कथा सुणान्देर :  श्री  शिव चरण कुकरेती (कठूड़ ) व श्री सोहन लाल जखमोला (जसपुर मल्ला ढांगू , पौड़ी गढ़वाल )

    दक्षिण गढ़वाल या कखि बि जु गांव तपड़ा या धारम ह्वावो त अधिकतर कूड़ दक्षिणोत्तर हूंदन या कबि कबि अपवादम पूर्वोत्तर कूड़  ह्वे सकद।  हां जु गाँव पश्चिम मुखां पख्यड़ म ह्वावन त नियम धियम सब बंद ह्वे जांदन।  धार मंगक गांवम पश्चिमोत्तर मुखी कूड़ भौत ही कम मिल्दन।  सामान्यतया , जख दक्षिणोत्तर कूड़  ह्वावन वै गांवम पश्चिमोत्तर कूड़ भल नि मने जांद।  दक्षिणोत्तर या उत्तर मुखी गांवुंम उत्तरमुखी कूड़ असलम जलवायु याने सुबेर से श्याम क धूप मिल्दो रावो सिद्धांतौ कारण हूंदन। 
खमण (डबरालस्यूं , पौड़ी गढ़वाल ) गांव मंडुळ नगदन मथि उत्तरम  व हिंवल नदी मथि पूर्वम धार म बस्युं च।  तैल गाँव खमणम भौगोलिक स्थिति इन च बल अधिकतर कूड़ दक्षिणोत्तर छन कुछ पूर्वोत्तर कूड़  छन (जगा कमी कारण ) ।पर एक खमणम एक लखेड़ा मौक एक कूड़ पश्चिमोत्तर च।  अर यु कूड़ जगा कमी कारण पश्चिमोत्तर नी अपितु कुछ हैंक वजै से पच्छिमोत्तर च।
   लोक कथा अनुसार खमण डबराळुं गाँव छौ जु दूण दैज म डबराळुंन ग्वीलक  कुकरेत्यूं  तैं  दे दे छौ।  संख्या दृष्टि  से इन बुले सक्यांद बल खमण  कुकरेत्यूं गां  च , पर इख एक द्वी जातिक कुछ हौर जाति मवस बि छन।  यी प्रवासी अघिकतर समिण रिख्यड (उदयपुर पट्टी , पौड़ी गढ़वाल ) से खमण बसीं छन। रिख्यड अर खमण बीच हिंवल नदी च अर खमण रिख्यड क पूर्व म च।
तो एक लखेड़ा मौक पश्चिमोत्तर कूड़ च जु तैल गांवक हिसाब से अजीब इ बुले जालो।  ए कूड़ो पश्चिमोत्तर हूण  पर मल्ला ढांगू म कथा इन चलदी बल -
बल भौत पुरण समौ  बात  च बल रिख्यडम एक लखेड़ा युवा तै खमण बसनण आवश्यक ह्वे गे (अधिकित्र घरजवैं बात हूंदी ) पर वे युवा की ब्वे तैयार नि  छे।  एक तो छुट लौड़ से बिंडी प्रेम अर फिर डौर बि बल कुज्याण ब्वारी लौड़ै हिफाजत करदी बि च कि ना।  अबक सि ब्वे थुड़ा छे तब तब क्वा ब्वे चांदि  छे लौड़ निर्वासित ह्वे जावो।  खैर जब युवा तै खमण बसण जरूरी ही ह्वे गे तो युवा लखेड़ा की ब्वन शर्त धर दे बल  " त ठीक च पर त्यार कूड़ इन हूण चयेंद जु मि त्यार रुसड़म हर समौ  आग देख सौकुं , उज्यळ देख सौकूं।  अर  त्यार रुसड़ हर समय खुलु हूण चयेंद। " सब्युंन बुडड़ी शर्त मानी अर युवा लखेड़ा कुण
    खमणम ठेठ पश्चिम म कूड़ चीण अर  रुसड़क मुक रिख्यड  जिना कार।  अब बुडड़ी रोज रुसड़ जिना सुबेर बिटेन रात तक तक लगैक दिखणि रौंदी छे।  कबि दिन म धुंवा नि दिख्यावो या रात उज्यळ नि दिखे त बुडड़ी धै लगान्दी छे बल क्या ह्वाइ।
त या च सामन्य धरड़ौ गां मा  दक्षिणोत्तर कूड़ो कथा।

