विज्ञान भैरव शैव्य तंत्र साहित्य है जो संभवतया कश्मीर में त्रिका   सम्प्रदाय ऋषि ने संकलन व सम्पादन किया था।  भारत में आधुनिक काल  में भगवान रजनीश ' ओशो ' व श्री श्री रवि शंकर ज्यू विज्ञान भैरव को प्रकाश में लाये . श्री श्री रवि शंकर ज्यू विज्ञान भैरव का अभ्यास कराते हैं और कार्य शाला चलाते हैं।  श्री श्री रवि शंकर ट्रेनर टु ट्रेनिंग भी पैदा करते हैं।

     विज्ञान भैरव एक 112 तंत्रों की तांत्रिक विद्या है किन्तु सामन्य तंत्र मायाजालों से बिलकुल भिन्न।  बहुत ही सरल व सामान्य लोगों के लिए समझने व अभ्यास के लायक है।  तंत्र का सही अर्थ है जिसे तन से सम्पादन किया जा सके।

विज्ञान भैरव तंत्र सम्पादन में अधिक तामझाम की भी आवश्यकता नहीं है।  पार्वती शिव से प्रश्न पूछती है बल शिव प्राप्ति कैसे हो।  शिव केवल मार्ग बताते हैं कोई दर्शन व प्रीचिंग नहीं करते हैं।

गढ़वाल कुमाऊं , जौनसार रवाईं में सामन्य तांत्रिक कई विज्ञानं भैरव के आगमों को कुछ ना कुछ रूप में प्रयोग करते हैं।  भूत भगाने हेतु कांड कंडाळी , नदी या पहाड़ में तंत्र अनुष्ठान , पश्वा को तेल दिखाना , झाड़ ताड़ में मोरपंख प्रयोग ये सभी विज्ञानं भैरव के अंग हैं और आम वैष्णवी कर्मकांड में भी प्रयोग  होते हैं।

   भारत में विज्ञान भैरव  केंद्रों की अति आवश्यकता है और यह लेखक ताल  कह सकता है प्रीमियम पर्यटकों  को आकर्षित करने में विज्ञान भैरव कामयाब होगा ही। श्री रवि शंकर के विज्ञान भैरव अभ्यास में लगभग 5000  अधिक अभ्यासी भाग लेते हैं।

