       Ayurveda does mean healthy life knowledge. Therefore, Dharma Shastra texts (Smritis) or encyclopedia of code of conducts discussed many health related subjects taken from various Ayurveda texts or other behavioral texts.
      Every Hindu Karmakanda performance texts discusses taking bath regularly with proper care and 'hastha prakshalaym' is part of each Karmakanda ritual performance. Bathing is essential for the good health and Vishnu Smriti (64) suggests following codes for proper bath-
   Never take bath into well built by others (perhaps unknown or enemies)
Never bath by water left by other man after bath.
If at all necessary donate five mud pindas made from the mud of well . That code is also in Yagyavalkya Smriti and Sangraha.
Don't shake head after bath. In Sangraha, it is suggested not to shake hair after bath .

The supporters of King Pradyumna Shah were frustrated by cowardly behavior of the King by not heading on with his brother Parakrama Shah and the king sitting idle in the palace. The sitting in the place idle by Pradyumna Shah was unwanted for any King. It was time for Pradyumna to show his guts and velour for protecting his Kingdom.
The supporters sent message to the prince Sudarshan Shah for being very attentive for the acts of Parakrama Shah. They suggested prince Sudarshan Shah  to come out of the palace . They assured Sudarshan Shah that they would oust Parakrama Shah and Sudarshan Shah would take the charge of the Kingdom. (Ganika Natak)
Sudarshan Shah was already annoyed by deceptive and uncustomary acts by his uncle Parakrama Shah.  Sudarshan Shah decided to fight with his uncle with help of supporters waiting for him outside the palace. Sudarshan Shah decided for freeing the Kingdom from Parakrama Shah. One day, Sudarshan Shah escaped from the palace without knowledge to his enemies. Sudarshan Shah reached to the house of Ramapati Khanduri. (Ganika Natak)
   When Parakraa knew that Sudarshan Shah escaped the palace, he shouted on Pradyumna Shah. Parakrama accused Pradyumna Shah for conspiracy. (Dabral)

  टूरिज्म विकास  में ट्रेन द ट्रेनर्स अथवा अध्यापकों की ट्रेनिंग /प्रशिक्षण की अहम भूमिका होती  है।  केरल योग टूरिज्म विकास में योग अध्यापकों के प्रशिक्षण  प्रगति हुयी है।

अधिकतर संस्थान अंग्रेजी व मलायलम माध्यम में ट्रेनिंग देते हैं किन्तु कुछ हिंदी , तमिल आदि में भी।

उत्तराखंड में भी योग टीचर ट्रेनिंग की भली व्यवस्था है जो योग टूरिज्म को संबल देता है।

Sudarshan Shah Fighting back with Parakrama Shah

      Parakrama Shah stayed back in the palace for controlling the King and the palace. There was fight between supporting soldiers /fighters of prince Sudarshan Shah and his uncle Parakrama Shah in Shrinagar bazar. The supporters of both the groups opened front lines at various places in the capital. The two groups had fronts around palace too. The citizens started vacating the capital due to civil war situation. Inside the palace Parakrama Shah surrounded the house of the King and outside , prince Sudarshan Shah surrounded the palace.
   
  The supporters of both the groups used sword, shields, stones spears arrows and guns. The soldiers were entering into the houses of opponents and if not possible they were disestablishing stones of roofs. The soldiers from both the groups  burnt or destroyed the houses of opponent group supporters.
    According to Maularam (Ganika Natak and garhwajyavanshkavya) , the battle continued for two months.
The Gorkha and Rohila soldiers of Sudarshan Shah showed major courage and velour. One day, ther as fierce fight between two armies. At the end, the supportering soldiers of Sudarshan Shah won the battle and Parakrama had to accept the defeat.

    Yajnavalkya Smriti is one of the prominent Hindu Dharmashasta texts (code of conducts). Yajnavalkya Smriti period is from 4th to 5th century BCE (Patrick) . Yajnavalkya Smriti is created after Manu Smriti is in verse from and systematic one. Yajnavalkya Smriti influenced  more to central and South India than north. There are three Kandas (books ) –Achar Kanda, Vyavhara Kanda and Prayschita Kanda. There are 1010 Shlokas in Yajnavalkya Smriti .