     इस लेखक ने पिछले एक अध्याय में स्पष्ट कर दिया था कि उत्तराखंड हेतु मेडिकल टूरिज्म विकास में वैकल्पिक चीटीसा सुविधाएं ही महत्वपूर्ण हैं ऐलोपैथी में उत्तराखंड आगे नहीं आ सकता है।  उत्तराखंड हेतु आयुर्वेद , योग व चिकित्सा पर्यटन ही लाभकारी व सुगम हैं।  यह एक कटु सत्य है बल आज केरल प्रदेश ने आयुर्वेद, योग व प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा पर्यटन में सभी प्रदेशों के मुकाबले बाजी मार ली है।  उत्तराखंड  आयुर्वेद , योग , प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा पर्यटन में आगे आना है तो केरल  मेडिकल टूरिज्म से प्रतियोगिता करनी ही पड़ेगी  व केरल से आगे बढ़ना पड़ेगा।

    केरल चिकित्सा पर्यटन के निम्न पर्तिस्पर्धा कारक केरल को अलटरनेटिव मेडिकल टूरिज्म का सरताज बनाये हुए हैं -

   १- केरल ने चिकित्सा पर्यटन को बहुत पहले गंभीरता से लिया था।

२- केरल की छवि Land of  God  की बनी है व मॉडर्न मेडिकल में भी नाम है

३- विदेशी स्वास्थ्य पर्यटक - अधिकाँश आयुर्वेद स्वास्थ्य पर्यटक अमेरिका (22 . 8 %) व इंग्लैण्ड (20 . 8 %) से आते हैं जो कि  धनी ग्राहक ही माने जाएंगे।  इन स्वास्थ्य इच्छाधारी  स्वास्थ्य महत्वपूर्ण है ना कि उपचार कीमत

इनमे अधिसंख्य पर्यटक व्यापारी , व्यवसायी व सरकारी कर्मचारी होते हैं

    आयु - दो वर्ग हैं १- ४० -५० व ूसरा ६० वर्ष से अधिक

४ -सभी तरह के वैकल्पिक मेडिकल ट्रीटमेंट हेतुविदेशी मेडिकल टूरिस्ट निम्न देश से केरल आते हैं देश

ग्राहक - ७० % टूरिस्ट केरल आयुर्वेद चिकित्सा से संतुष्ट रहे हैं

30 % असंतुष्ट रहे हैं

कई पर्यटकों की शिकायत इन्सुरेंस नियमों में पारदर्शिता न होना व कई आयुर्वेद चिकित्सा केंद्र सरकारी अधिस्वीकृत न थे।

४- पर्यटकों की  आयु - केरल में अधिकतर पर्यटक सभी आय के हैं और आयु 40 -60  होते हैं या ६० वर्ष के ऊपर ही होते हैं

   ५- पेशा -केरल में आने वाले स्वास्थ्य पर्यटक पेशे से व्यापारी (34 . 2 %) व व्यवसायी /प्रोफेसनल्स  (४०%) और 15 % सरकारी कर्मचारी होते  हैं

  ६- 52 % विदेशी पर्यटकों का प्राथमिक उदेश्य बीमारी निवारण होता है , 26 .  7 % कॉस्मेटिक सर्जरी हेतु और 10 % स्वास्थ में वृद्धि हेतु केरल आते हैं