       देवी दिवतौं  रुष्ट हूण , फिर घड्यळ धरण , सीम जात्रा करण जन कथा गढ़वाल , कुमाऊं क्या हिमाचल म बि प्रसिद्ध छन।  दिबता खंड मंड  करदो अर पूजा करिक दिबता शांत ह्वे गे जन कथा महाराष्ट्र म बि प्रसिद्ध छन।  या कथा बि दिबता रुस्याणो कथा च पर म्यार मकसद आस्था या नास्तिकता बिलकुल नी।  या कथा सूद भेद दींदी बल जसपुर छालौ शिवालाम कबि कुकरेती वंशावली अभिलेख थौ।
    जसपुर (ढांगू , पौड़ी गढ़वाल ) कुकरेत्यूं मूल गाँव सब कुकरेती जसपुर से ही इना उना बसिन च अर इन बुले जांद बल यु गाँव तेरवीं चौदवीं सदी म बस छौ।  गुरख्या रिकॉर्डम बि जसपुरौ नाम मिल्दो।  पैल इख केवल कुकरेती अर शिल्पकार इ  छा पर ब्रिटिश राज बाद ग्वील गां  बिगळ , द्वी गाऊं बिटेन कुकरेती बौड़ी वापस ऐन , जखमोला बसिन अर बहुगुणा बि बसिन।    या कथा वे कुकरेती मुंडीतै च जु खमण बिटेन जसपुर बौड़ी ऐन।  घीड़ी (जसपुर से अलग कुकरेती बस्ती ) म या बारदात ह्वे छे बल।  इन बुले जांद बल कुकरेत्यूं क्वी बूड काली कुमाऊं से ग्विल्ल  (गोरिल ) दिबता लै छा अर ग्विल्ल कुकरेत्यूं कुल दिबता मने जांद।  घीड़ीम जु मौ बसीं छन ऊंक कूड़ डिस्ट्रिक्ट बोर्ड सड़क तौळ  च।  एक दैं  सन  42  से पैल क्या ह्वाइ बल घीड़ी जूराराम जी परिवार पर क्वी दिबता रुसे गे बल।  जूराराम जीकी घरवळि श्रीमती दमयंती  कुकरेती कालिंद्रा नचदी छे।  लोक कथ्य म कालिंद्रा ग्विल्ल दिबतौ  पत्नी माने जांद अर  ग्विल्ल -कालिंद्रा ऊर्जावान देव मने जांदन जन कैंतुरा।  इन बुले जांद बल जूरा जी या श्रीमती दमयंती पर कालिंद्रा रुसे गे छे किन्तु यु परिवार कुछ नि करणु छौ।
   त कालिंद्रा देबिन खंड मंड  शुरू कौर दे।  जनि श्रीमती दमयंती दिन म स्यावो तो मथि बिटेन सड़कौ पत्थर छत पर गड़ गड़ शुरू ह्वे जावन।  वा बिचारि जनि भोजन बणाणो  बान  भांड चुल्हम धारो भांड उल्टे जाव।  एक द्वी दिन उपरान्त त खाणम बड़ा बड़ा गोरु हडका बि आण मिसे गेन  श्रीमती दमयंती जनि खाणो खाण  बैठ तो थाळी उल्टे जाव।  बात स्व .  कन्हैयालाल जखमोला जी म गे।  कन्हैयालाल जी जसपुरम चतुरतम  मनुष्यों  म गणे जांद छा अर क्रोध से दूर छा व धीरे धीरे अपण  बात बिंगाण म प्रसिद्ध छा।
    कन्हैयालाल जी अर एक तगड़ो मणिक द्वी घीड़ी पौंछिन।  श्रीमती दमयंती से ऊंन भोजन बणानो  ब्वाल त भांड उल्टे गेन।  द्वी मनिखोंन कढ़ाई पकड़ तो भी कड़ै उलटे गे।  आग जम बुजि गे।  अब चतुर कन्हैया जीन बोल दे बल तू अछेकि कुछ छे तो कुछ करतब दिखा। कन्हैया जीन ब्वाल  नी कि घण्यसम धरीं गागर चुलम पौंची गे।  कन्हैया जीन  एक द्वी काम हौर बतैन वीं अदृश्य शक्तिन पूर  कौरी देन।
कन्हैया जी चतुर त छायी तो ऊंन  बोली दे बल तू इथ्गा इ तागतवर छे तो जसपुरौ  क्वी धरोहर ला ज्वा हर्चीं ह्वा।
   कुछ देर बाद सण सण की आवाज आयी अर चौकम एक सिंवळ लगीं बड़ी मोटी पटाळ  ऐ गे।  पटाळम कुकरेती वंशावली खुदीं छे अर शिवाला से संबंधित छे ।  मोटी पटाळ माटु अर पाणी से लतपत   छे। कन्हैया लाल जीन बोली - हाँ तू बड़ी शक्ति छे तेरी  पूजा अवश्य हूण चयेंद।   कन्हैया लाल जीन तत्काल सलाह दे बल पुछेर म जावो।  बस कुछ देर बाद कुकरेती बंशावली अभिलेख पटाळ गायब ह्वे गे।
बक्कीन बाक बोली बल कालिंद्रौ  घड्यळ नि धौर छौ तो कालिंद्रा रुसे गे ।  तत्काल एकड़ दिनम कालिंद्रौ घड्यळ   धौरे  गे , श्रीमती दमयंती नाच अर फिर सब कुछ ठीक ह्वे गे।
       ग्वील गांवम द्वी  शिवाला छन एक पुट  ग्वीलम च अर एक जसपुर छालम  गाँव तौळ।  जसपुरम लोक कथा प्रसिद्ध छे बल यु शिवाला जसपुरौ पधानन चिणवै छौ।  चूँकि पधान जी ग्वील प्रवासित ह्वे गेन तो शिवाला बि ग्वील कौंक ह्वे गे।
    म्यार मकसद यीं लोक कथा से दिबता हूंदन दर्शाण  नी अपितु एक लिंक दीण  च बल कबि  ना कबि जसपुर छालौ शिवाला म कुकरेती वंशावली छे।  तबि त बात वंशावली की लोक कथा म आयी।  हाँ हर समय जब   बि लोक कथा सुणये गे  , लोक कथा म पधान जीक नाम शिव दत्त पधान आंद जब कि शिव दत्त जी तब ज़िंदा छया या एक पीढ़ी पैला पधान छा ।

  योग चिकित्सा पद्धति भारत में हजारों साल से प्रसिद्ध है।  कई नाम योग से बने हैं।  पर्यटक योग हेतु निम्न मुख्य कारणों से अभ्यास करते हैं

शरीर भार कम करना , नाड़ी सिस्टम को सही रखना, आंतरिक मानसिक शक्ति वर्धन ,

  सम्भोग शक्ति वर्धन , तनाव मुक्ति , नींद वृद्धि , अधकपाळी डोर करना, संबंध सुधार , फोकट के अहम नाश , स्वस्थ शरीर , निष्पक्ष सोच व निर्णय लेना , ऊर्जा वृद्धि , सही चलना व सोचना , अहिंसा , आदि आदि।

