      Manusmriti is one of the important codes of conducts text for Hindus still today. Ritual Pundits still refer Manusmriti for many rituals and religious performances.
             Plants Human Relationship in Manusmriti
Manu states that plants have same consciousness as the human being has and are sensitive to pain and touch. Manusmriti show the awareness about the importance of forests and plants in maintaining conducive environment for the growth and development for living world. Manu terms the plants as sacred living organisms and named many plants as 'Abodes of God. (Ashish Tewari et al)
     Tax on Medicinal Plants Cultivation
Kautilya's Arthashastra and Manusmriti show examples of state's concern for public health as Arthashastra discussed fines for selling rotten fleshes (Arthashastra 2.26.13). Manusmriti fix 6/16th tax on medicinal plants cultivation (7.131)
        Importance of Hygiene in Manusmriti
   Manusmriti pays attention on public health and criticize those throwing dirt on roads or public places (4.56).
Manusmriti suggest strictly barring diseased witnesses going to court for offering witness.(8.64)

  Manusmriti suggest ever fines for physicians were not alert while dealing with patients (9.284). Manusmriti suggests or makes rule for physicians not to take meal while dealing with ill patients.

Manusmriti suggests that the state should support materially to ick people (2.138)

                   Medical Tourism in Manusmriti
There was medical tourism was developed in Manusmriti time and before. Manusmriti instructs that there should be special concession for pregnant woman travelling by boats without any payment.

मेडिकल टूरिज्म में होटलों व गेस्ट हॉउसों की अहम भूमिका होती है।  चिकित्सालयों में भी कुशल होटल व आतिथ्य  प्रबंधन की आवश्यकता पड़ती है।

मेडिकल टूरिज्म में सामन्य टूरिज्म व्यवस्थाओं व साधनों की अति आवश्यकता पड़ती है।

केरल यदि आयुर्वेद टूरिज्म की राजधानी बना है तो उसमे होटल्स व गेस्ट हॉउसों का बड़ा हाथ है।

होटल व आतिथ्य प्रबंधन हेतु में व्यवसायिकता आवश्यक है और व्यवसायिकता हेतु औपचारिक प्रशिक्षण आवश्यक है।

केरल समाज ने  टूरिज्म विकास हेतु होटल व हॉस्पटल व टूरिज्म मैनेजमेंट संस्थानों की भूमिका समझा व होटल , हॉस्पिटलिटी , टूरिज्म मैनेजमेंट ट्रेनिंग संस्थान खोले।

आज केरल में -

३० सरकारी होटल , हॉस्पिटलिटी व टूरिज्म कॉलेज विद्यमान हैं।

इसी तरह 28 गैर सरकारी संस्थान , होटल , हॉस्पिटलिटी व टूरज्म टेनिंग देते हैं

उपरोक्त संस्थान कई तरह के कोर्सों डिप्लोमा , डिग्री , पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट  आदि सर्टिफिकेट की शिक्षा देते हैं।

केरल में इवेंट्स मैनेजेंट ट्रेनिंग संस्थान भी है।

केरल में फ्लाइट मैनजमेन्ट कोर्सेज ट्रेनिंग संस्थान भी है।

केरल में  एविएशन मैनजमेंट  ट्रेनिंग इंस्टीच्यूट भी हैं जो एयर लाइन टूरिज्म मैनेजमेंट का प्रशिक्षण देते हैं ।

केरल में एयर पोर्ट मैनेजमेंट ट्रेनिंग इन्स्टिच्यूट्स भी हैं।

केरल में  7 पाइलेट व फ़्लाइंग  प्रशिक्षण संस्थान भी हैं जो पाइलेट बनने की ट्रेनिंग देते हैं।

उपरोक्त सूचनाएं सिद्ध करती हैं कि केरल समाज टूरिज्म को भली भाँती समझता है और टूरिज्म विकास हेतु आवश्यक कारक हेतु कार्य करता है।

  इ राम दा या कथा पता नि कथगा पुराणी च धौं पर मेरी बूडसास बुल्दी छे बूबा आज बि इनि हून्द बल जन भग्यानी दगड़ ह्वाई।  केक भग्यानी नाम भग्यानी अर ख्वाटा भाग बल।  हाँ बुन्याल बल नाम भग्यानी अर भाग ख्वाटा।  बिचारि बड़ी दिबता  मनखिण छे।  सब्युं काम आंदि छे , गां मा आबत मिंतर कैक बि ह्वावन  दूध रुटि खैक जांद छा , सीता जन पराण छौ भग्यानी का।