  ७- 40 % विदेशी पर्यटक आयुर्वेद में प्राकृतिक अवयव होते है के लिए आते हैं

         20 % विदेशी पर्यटकों का मानना है बल आयुर्वेद के साइड प्रभाव नहीं होते हैं

        15 . 8 % विदेशी पर्यटकों का मानना है कि आयुर्वेद चिकिता सस्ती है

८- 68 . 3 % विदेशी पर्यटक आयुर्वेद चिकित्सा से संतुष्ट रहे हैं व 31 . 7  असंतुष्ट

९- 8 %  ने पाया कि इन्सुरेंस नियम में कोई पारदर्शिता नहीं है

23. 3 %   आयुर्वेद केंद्रों को सरकारी अधिस्वीकृति न होने से असंतुष्ट हुए

   आगे आने वाले अध्यायों में केरल में अन्य स्पर्धी कारकों जैसे सुविधाओं के बारेमे विचार होगा

   The real name of Mother of Sudarshan Shah I unknown.  Bhakta Darshan (Garhwal ki Divangat Vibhutiyan p 116) mentioned her as queen from Kumaon or Kumauni queen. he was famous as Mandraali Ji  In Vichitrashah Library of Tehri, the name is 'Mandrali ji ', King Sudarshan Shah used to write letter on behalf of Bandravali ji  Sudarshan Shah built a palace near his old place for his mother. That palace was called Madarali ji ka Kotha.  It seems that Harshdevi Joshi arranged marriage for King Pradyumna Shah in Kumaon , when Pradyumna Shah was Kumaun King and Pradyumna Shah married with a Kumaoni girl Mandrali ji.  Perhaps she might belonged a Manral family (relative of Chand and Katyuri Kings) . सामन्य तौर पर गढ़वाळम  दिवाळी असलम गौपूजा त्यौहार च।  गौपूजा ही लक्ष्मी पूजा च गढ़वाळम।  गढ़वाळम दिवाळी मतबल चौदसी अर औँसी कुण सन्नी , छन्नी , गौशालाम गोरुं तैं फूल लग्यां पींड खलाण, पींडु  मने झंग्वर , भात , बाड़ी क छुट छुट गोळीं म फूल अर धनतेरस , बग्वाळ अर दिवाळी रात द्यु जगाण।  द्वी दिन स्वाळ पक्वड़ , भूड़ा बि बणदन अर वीं मौक इक बि बंटदन जौंक दिवाळी नि  हो वे साल।  जौंक दिवाळी  हूंद वु बरजाति मौका गोरुं तै पींड बि खलांदन।  अब त पटाखा बि ऐ गेन।  गढ़वाळम बग्वाळ अर औँसी दिवाळी महत्वपूर्ण हूंद।  हौर गांवक कुकरेती बि बग्वाळ अर औंसी दिवाळी इनि मनांदन जन आम गढ़वळि मनांदन पर जसपुर , ग्वील (मल्ला ढांगू );  ढांगळ अर ख्याड़ा (उदयपुर ) का कुकरेती बग्वाळ नि मनांदन।  यी कुकरेती अर जसपूरक जखमोला औंसी दिन गोरुं तै पींड सन्निम ही खलांदन पर बग्वाळि दिन ना त पींड खलांदन ना ही स्वाळ  पक्वड़ बणांदन। यांक अलावा जसपुरौ जखमोला बि  बग्वाळ नि मनांदन बल्कण म द्वी जाति लोक गोधन मनांदन। 
गोधन मनाणो तरीका बि भिन्न च।  गोधनौ  दिन जसपुर , ग्वील अर ख्याड़ा  का कुकरेती लोग  गाजा बाजा का साथ दुफरा उपरान्त बौणम गोरुं तैं पींड खलांदन।  ढोल दमाऊ का साथ लोग दगड़ी पींड लेक बौण जांदन अर उखी पींड खलांदन।  बड़ा उत्साहजनक व आनंद दायक माहौल हूंद छौ बौण  या खाली सारीम गोरुं तैं पींड खलाण।  ये ही दिन कुकरेती स्वाळ भूड़ा पकांदन। 
     कुकरेत्यूं बग्वाळ नि मनाण  अर गोधन मनाणो पैथर एक लोक कथा च बल भौत साँख्युं पैलि  (दादी जी बुल्दी छे बल गुरख्याणि से बि पैल )  यूं गांवक कुकरेती बि  बग्वाळ इ मनाँद था।  पर एक साल इन भयंकर घटना ह्वे बल कि क्या बुलण तब।  कुकरेत्यूं  बग्वाळ मनाणै तयारी करीं हि  छे बल निराश ह्वै अर एक बुड्या जी सोरग चल गेन।  बस तब बिटेन कुकरेत्यूंन बग्वाळ मनाण  बंद कौर दे।  कई साखी बीत गे छा बग्वाळ छुड्यां कि  एक गोधन क दिन कुटुंब म एक नौनी पैदा ह्वे अर  बस येइ ख़ुशी म कुकरेती  गोधन मनाण लग गेन।
    इनि जसपुर का जखमोलाौं इक बि बग्वाळि दिन क्वी सोरग चल गे पर कुछ साल बाद गोधना  दिन कै जखमोला की गौड़ी बिए गे तो जखमोला लोक बि गोधन मनाण मिसे गेन।
बस या च गोधन मनाणो कथा।