      कुछ सालों से दुनिया में योग के प्रति लोगों का अधिक आकर्षण बढ़ गया है और भारत में योग टूरिज्म में ाटाशित वृद्धि हुयी है।  प्रधान मंत्री मोदी जी को छोड़ दें तो केंद्रीय सरकार ने योग प्रसिद्ध नहीं किया अपितु व्यक्तियों ने दुनिया में योग प्रसिद्ध किया जैसे भारत में सॉफ्टवेयर उद्यम विकास में सरकार का कोई योगदान न होना।

   एक सर्वेक्षक ने भारत के १२ प्रसिद्ध योग टूरिस्ट राज्यों का ब्योरा इस प्रकार दिया है -

सर्वप्रथम - केरल -केरल ने योग टूरिज्म में विशिष्ठ नाम कमा लिया है।  केरल में प्राकृतिक  चिकित्सा व् आयुवेद चिकित्सा के संग संग योग चिकित्सा पर्यटन न भी विकसित हो गया है

२ - उत्तराखंड -उत्तराखंड का नाम योग चिकित्सा में प्रसिद्ध नाम है।  ऋषिकेश आदि में योग आश्रम पर्यटकों को आकर्षित कर रहे हैं।

३- गोवा - गोअया में आनन्द पर्यटन पहले से प्रसिद्ध था योग पर्यटन भी प्रसिद्ध हो चला है।

४ - पोंडिचेरी -पोंडिचेरी भी प्रसिद्ध योग पर्यटक  स्थलों में अच्छा नाम कमा रहा है।

५- हिमाचल - हिमचल सरकार के अथक प्रयास से हिमाचल योग टूरिज्म में सकारात्मक नाम कमा रहा है।

६- महाराष्ट्र - मुंबई लोनावाला -पुणे पथ पर कई योग केंद्र हैं व पर्यटकों को आकर्षित करने में सफल हुए हैं।  मुंबई मुख्य कारण है।

७- कर्नाटक - मैसूर मंडल में योग टूरिज्म फल फूल रहा है।

८- पश्चिम बंगाल - स्वामी राम तीर्थ व स्वामी विवेका नन्द आश्रम के कारण कोलकत्ता में योग टूरिज्म विकसित हुआ है।

९- दिल्ली - दिल्ली में कई योग केन्द्रों के अथक परिश्रम से दिल्ली भी योग पर्यटन में अपना स्थान बनाने में सफल हुआ है।

१०- बिहार - बोध गया के कारण बिहार भी योग टूरिज्म मैप में स्थान बनाने में कामयाब हुआ है।

११- तमिलनाडु - सामन्य चिकित्सा पर्यटन माहाराजा होने के कारण तमिलनाडु में योग प्रयत्न भी फल फूल रहा है।

१२- सिक्किम - अपनी प्राकृतिक छटा के कर्ण गंगटोक में योग प्रयत्न धीरी धीरेस्थान बना रहा है।

   पर मंत्री मोदी जे से पहले भारत सरकार सेक्युलर व नॉन सेक्युलर के फंडे में फंसकर योग को हिंदी कर्मकांड मानकर चलती थी जबकि योग  दर्शन है।  किन्तु भारतीय योगियों ने अपने बल पर योग को दुनिया के पटल पर प्रसिद्ध किया और आज दुनिया में निम्न योग पर्यटक स्थल प्रसिद्ध हैं * -

        Tehri and Uttarkashi are famous for diversified and exotic floras.  There are plants, shrubs and trees those grow in Vindhyachal regions. There are floras in Tehri and Uttarkashi regions those grow in Europe too. There are exclusive plants those grow in Tehri regions only. There are plant grow at higher altitudes in other regions but grow in Their and Uttarkashi regions at lower altitudes as Tilounj grow at 7000 feet height in Himachal but grow in the region at 5000 feet. Devdaru grow in Tehri Riyasat region.
   Tehri Riyasat was prosperous for dense forests. Dense Cedar/ Devdaru forests were there from from Jhalganv to Gangotri around Bhagirathi. Above Tehri, there were forests in 20 miles upto Bhatwari There were 50 miles pine forests in North Tehri Riyasat . Pine forests were there in Bhagirathi valleys.
There were cedar and pine forests in upper Tones and Yamuna valleys.  There were Cedar forests north of Barahat. Pine forests were in Yamuna valley. At left bank of Tones River and from Sensu to Bhatwari, there were pine forests. Pearon wrote that thoe pine forets are never ending forests.