पर ब्वाल नि बल नाम भग्यानी पर भाग ख्वाटा . कर्मुं फेर च बूबा।  बुड्या ह्वे गे छे पर मूस बि नि  जन्म।  क्या नि कार तैनी। कै पुछेर बक्किम नि गेन द्वी झनण।  कु दिबता नि पूज , कै देवी दिबतौ घड्यळ धार।  दूध फूल, छाया  से लेकि नगझाड़ तक पूज।  कुज्याण कथगा दैं दिबपरयाग नयाणो गे धौं पर मरदा मरदा  बि निपूती ही मोर बल।

      सोरग गे बल त भेमातान भग्यानी की बड़ी आदर खातर कार।  इन मा भग्यानीन भेमाता  से पूछि दे बल बड़ै त इन करणा छा बल जन मीन क्वी पाप इ कौर हो फिर मि निपूती किलै रौं ?

   भेमाता त भेमाता ह्वे।  भेमातान तब बतायी बल बल तीन पता नि कथगा दै डाळ पर लग्युं  इकुळ्या फल तोड़िन धौं।  याद च ? भग्यानी तै सब याद ऐ गे कब कब वींन डाळुं बिटेन  इकुळ्या फल तोड़िन.

भेमातान बोली बल इनि  जि सब डाळ  बिटेन इकुळ्या फल तोड़ण लग जाल त डाळुं साखी अगने कनकै बढ़ली ?

  अब क्या फायदा छौ जब भग्यानी समजम बात आयी तब तक त  वींक दुनिया इ खतम  ह्वे गे छे।

बूबा रे कथगा बि भूक हो तीस हो डाळ पराक इकुळ्या फल नि  तुड़न हाँ।

  Smritis are Dharma Shastra texts of Hinduism. Vishnu Smriti is the latest Smriti. Patrick Olivelle states that a Banaras Pundit wrote commentary on Vishnu Smriti in 1622 and Julius Jolly translated Vishnu Smriti first time in English in 1880. The text is Bhakti text about Vishnu. Vishnu Smriti relied on old Smriti for many code of conducts and medical science instructions.
The chapters related to health instructions from 60-64 are based on Ashtang Sangraha (Atideva)
      Medical values of Cow Products
  Vishnu Smriti offers the values of cow produces for medical and psychological purposes that till date, Hindus worship cow as god and use cow urine as medicines.
  In Vishnu Smriti 23, from 57-61, there is discussion on importance of cow produces.
The  urine of cow and dung clarified butter milk, milk , sour milk and gorokanna clarify sins.   
गवां हि तीर्थे वसतीहगंगा पुष्टिस्तथासां रजसि प्रवृता .
लक्ष्मी करीसे प्रणतौ च धर्म स्तासां प्रणामं सततं च कुर्यात (23. 61)
   Mother Ganga dwells in Cow Urine. Prosperity dwells in the dust rising from their couch, good fortune in cow dung and virtue in saluting them.

   Watching the power of Parakrama Shah, many opportunistic, unpatriotic, deceptive    ministers and officials of Garhwal Kingdom started taking side of Parakrama Shah (younger brother of King Pradyumna Shah) . Many selfish myopic persons became consulting pet men for Parakrama Shah. Sheeshram and Shivram Saklani brothers (administrators in Kingdom) became main consultants for Parakrama Shah. Saklani brothers started snatching orders of  King and handed over those  orders  to Parakrama Shah. Parakrama Shah used to tear those orders and used to regulate his own orders. Minister s as Radhaguru, Chitramani  and  Shrivilas Nautiyal took side of Parakrama Shah (1). People started calling those deceptive ministers as Kunwar Mantri or ministers of prince Parakrama Shah.  Parakrama was releasing his own orders.
     Faujdar Ramapati Dharani and his brother Dharani Dhar Khanduri  Diwan Mohan Singh  three groups of Negi became assistants of Parakrama Shah. (2)
     With the help of unpatriotic assistants, Parakrama Shah gathered his own army. Parakrama Shah gave freedom to his assistants for looting and anarchy. (2)

