्या अध्यक्ष बौणल ? तो उत्तर आंद - क्या आडवाणी जी रिटायर नि ह्वेन ?
         मी देर से उठणो छ्वीं लगाणु छौ अर छ्वीं चली गेन गढ़वाली साहितयकारों दुखती रग पर कि हम साहित्यकार अपण भयात की खैर -खबर बि नि पुछदां। ख़ैर मि बुलणु छौ कि आज मि देर क्या दुफरा मा बिजुं। मीन स्वाच घड़ी खराब च पर मोबाइलन ब्वाल कि मी इ देर          से बिजु।
                                               प्रश्न च बल आदिम तैं कथगा निंद चयेंद ? क्या मि अपण नींद पूरी करणु छौ ज्वा में से छुटि गे होली ?
       किन्तु जख तलक मेरो जीवविज्ञान कु ज्ञान कु सवाल च वो बुल्दु बल नींद की कमी तै तुम अधिक सेका पूर नि कर सकदा।  ज्वा निंद खते ग्यायि स्या निंद  खते ग्यायि।  नींद क्वी बैंक अकाउंट नी च कि नींद का डेबिट -क्रेडिट हो।  नींद तै स्टोर करें  नि सक्यांद।
                                             वास्तव मा कुछ दिनों से मंदी की मार से कंसल्टेंसी नि मिलणी च त मि देर से बिजण लग ग्यों। 
          सैत च मि अळगसी ह्वे गे  होलु। तभी त मि सुदी पलंग मा पड्युं रौंद जब कि मि तै कुछ काम करण चयेंद। किन्तु काम क्या कौरु ? लिखण -पढ़ण -गप मारणो आलावा आंद बि क्या च मैं ? सेल्स प्रोफेसन कु फायदा -नुक्सान यु ह्वे कि मि गपाष्टि ह्वे ग्यों।
                                             ब्याळि मीन तीन चार बल्टी उठाइन अर किचन गार्डन मा पाणी चार।  तो क्या थकावट से मि देर से बिजि होलु ?
        तो क्या थकावट से मि देर से उठु ? जु थकावट से मि देर से बिजु त मि तैं डाक़्टर मा जाण चयेंद।  चरक को बुलण छौ बल युवा की थकावट नींद से गायब हूंदी किन्तु प्रौढ़ की थकावट का पैंथर कुछ हौर कारण हूंदन।  यदि मि उनि देर से बिज त फिर ठीक च।
                                           पर इन कनै जाणलु  कि मि थकावट से देर तक स्यों , बीमारी की वजै से देर तक स्यों या ऊनि देर तक स्यों ? कु बताल?
      पलंग मा इनि सुचद सुचद मि फिर से ग्यों।  लंच टैम पर घरवळिन  बिजाळ।  बगैर   दांत साफ़ कर्याँ , बगैर नययाँ मीन खाणक खाई अर डिनर तक सियुं रौं।  फिर डिनर कार अर से ग्यों।  आज सुबेर फिर चेतना से ही मि साड़े चार बजि बिजि ग्यों।
                                           बिजिक फिर से मि तै इथगा अधिक सीणो कारण से अधिक इ चिता   हूण लग गे।  मुंड भारी ह्वे गे। चिंता,  चिंता अर चिंता बस !
    कुछ समज मा नि आई तो मि अपण सीणो अनुभव लिखण लग ग्यों।  अर अब जनि लेख पूरा ह्वे तो पता नी मेरी चिंता कख भाजी धौं ! मि अफु तै अब फ्रेश चिताणु छौं , हळको चिताणु छौं , इन लगणु च जन मि भारहीन बच्चा हो।
                                           मतलब यदि चिंता तै साझा करे जावो तो मनिख चिंतामुक्त ह्वे सकुद।

मीन ऑफिस मैनेजमेंट पर  भौत सा लेख , कथगा इ किताब पड़िन अर सेमीनारुं मा भाग ले।  किन्तु हर बार , हर जगह इन लग कि इ सिखाण वळ कुछ बिसरि गे धौं ! ऑफिस मैनेजमेंट का कुछ नियम इन छन जु बिजिनेस मैनेजमेंट किताबुं मा नि लिखे सक्यंदन।  म्यार चालीस साल का अनुभव से मि कुछ नियम बताणु छौं जु सब तै जणन आवश्यक छन -
जब तुमर दिन अच्छु हो तो भैरी डाक नि ख्वालो  , इनकमिंग ईमेल आदि कतै  नि द्याखो।
यदि तुम अच्छा काम करणा छंवां तो समझो तुमम हौर अधिक काम आलो।  काम उखि जांद जख काम हूणु च तबि त सोनिया  गांधीन मनमोहन सिंह जी तै प्रधान मंत्री बणै अर राहुल गांधी तै मंत्री पद तो छ्वाड़ो विरोधी दल का नेतापद बि नि दे।  इनि जनतान नरेंद्र मोदी तै प्रधान मंत्री बणै  ना कि राहुल गांधी तै। काम कमगति तै ढुंढद ना कि  राहुल गांधी तैं। 
कभी भी नियत समय मा काम परिपूर्ण नि ह्वे सकद।
टाइम मैनेज याने समय प्रबन्धीकरण का वास्ता कैमा क्या मैनेजिंग डायरेकटर का पास बि टाइम मैनेज करणो बगत नि हूंद।
सब बुल्दन बल समय मूल्यवान हूंद।  किन्तु सरकारी , गैरसरकारी या  चेरिटी ऑफिसेज मा 20 % काम कार्यालय संबंधी हूंद बकै 80 % समय व्यक्तिगत गप या व्यक्तिगत समस्या निदान मा गंवये जांद।
तुम जनि कार्य समाप्ति का पास  पौंछदां तनी काम हौर अधिक जटिल हूण शुरू ह्वे जांद।
तुमर रिपोर्ट इथगा परिपूर्ण या लम्बी नि ह्वे सकदी कि इखमा सुधार  अर हौर लम्बाई  नि ह्वावो।  सुधार अर लम्बाई बढ़ाणो क्वी सीमा इ नी हूंदी।
यदि तुम क्वी कामक सलाह द्यावो तो तुम तैं यी वीं कमेटीक इन चार्ज बणाये दिए जालो।  अतः उन सलाह नि द्यावो कि तुम तै अतिरिक्त काम करण पोड जा। 
सबसे अधिक संतोष तब हूंद जब काम अच्छी तरह से पुरो ह्वे जावो  - पर अपण काम हाँ ! दूसरौ काम भली भांति पूर हूण से सदा असंतोष ही पैदा हूंद। 
कर्मिकों की पैली प्राथमिकता हूंद कि कागजी कार्यवाई /पेपर वर्क कबि बि पूरा नि हो।
जब एमडी (प्रबंध निदेशक ) कार्यालय  से बिंडि सर्कुलर आण मिसे जावन तो समझो कंपनी कुछ  खतरा मा च।
जब सब नीति समजि  जावन तो समज ल्यावो नीति परिवर्तन का समय ऐ गे।
