जौंकि चलि नी दिल्लि मा छंट्याँ महाचकड़ैत। 

बणगिन पंच पर्वाण इख , करण लग्याँ पंचैत ।1।

बीं से बि कम बोल्दन छोरा विदेसू भेज्यांन। 
वो भाषा साहित्य का यख छन पंच परवाण । 2 ।

घौरम भ्यू करदन बड़ो भाषा से बिखळाण ।
सभा मिटिंगु मा छन बण्या , भाषा का विद्वान ।3 । 

छुमा स्याळि  छ्वीं करद वो बल कवि ह्वे ग्यायि ।
जो कवि छौ वो  देखि की आंसु फुंजद रै ग्यायि। 4 ।

कविता जब जब भी बणद कै चारण कू गीत ।
चरणवन्दना मा लिख्युं वो साहित्य त नि हूंद ।5 ।

सच तैं दबै नि सकुद क्वी करल्यो कतग प्रयास। 
बिना ढुंड्याँ चुप रैंदु नी , सूण बेटा इतिहास। 6 ।

यां से बडु परमाण क्या कलयुग ऐगे घोर ।
कवियों प्रमुख बण्यु हैंकै कविता कु चोर । 7 ।

थुपड़ा लगै की मीलि गिन वै इनाम खिताब ।
पर समाज से मन को रैगे केवल ख्वाब । 8 ।

              Bholadatt Devrani was born in 1904 in Dundyakh, Langur Walla, near Dadamandi of Pauri Garhwal. Bhola Datt Devrani expired in 1956 (Mukandilal Smriti Granth) in Delhi.                                                                                                                                                 
   Bhola Datt Devrani worked in central Secretitae Delhi.
           Bhola Datt Devrani published following Long poetries in Garhwali
1-Pakha Ghaseri
2-Jua aur Janani
3- Geeta Translation by the name of 'Prerna'
4- Maletha ki Gool
          Jua aur Janani is the most famous long poetry by Bholadatt Devrani.  The story is based on the story of Sanskrit classic 'Nal Damayanti'.
   The long story poetry Madho Singh Bhandari is based on the story of famous social worker and Army commander Madho Singh Bhandari.
          Devrani was expert of illustrating Garhwali Baramasa and raptures of love, humor, chivalry. He was able for creating motions as jealousy, sadness, pain of separation, conflicts and confusion, happiness of lovers meeting after long time.  Bholadatt was master of creating compulsion and customs, village life, poverty condones etc. in his poems. Devrani created images of nature of Garhwal in his poetry perfectly especially six seasons (Baramasa).
His language of poetries was simple but with figures of speeches and melodious. He used conventional styles and methods in creating poetries.
  In 'Jua and Janani', Bhola Datt also used inspirational verses against gambling and showed fight for establishing the respect for women.

अपणो सभी धर्म निभौलू
निंद्रा जभी होलि तभी बिछौणी
तुमकू बणोलू भिंटुली सिरोणी
बाटा मा होला यदि कांडा गारा ---
स्वेरीक करलू जसि खोळ -बारा
सुर्मा बणी रौलु तुमारि आंख्युं
पोथी बणी रौंलु तुमारि काख्यूं

धौळि का छालु पल्ले किनारो,
उंच माँगे मलेथा क सेरो,
सैणु छ, स्वाणु रौंतेलु गौं च।
एक दिन छ्यू भूखो मलेथो,
आज सि पाणि सेरो कुल्यांदो,
तै दिनों छैयु नि स्यो मलेथो।
कोटू गत्थूक गाँव छया,
धान नि नौऊँ कु होंद छैया,
दूर बटी सारि मुंडा मुगैई,
लांद छै पाणि पीणा कु तैइ ।
तब की बात तख रैंदु छयो,
माधु भंडारी मासूर छैयो।