भौत पुरण छ्वीं छन बल जब जीव जंतु आपसम छ्वीं लगान्द छा।  ह्यूंदु  बगत छौ बल।  त बल तख एक छिपड़ छौ बल तैक क्वी घौर न बॉस न क्वी घोल न कुछ।  जखि रात पोड़ी तखि  बास।  त एक रात स्यु छिपड़ु एक डाळी फ़ौंटम छौ सियुं।  निंद  बि इन कि क्या बुलण।  तबि कखि दूर डांडों म रात बरफ पोड़ी गे।  तखाकि ठंडी हवा इनै आयी अर छिपड़ पर ठंड लगण मिसे गे।  छिपड़न हाथ पैरूं बुट्ठी मरण शुरू कर दे।  अड़गटे क बुरा हाल छा तैक।  घोल जि हूंद त ह्यूंदा ठंड जि क्या लगद तै छिपड़ु तैं।  जब ठंड न बू हाल ह्वे गेन त तब छिपड़न कसम खैन सुबेर हूंदी घोल बणाल।

     सुबेर ह्वे त मुर्दार पड़्युं छिपड़ तै घोल बणानो कसम याद आयी पर छिपड़न स्वाच जरा घाम ऐ जाव त हथ खुट खुल जावन तब घोल बणालु।  घाम बि आयी त तै अळगसिन घड्याई बल जरा घाम तपे जाव त घोल बणालु।  घाम तपण से तैक हथ खुट्ट खुली गेन अर स्यु छिपड़ अब बर्बरु ह्वे गे।  अब तैन स्वाच बल जरा भोजन पाणी ह्वे जा त तब घोल बणाये जाव।  इनि करदा करदा दुफरा से रात ह्वे गे अब जि क्या घोल बणन छौ।  स्यु कै हैंक डाळौ फौन्टीम पोड़ी गे।  रात फिर  बरफ पोड़ी होली अर छिपड़ तै लगण बिसे गे।  तैन फिर से सुबेर लेक घोल बणानो  कसम खायी।  सुबेर ह्वे तै छिपड़न फिर स्वाच घाम आणो परान्त  घोल बणौलु , भोज उपरान्त घोल बणौलु , स्याम दै घोल बणौलु।  किलै बणन छौ घोल।

फिर रात आयी  छिपड़ तैं ठंड लग छिपड़न घोल बणाणै कसम खायी अर दुसर दिन बि टालबरायी म घोल नि बौण।

हूंद करदा कुज्याण कति दिन रात ऐन धौंरात छिपड़ घोल बणाणो कसम ल्यावो अर दिन म टालमटोळ कर द्यावो।

एक रात ये छवाड़ बि जोरक ह्युं पोड़ गे।  इथगा हयूं पोड़ बल छिपड़ ह्यूं तौळ दबेक मोरी गे।  कुजातक छिपड़।  समय पर घोल बणै लींदो त  किलै मोरण छौ तैन  ह्यूं तौळ दबिक़।

बुबा जु बि काज करण हो समय पर पूरो करि ही दीण निथर छिपड़ जनि कुगति मिलदी हाँ।

रिपोर्टों के  अनुसार केरल राज्य योग पर्यटन में भी अच्छी प्रगति कर रहा है और कई प्रतिमान खड़ा भी कर रहा है।  भारत सरकार भी केरल के साथ योग पर्यटन में भूमिका निभा रही है।  केरल में योग पर्यटन विकास में निम्न मुख्य कारक हैं -

केरल की प्राकृतिक छटा - 27 प्रतिशत योग पर्यटकों का मानना है बल केरल की प्राकृतिक सुंदरता के कारण उन्होंने योग पर्यटन हेतु केरल को चुना।

केरल में पारम्परिक योग खेल या युद्ध - 64. 7 योग पर्यटकों का कहना है बल केरल में योगिक युद्ध कला जैसे कलारी पयट्टु प्राचीन काल से प्रसिद्ध है।

आयुर्वेद चिकित्सा - 32 प्रतिशत पर्यटक केरल में योग हेतु केरल की आयुर्वेद चिकित्सा प्रसिद्धि के कारण आते हैं।

पर्यटन आकर्षण - 3 . 7 केरल के पर्यटक आकर्षण  के कारण केरल योग की और आकर्षित होते हैं।