   यदि उत्तराखंड को आयुर्वेद चिकित्सा पर्यटन स्थल  सिरमौर बनाना है तो योग , आयुर्वेद  , प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा ही मुख्य कारक हैं जिन्हे  विकसित करना होगा। आयुर्वेद चिकित्सा या स्वास्थ्य केंद्र स्थापित  करने के अतिरिक्त पहाड़ों में औषधि पादपो कृषि विकसित कर औषधि पादप निर्यात पर बल देना आवश्यक है।

चूँकि उत्तराखंड के पहाड़ों में कृषि सर्वथा विध्वंस हो चुकी है और कृषि को पुनर्जीवित करना बिल्ली का औंर प्राप्त करना जैसा कठिन काम है।  80 % जमीन के मालिक प्रवासी होने से भी कृषि पुनर्जीवित करना एक सपना जैसा ही है। चकबंदी न होना भी सबसे बड़ी रुकावटों में से एक है।  जमीन को पट्टे   पर या लीज पर देने हेतु भी चकबंदी आवश्यक है।  अतः सरकार को औषधि पादप उत्पादन हेतु पहले ऋषिकेश के निकटवर्ती क्षेत्रों जैसे मसूरी , नरेंद्र नगर , गूलरगाड  ढांगू , उदयपुर के क्षेत्रों को चुनकर औषधि पादप उत्पादन करवाकर शरुवात करनी चाहिए।

   ऋषिकेश , हरिद्वार में औषधि पादपों का बाजार है तो उत्पादकों को बाजर निकट होने का लाभ मिलेगा।

  औषधि पादप का परिहवन व्यय  कम पड़ेगा।

   पंजाब , दिल्ली , उत्तर प्रदेश  देहरादून के प्रवासी भी औषध पादप कृषि उत्पादन में हिस्सा ले सकते हैं।

   ऋषिकेश , हरिद्वार में औषधि  पादप विशेषज्ञ उपलब्ध है तो कृषकों व विशेषज्ञों को यात्रा समस्या से नहीं जूझना  पड़ेगा।

बहुत से पादपों की भण्डारीकरण व तुरंत परिष्करण  की समस्या कम हो जायेगी।

     ऋषिकेश , हरिद्वार में आयुर्वेद औषधि निर्माताओं को भी सुविधा मिलेगी व वे इन क्षेत्रों में औषधि पादप उत्पादन में कृषकों को सुविधा भी प्रदान करेंगे।

      हां  शुरुवात में हर क्षेत्र में एक ही प्रकार के औषधि पादप  उत्पादन होने चाहिए जिससे क्षेत्र विशेष पादप विशेषज्ञ बन सके।

      Double game by Mahant Puri
    Mahant Prasad Puri of Kamleshwar temple Shrinagar played double game in the fight between  Sudarshan Shah and Parakrama Shah. Prasad Puri sent his family member Maluk Puri for helping Parakrama Shah and his another family member Rudri Puri for helping Sudarshan Shah ( Shripur Lila page 17).  In that fight, Gusain of the temple were killed the maximum.

     Soldiers of Sudarshan Shah surrounded Parakrama force and defeated them. The crowd was now after Parakrama and was eager to enter the staying place of Parakrama Shah.  Parakrama Shah understood his bad luck. Parakrama ran to the King. Parakrama requested Pradyumna Shah for stopping the crowd and pardon him (Ganika Natak page 390) . Parakrama assured the King for proper behavior in future.
          Pradyumna Shah was a simple person and he pardoned Parakrama Shah. Pradyumna Shah called his supporting ministers and called for ending the battle against Parakrama Shah.