                        रोजौ स्तम्भ , डेली कॉलम ! दैनिक स्तम्भ अर वी बि गढ़वळि मा ? जी हाँ मि गढ़वळि मा दैनिक स्तम्भ लिखणो बात करणु छौं। जी टाइम्स ऑफ इण्डिया मा डेली कॉलम लिखणो छ्वीं त सबि लगांदन किलैकि लिख्वार तैं  लाखों पाठक मिल्दन , दुनिया भर से प्रशंसा मिल्दि अर बैंक बैलेंस अलग से बढ़द।  किन्तु जैं भाषा मा माध्यम -0  , पाठक -0 , भाषा से प्रेम का  पता नी हो  तो उख दैनिक स्तम्भ की छ्वीं लगाण याने  बिरळो  औंरु  या बेडु -तिमलौ फूल खुज्याण जन बात च। अर लिखण बी ? अपण बाड़ी पळयो खैक ही लिख्वार गढ़वळि  लिख्दु। हरेक गढ़वळि लिख्वार , रचनाकार , साहित्यकार   अपण बच्चों दूध को बजट  काटिक लिखुद।
                 पर यु सत्य च कि जनि देहरादून से दैनिक गढ़ ऐना प्रकाशन शुरू ह्वे अर मि तै पता चौल तो मीन रोजाना स्तम्भ लिखण शुरू कौर अर रोज एक लेख भिजण शुरू कौर दे। जी भाषा विकास को जजबा इ च कि गढ़वळि  लिखाड़ अपण गेड़िन किताब छपवांद अर फिर मुफ्त मा   बाँटदा बि छन।  मि वैइ जजबा से 1989 -1991 तक गढ़वळि मा दैनिक स्तम्भ लिखुद छौ अर अपण गेड़ीक पैसा से लिफाफा खरीदिक लेख देहरादून भिजद छौ।  जथगा बि गढ़वळि साहित्यकार छन इनि जजबा लेकि अपण गढ़वळि भाषा विकास का प्रति उत्तरदायित्व , निभाणम लग्यां छन।  सब का सब !
                  डेली कॉलम अर गढ़वळि मा ? जी हाँ गढ़वळि मा दैनिक स्तंम्भ अर मीन तकरीबन रोज व्यंग्य चित्र बि 'गढ़ ऐना ' मा छपवैन।  यु बि एक डेली कॉलम ही तो छौ।  नि छौ ?
      जन  कि उम्मीद छै 'गढ़  ऐना ' बंद ह्वे गे अर मेरु दैनिक स्तंभ लिखण बि बंद ह्वे गे।  हम गढ़वळि लिख्वारुं तै पता च कि गढ़वळिम पत्र -पत्रिका प्रकाशन याने अपण बच्चों पेट काटिक या  दोस्तुं जेब से पैसा लाण !
    जनि इंटरनेट शुरू ह्वे , मीन मैनेजमेंट सोशल मीडिया छोड़िक गढ़वळि सोसल मीडिया  मा कदम धार , मि तै देवनागरी टाइप करण क्या आइ कि मीन फिर से गढ़वळि मा डेली स्तम्भ लिखण शुरू कर दे।
  जी गढ़वळि मा लिखण कठण च, औसंदौ काज च ,  पर हम गढ़वळि साहित्यकारों जजबा , भावना अर राड़ का समिण क्वी बि  कठिनाई मुख  नि उठै सकदी।  कठिनाई दम तोड़ी दींदि।
       रोजाना स्तम्भ या कविता विशेषकर गढ़वळिम  लिखण मा सबसे बड़ी  रुकौट विषय की च।  समाज छुटु च , हमर सामाजिक ढांचा मा क्वी इथगा बड़ो रोमांचकारी व्यवस्था बि नी च तो प्रत्येक विषय पर लिखण अनावश्यक सि ह्वे जांद।
   फिर गढ़वळि गढ़वाल से लेकि अमेरिका , ओस्ट्रेलिया , ब्रिटेन तक सब जगा फुळयां छन तो हरेक विषय सबि पाठकों  तै रास नि आंद।  यदि मि मुंबई की ख़ुशी -नाखुशी गढ़वळि मा लेखुं तो ह्वे सकद च म्यार गांवक रूप चंद जखमोला भुला बि आकर्षित नि हो। 
    एक हैंकि समस्या च बल मानकीकृत भाषा की।  भौत दैं मि तै बि  दुसर मुल्को ठेट गढ़वळि गद्य पढ्न मा औसंद आंद पर यदि अभ्यास करें जावो तो हम भोटिया भाषा बि पढ़ सकदां।
      जख तक फेसबुक जन सोशल मीडिया का प्रश्न च -दसियों कवि ,  द्वी -चार गद्यकार   जबरदस्त ढंग से योगदान दीणा छन अर यी साहित्यकार छन जु हम वरिष्ठ गढ़वळि साहित्यकारों तै भरवस दिलाणा छन बल कुछ बी हो गढ़वळि साहित्य रचणो जजबा  अमर रालो।
    बस एक जजबा पाठकों से बि चयेंद बल चाहे एक लाइन /पंगत ही सै गढ़वळि रोज सोसल मीडिया मा पढ़दा जावो।

