nauchami  means Nakrebaaj is ok ....  but, 

real meaning is as

Nau  means =9
Chaum Means =  LEELA ....  Chal ya Swang ( Could be Nakhre)

This word is generaly used for GOD KRISHNA who perform  Nine kinds of  Leela to please Radha.
since than Krishan was known as Nauchami Narayan..

Ans : Yah uttarahand ke door eelako mai kutto ko sher ke hamle se bachane ki liye ek prakar ka yantra to kutte ke gale par lagaya jata hai. Jise sher ko usko hamala kare par preshani hotee hai jaise ki is photo par kutte ke gale par hai.