भौत साल पैली कुज्याण कथगा सौण  पैली  धौं हमर गां मा द्वी द्यूराण  जिठाण ढिबरी छा - मयळी  अर गरगरी।  एक दै  बत्थ  छन बल द्वी  ढिबरी इकदगड़ी आशाबन्द (गर्भवती ) ह्वे गेन।  मयळि ढिबरी लौबाणि छे त गरगरी कुछ धुर्या जन छे।  मयळि जनि आशाबन्द ह्वे वा सैण भूमि म जावो , कै पाख पख्यड़ म नि चौढ़ धौं। मयळि ढिबरी हमेशा सुचणी रावो वींक बच्चा संत हो , अगनै पैथर दिखण  वळ हो। मयळि रोज भगवान तै याद करदी गे। मयळि ढिबरीन हौरुं दगड़ फ्वीं, फ्वीं , फ्वींफाट   सब बंद कर दे क्वी ढिबरी लड़णो बि आवो त  मयळि काख लग जा।   मयळिहिटणम  चलणंम , बाच बचनम, घस्स खाणम , पाणी पीणम बड़ो ध्यान द्यावो

   ऊना गरगरी  हौर बि गरगरी हूंद गे।  उच्च पाख पख्यड़ म चढ़ण नई छवाड़  कना कना उच्चा डाळम चौढ़न नि छवाड़ वीं गरगरी न।  अर लड़णो तो इन तयार रौंदी छे कि क्या बुलण।

      स्वील हूणो बगत आयी त मयळितै स्वीलाक पीड़ा बि नि  ह्वे अर द्वी सुंदर चिनख ह्वे गेन।  कैन जाणी  बि नी बल  मयळिकब स्वील ह्वे।

    अर बूबा रै गरगरी स्वील हूणो क्या छ्वीं लगाणो तब।  एक दिन रात तक वा स्वील पीड़ा म तड़फणी राई।  जब कुछ नि ह्वे त वींक मालिकन वींक चिनख अपर हथों न भैर खैंच।  चिनख त भैर आयी पर  गरगरी क प्राण चल गेन।  चिनख जि बची गे।  खाडू छौ बल ब्वे खवा।

ये ब्वे बल स्यु खाडू बि बड़ो अन्याड़ निकळ बल।  जै कै दगड़ ले लड़ै भिड़ै।  रागस छौ रागस।  एक दिन कै खस्सी खाडू दगड़ रिकौण  म मारे गे।  गरगरी न कुछ नि  पायी।

  Parakrama Shah Army surrounded King Palace. Parakrama was not ready for dialogues with the King.  Parakrama used to be ready killing the person telling him good about the king. The supporters of Parakrama Shah were enjoying and the supporters of King were fearful. The elites of Garhwal were feeling uneasy but due to fear of Parakrama did not have strength for speaking in open. The ministers left visiting palace that Parakrama army that was outside of palace might kill them. One day supporting ministers sent message to the King that Parakrama might kill him and ministers too. The suggested the King to keep Kingdom power with him only. The King sent message to supporting ministers for collecting armed forces and to fight with Parakrama immediately.
    Then the supporting ministers of the King started appointing force from the kingdom. The king sent letters to his sympathizers for sending solders. There was chaos everywhere as subjects knew the tussle between King and Parakrama Shah. it was civil war situation as everywhere there were king supporters and supporters of Parakrama Shah. Parakrama Shah came to know that ministers put army around their houses.  He asked those ministers about army. Those ministers said that Parakrama Shah was going against custom by occupying palace and seemed snatching Kingdom from the elder brother. The minister suggested many alternates for Parakrama Shah. Those ministers suggested Parakrama for accord with the King an get new palace and additional jagir .
     Parakrama was annoyed by their suggestions and told to the king " The kingdom is not your own . I got kingdom by killing Jaikirti Shah. You were the king of Kumaon and I got Garhwal Kingdom by my own acts. "Parakrama Shah challenged the King Pradyumna Shah obeying his orders otherwise he would do same acts as he did with Jaikrit Shah. Parakrama Shah increased his army and put soldiers around house where King was residing. Parakrama Shah started residing in a house inside palace that King would not leave the palace easily. 
The ministers sent message for the King to get out of palace with prince Sudarshan Shah. One day, the King took horse and started going out of palace. A spy sent message to Parakrama and   Parakrama reached there . Parakrama stopped the King going out. Pradyumna Shah I not resist and did not fight for his rights.