                     Frazer and Sudarshan Shah in Delhi
                           Division of Garhwal Kingdom   -6

        William Frazer informed to Edward Gardner that he would start journey for Delhi from Shrinagar on 24th July 1815. According to Archives of Tehri Kingdom, Sudarshan Shah went to Delhi on 24th July 1815 with William Frazer. Major Baldock and 5 officers were handed over the responsibility of Protecting Shrinagar. There were 500 soldiers with Major Baldock.
                      British Authorization for Sudarshan Shah

          Sudarshan Shah was in Delhi till 25th December 1815. Before offering Kingdom to Sudarshan Shah, High Command asked various details from Frazer. Frazer sent his report on 16th October with a letter to the East India Company. On 17th November, the Cabinet of Governor General authorized the proposal about Garhwal and Sudarshan Shah (devar, English Pre Mutiny Records of Saharanpur) .
         John Adam sent a letter to Frazer (Records Pre Mutiny Records, Kumaon) -
1-The region of west of Alaknanda and Mandakini Rivers already added with Kumaon. The rest of region leaving Dehardun would be offered to Sudarshan Shah. The said region would be enough for day to day expenses and administrative expenses for Sudarshan Shah. Therefore, Sir Governor General took Dehradun with British rule.
2- Ochterlony informed that due to Defense strategy it is not good to give back Ravain. Therefore, Ravain region would be under British and would not be offered to King Sudarshan Shah.
3- Frazer wrote that Sudarshan Shah be allowed to stay in Shrinagar. Governor General raised question on that suggestion. Shrinagar is in left of the Alaknanda and comes under British rule. There will be many problems by Sudarshan Shah and his employees staying in Shrinagar. The king wants to stay there where he does not have any right.
4-If the King insists then you inform him that he would not be offered the Kingdom of West of Alaknanda and Mandakini.
5- If the King accepts the above conditions, you offer him the region of West of Alaknanda and Mandakini Rivers as King. We shall decide about administration in Ravain later stage.
6- The following conditions would be added in Authority letter (Declaration) –
        A-In future, whenever there would be need, the King would arrange labor and food faculties British officials
     B- The condones of British Government for taking responsibilities of defending King will be there till the King follows by heart the conditions of declaration letter.
High command authorized to Frazer for preparing a temporary Authorization letter for Sudarshan Shah on a paper. Frazer was asked to make a copy of authorization letter with translation and send that copy with translation to the Company. After some time, the permanent authorization letter with signature and stamp of Governor General would be sent to the King.
    The land for Shivram Saklani  was not included in the region offered to Sudarshan Shah on the temporary authorization letter by Frazer.
The permanent authorization letter (sanad) signed and  stamp of Governor General was offered  on 4th March 1820