  Puranas are one of the important literatures in Hindu Religion.  There are 18 Puranas. Perhaps, those numbers had relations with Vyasa's Mahabharata. There are 18 chapters in Mahabharata, the Kaurava- Pandava battle continued for 18 days and there are 18 chapters in Shrimad Bhagwat Gita too. Vyas is said to be narrator of Puranas. Though, there is different time for creation of each Purana.  The earliest written version of a Purana I found from Gupta era when other Puranas compiled and edited too.
The distinctive characteristics of Purana are as under
सर्गश्च च प्रतिसर्गश्च वशी मन्वन्तराणी च
वशानुचरित चैव पुराण पंचलक्ष्णनम
Sarga- Creation of Universe
Pratisarga- Recreation after dissolution
Vansha – genealogy of Gods and sages
Manvantar – creation of human race
Vanshanucharit –  histories  of patriarch   of lunar and solar dynasties
The 18 Puranas are –
1-Brahma       2-Vishnu,   3-Agni,   4- Vayu, 5- Matsya 6 Skand , 7-Kurma  8- Linga
9-Bhavishya 10-Padma   11 Bhagwat  12- Brahmand   13-  Garur  14- Markandeya
15-Brahmvaivarta 16-Vaman , 17 Barah and 18 –Shiva
  Purana depict geographical social, genealogical and religious details more. However, there is importance of understanding medical aspects of the time of creation/narration of specific Purana if not much.

एक हाथी छौ।  एक कव्वा थौ।  कव्वान बीच बाटम घोल बणै दे।  घोलम बच्चा था।   हाथी  वे बाठम आंद  जांद थौ।  एक दिन कव्वान बोले बल - हाथी भाई तुम ये बाट नि  आया जावा कारो दुसर रस्ता पकड़ ल्यावो। हाथी नि  सूणी अर एक दिन घोल टूटी गे।  बिचर कव्वा कुछ नि कार साको।  कख हाथी अर कख कव्वा।
इनम कव्वान अपड़  दगड़्या मूस अर  बाज बुलाइ अर अपण बिपदा सुणाइ। 
मूसन  बोली बल मि रस्ता खौण द्योलु त हाथी खड्डा उन्द गिर जालु।
बाजन बोली बल मि ततकाम हाथी आँख फोड़ी देलू। 
फिर मूसन खड्डा ख्वाद अर  हाथी घमंड म ऊनि रोजाना तरां घमंडम हिटद गे अर  बाजन वैक आँख फोड़ी देन।  कै  तैं  बि घमंड नि करण  चयेंद। निथर वैका कुहाल हाथी तरां ह्वे जांद।

Tehri Riyasat was lucky for various wild animals. In sal forest in south, there used to be vegetarian animals as elephants, rabbits, dear family animals, gray Indian antelopes, . There ued to be in same locations the carnivorous animals as lions, leopards, tigers, foxes , jackals, etc. There were also bear, bores, monkeys etc. In upper regions, there used to be animals of snow bound forests as Chanvar Gay, polar bears or white bears, Kasturi Mrig .
         The Kasturi Mrigs came down in now fall. People kill Kasturi Mrig for Kasturi in male .
There used to be a kind of wolf called Kaug. Those wolf used to be found in community of 10 -12 wolves. After reaching wolves in any forests, wild animals run away (Minya Prem singh) . Prem Singh informs that one wolf goes before an animal and sprays its urine and animals becomes blind for the time being and other fellow Kongs attack the prey. Now, kaungs are not found.

Puranas Period and Origin of Ayurveda

   The creation period of Puranas vary for 1300 years (Atideva)
(Atidev, 1960,Ayurveda ka Vrihad Itihas , Bhargava Press Banaras pp 110). Albertini (1030) informed about 18 Puranas. Kumarbhattil in 8th century and Shankaracharya in 9th century mentioned about Puranas. Kautalya in 3rd BCE mentioned about Puranas. There are mentions of Kings of Kaliyuga. Vishnu Purana mentions for Maurya Kings; and Matshya Purana mentions about Andhra kings. Vayu Purana mentions about Gupta Kings and Hoon, Shak, yavvan , Gardabha etc.
Puaranas were medium of spreading, protecting Hindu Religion. Vyasas used to tell the Puranas stories of all castes of Hindus including scheduled castes.

In Brahma part of Brahma Vaivarta Purana  there is mentions of origin of Ayurveda –
रिग्यजु सामायव्र्वाख्यान दृष्ट्वा वेदान् प्रजापति:
विचिन्त्य तेषामर्यन्चैआयुर्वेदम  चकार स
कृत्वा तु पंचम वेद भाष्कराय ददौ विभु :
स्वतंत्रसंहितां तस्मात भाष्करश्च चकार स
Brahma Vaivirt Purana mentions that Prajapati or Brahma originated Ayurveda and he told it to Sun. Bhashkar taught Ayurveda to his 16 disciples. Those learned disciples created 16 separate Ayurveda Granthas (Texts). Though, this story is not mentioned in other Ayurveda texts . The Brahma Purana Text about Ayurveda suggests that the pupil used to come to Medical expert and used to learn and then used to create texts by research or gaining knowledge. Students coming to study medical science and creating texts for other students or medical practitioners is nothing but part and partial of medical tourism.