  King Jaikirti Shah expire in Devprayaga in 1785. Pradyumna Shah returned to Shrinagar Garhwal leaving Kumaon Kingdom. On that same year, King Pradyumna Shah gifted six villages as Jagir to his well-wisher Rameshwar Pujara (Shripur Lila) . Joshi brothers ruled Kumaon in the name of Pradyumna Shah. Ex Kumaon King Mohan Chand  and his company fought back and exiled Joshi from Kumaon and took the rule of Kumaon. Therefore, Kumaon Rani came to Shrinagar with Pradyumna Shah. Child Sudarshan Shah came to Shrinagar with his parents.

  It is said that Agni Purana was created at different time between 7th century and 11th century (Green). Agnipurana has multiple subjects thus making it very important Purana in Hindu Religion. Scholars call Agnipurana as Encyclopedia for Hinduism. There are 15000 verses (sholkas) in Agni Purana .

Atideva states that there are special mentions of Ayurveda in Agnipurana. However, the time is behind Charaka Samhita etc. That is why there are many verses s cited in Charaka Samhita. There is no exclusivity about knowledge of Ayurveda in Agni Purana. There is description of treatments for animals as elephants and horses.

रामीसेरा नाम उतपति कथा

सलाणी लोककथौं जणगरु  : भीष्म कुकरेती

कथा सुणाण वळ: श्री जगदीश प्रसाद शुक्ला (रामजीवाला गाँव , उदयपुर पट्टी , गढ़वाल )