There are various aspects of medical science in Yajnavalkya Smriti. Yajnavalkya Smriti mentions human anatomy and are based on Charak Samhita or Ashtang Samhita –
Charak Samhita counts the number of human bones for 360. Yajnavalkya Smriti mentions 360 bones in human body too. (YS 3/84)

   उत्तराखंड को आयुर्वेद टूरिज्म का सिरमौर बनाना है तो औषधि पादप निर्यात में सिरमौर बनना आवश्यक है।  औषधि पादप निर्यात में सिरमौर बनने हेतु हर खेत में औषधि पादप  उगाना व हर वन में दुर्लभ व सामन्य औषधि पादप उगाने आवश्यक होंगे।

   पहाड़ी उत्तराखंड की बिभीषिका यह है बल 80 प्रतिशत मूल भूमि पर प्रवासियों का मालिकाना हक्क है और सरकार कृषि क्रान्ति हेतु कोई भी नीति व स्कीमें लेकर आती है वह सर्वथा असफल हो जाती है क्योंकि प्रवासियों को उसमे सम्मलित नहीं किया जाता या मजबूरी वस प्रवासी सम्मलित नहीं होते हैं। 

पहाड़ों में कृषि कांटी हेतु वैकल्पिक कृषि याने औषधि पादप कृषि आवश्यक है।  इसे स्वीकारना होगा बल प्रवासियों को घर बौड़ना व गाँवों में कृषि करना असंभव है।  जब सारी  दुनिया में शहरीकरण का ट्रेंड बढ़ रहा हो तो प्रवासियों से गाँवों में बौड़ने की कल्पना करना कोई चतुरता नहीं है।  न्यूज बनाने या आत्म संतुष्टि हेतु हम समाचार से प्रसन्न होते हैं बल फलां शहर छोड़ कर गाँव में खेती कर गुलाब ऊगा रहा है या जख्या भंगुल बो रहा है किन्तु वास्तवकिता यह है चाहने पर भी कई लोग वापस गाँव नहीं बौड़  सक रहे हैं।  चाह कर भी नहीं गाँव नहीं बौड़ सकते एक वास्तविकता है।  इस वास्तविकता को समझना आवश्यक है।

    अब उत्तराखंड में दो विरोधाभास आमने सामने हैं।  पहला प्रवासियों के सभी बांज या चालु खेतों में औषधि पादप उत्पादन आवश्यक है व प्रवासी बौड़ सकने में असमर्थ हैं।  प्रवासियों की तीसरी चौथी पीढ़ी भी है जो पहाड़ों से सर्वथा अनभिज्ञ हैं व उन्हें रूचि ही नहीं है।

एक अन्य वास्तविकता यह भी है बल आज कृषि लाभ नौकरी लाभ से कम है।

कुछ विकल्प हैं जैसे बांज जमीन का राष्ट्रीयकरण कर ठेकेदारी में खेत दिए जायँ किन्तु यह संविधान के अनुसार अधिकार हनन है।

दूसरा विकल्प है खेत मालिकों को बांज खेतों में  कृषि हेतु मजबूर कर दिया जाय

  तीसरा सहकारी आधार पर प्रत्येक गाँव में कृषि हो और सभी गाँवों को  नियम के तहत लाया जाय।

उपरोक्त सभी हेतु भूमि सुधार याने चकबंदी आवश्यक है।

  प्रवासी तभी कृषि में रूचि लेंगे जब कृषि से उन्हें इतना लाभ तो मिले कि वे गाँव आने जाने लग जांय।

प्रवासी सहकारी कृषि या कॉन्ट्रैक्ट फार्मिंग से ही अपनी भागीदारी निभा सकते हैं खुद वे आएंगे नहीं।

   अतः सहकारी या कॉन्ट्रेक्ट फार्मिंग की राह तलासना ही सही राह है।

   Sudarshan Shah was unhappy by the decision of his father King Pradyumna for pardoning Parakrama Shah. Sudarshan Shah felt unhappiness for not crushing Parakrama. Sudarshan Shah stopped his army for following Parakrama army and built again Ropeway Bridge on Alaknanda River.  The citizens were in danger due to infighting between uncle and nephew. Then , citizens felt reliefs after civil war ending.
  For some time Parakrama sat peacefully. After knowing that soldiers of Sudarshan Shah returned to their villages, the army of Sudarshan Shah is not active, Parakrama called his army from Tehri side (opposite of Shrinagar) . Parakrama army again surrounded the palace. It was again bad situation for Pradyumna  and Sudarshan Shah.
The soldiers were scattered in Shrinagar ever where. Parakrama sent message to the king to kill King's supporting ministers and divide the Kingdom.