या कथा आज को रामीसेरा गाँव, बदलपुर पट्टी की लोक कथा च।  रामीसेरा , जहरीखाल ब्लॉक म जमीरा , धकसुन  का नजिकौ  गाँव च जु जहरीखाल ब्लॉक म च।
इन बुल्दन बल बदलपुर क एक गाँव (शुक्ला जी अनुसार मठियाळी ) म एक बिगरैली जवान रामी नामै विधवा रौंदी छे। रामी एक तीन मैना की नौनी छे अर वींक मालिक  कुछ दिन पैलि सोरग चल गे थौ।  बिचारि बड़ी मुश्किल से बच्ची पालन पोषण करदी छे।  दुर्जन थोकदारक बुरी नजर रामी पर छे अर वीं तै धरण चाणु  छौ। दुर्जन थोकदारन अपणी  इच्छा रामी बताई पर  मना कर दे।  थोकदार अब रामी तै बेवजै तंग करण  लग गे।  रामी तब बि झुक नी।  थोकदार रामी तै परेशान करणो क्वी कसर नि करदो  थौ।
   एक दैं अंग्रेज लाट साब मठियाळी दौंरा पार आयी।  अर जन कि रिवाज थौ थोकदार तै लाट साब व वेका कारिंदों बान  कुली,  रौण -खाण , दूध घी को इंतजाम करण छौ।  हरेक मौ से डड्वार मंगे  जांद छे याने बेगार।
    दुर्जन थोकदार तै रामी तैं तंग करणो   गे।  थोकदारन रामी से एक लुट्या  दूध दीणो आदेश, बदलपुर  दे दे।  थोकदार जणदु थौ   बल रामी क लैंद  पाणी  कुछ नी अर वैक डौरन कैन रामी तै दूध नि दीण।  रामी तै थोकदारन धमकी दे बल नि पौंछ त वींक कूड़ पुंगड़ी नीलाम करे जाल।
अब बड़ी समस्या छे।  रामी जणदी छे बल लाट साब अर कारिंदा लोग बि कम जल्लाद नि हूंदन।  कत्युं  गौड़ी भैंसी नीलाम करि दींदा था यी जल्लाद अर थोकदार लोक।  रामीन बि कसम खायीं छे बल ये थोकदार समिण त नि झुकण।  रामीन अपण दूध एक लुट्या म निकाळ अर उख तम्बू म लाट साबक भंडारी तै दे दे।
     जब लाट साबन दूध पे त  चट्ट वैक समज म आई गे  बल यु गौड़ी भैंसक ना बल्कण मनिखौ दूध च।  वैन तहकीकात कार तो पता चौल बल दूध रामी क ड्यारन ऐ थौ।  लाट साबन रामी भट्याई।  रामी डरदी डरदी  लाट  साबक समिण आयी।  लाट  साबन रामी तै सल्यूट कार अर ब्वाल  चूँकि मीन त्यार दूध पे तो तू मेरी ब्वे जन छे।
    लाट साबन रामी से जब असलियत जाण त तुरंत थोकदार की थोकदारी जब्त कौर दे।
लाट साबन रामी से कुछ मांगणो प्रार्थना कार।  रामी म क्वी स्यार (धान का पणचर खेत ) नि छा तो रामीन स्यार /ज़रा की मांग कार।  लाट  साबन तुरंत गाँव का स्यारा रामी क नाम कर देन अर आदेश दे बल यूँ  स्यारुं  पर क्वी क़िस्त टैक्स नि  लिए जाल।  बस रामी वूं स्यारुं मालकिण  बणगे अर वीं जगा नाम रामीसेरा पौड़ गे।

There is custom among Garhwalis, for burning Janma Kundali along with dead body at funeral. Therefore, there are different versions for  exact date of birth of King Sudarshan Shah . As per unpublished book 'Shripur Lila (1894), the birth year of King Sudarshan Shah was 1788 (Uttarakhand ka Itihas, part 6, Dabral).
As per Garhwal ka Itihas by Raturi (page 460), the King died at the age of 70 in June 1859. That means that King Sudrashan Shah was born in 1790. A per Balkrishna Bhatt (Kankanvanshakavya) , the birth year is 11790 too. There was fight bewenn his uncle and Sudarshan Shah . By that logic the age of Sudarshan Shah would be 12-14 . However, that is illogical a 12year child would fight . Court Artist  Ajabrai drew a drawing in 1803 depicting  Kunwa Sudarshan Shah fighting with  Lion along with Devi Singh and Sudarshan Shah is shown of 17 -18 years old young man.  That means the birth year of King Sudarshan Shah would be before 1790.
    As per record of Tehri Court Record room, King Sudarshan Shah died on 6th June 1859..
Minya Prem Sing stated in Guldast Tabarikh (page 175) that King Sudarshan Shah expired  at the age of 75. This year suits the most and by this logic , the birth year of King Sudarshan Shah would be June 1784.