कुछ साल पैल मि तै एक फ़ाइल पत्रिका (ज्वा केवल विज्ञापनों कुण कागज खराब करदी ) से एडवाइस कौलमनिष्ट 'आपकी समस्या हमारी राय -समाधान पंडित से 'बणणो आमंत्रण मील छौ।  ऊंन अन्य अखबारों /पत्रिकाओं मा पाठकों समस्याऊं की कटिंग थमै अर ब्वाल कि आप हरेक समस्या का द्वी समाधान दे द्यावो तो हम एक दिन एक समाधान अर दूसर दिन दुसर समाधान प्रकाशित कर द्योला।
कुछ पाठकुं समस्या याद छन अर मीन जु समाधान देन वांक ब्योरा या च -
समस्या 1 - जी पंडित जी - गढ़वळि ढंग से मुर्गा बणाणो क्या तरीका च ? भड्यायुं मुर्गा की शिकार स्वादि हूंद कि बगैर भड्यायुं मुर्गा की शिकार ? पाठक -निहुण्या , सतपुली 
उत्तर संख्या १ - ये भै गढ़वळि ढंग से मुर्गा खाणै त पत्रिका से सलाह लीणै आवश्यकता क्या च ? अपण बुबा,  दादा  या कै दरोड्या  से पूछी लेदी।
उत्तर संख्या २  - जी दारु सारु हो तो भड्यायुं क्या अणभड्यायुं क्या ? सवाद - एक  दिन भड़यूँ मुर्गा पका चख अर दुसर दिन अणभड़यूँ मुर्गा पका अर चख अफिक पता चल जालो कि कु मुर्गा अधिक सवादी हूंद।  चखणो बाद हम तै बि सूचित कर दे।
समस्या 2 - मेरी मा अर  चाची मा नि बणदि।  द्वी कई सालों से अणबच्या   छन।  अब द्वी मेरी शादी मा आणा छन।   मि क्या कौरु ? - पाठक - कनमौ ख्वे , दिल्ली
उत्तर संख्या १ - दुयुं तै  एक कमरा मा सिवाळ अर दुयुं तै रोज एकि तौलिया यूज करणो बोलि दे।
उत्तर संख्या २  - तीन क्या जि करण।  जु कारल तेरी ब्वे अर चची कारलि।
समस्या 3 - झाड़ -ताड़ दीण वळु पर विश्वास करण चयेंद कि ना ? पाठक -अज्ञानी , बद्रीनाथ
उत्तर संख्या १ - बालबच्चा दार छे तो विश्वास कर ले।  निपूत  छे तो विश्वास नि बि करिल तो कुछ फरक नि पड़द।

२-  ढांढ इन पड़ना छा जन बुल्यां क्वी मुंगरी गर्म कड़ै मा तड़कणा होवन
३- व्यवहारिक समझ गन्धनाशक दवै तरां च जै तै जादा जरूरत हूंदी वु  वांक प्रयोग नि करद
४- जब बच्चा ड्यारम ह्वावन तो साफ़ सफै करण इनि च जन मथि बिटेन ल्वाड़ / रयाड़  पड़ना ह्वावन अर तुम  तौळ सड़क खत्याणा ह्वावो
५-  गंजा हूण झूट जन हूंद , जथगा बड़ो हूंद  तथगा इ छुपाण कठण हूंद
६- विश्वासहीन संबंध बगैर सिमकार्ड का  मोबाइल जन हूंद जैपर तुम केवल मोबाइल गेम खेल सकदां
७- मीन अपण घरवळि मा ब्वाल - पति शराब का तरां हूंद जथगा पुरण हो तथगा ही बढ़िया। दुसर दिन घरवळि मि तै बिचणो दारु अड्डा गे
८- म्यार बॉस बच्चा जन च हर अधा घंटा बाद चिल्लाण शुरू कौर दींदु
९- जब क्वी कै तै पसंद नि करदु तो या तो वु एक दुसर से वाफिक नि च या भौत इ अधिक वाफिक च
१०- जिंदगी साइकल चलाण जन च अर जैक बैलेंस रखणो बान हर समय चलण चयेंद।

              चोली के पीछे क्या है ? चोली के नीचे क्या है ? हस्तक्षेप के पीछे कौन है ?

                           परसि मीन गां मा गांवक भितर जांद रस्ता याने प्रवेश  द्वार पर   मा सफै की बात कर दे। अर उपगांव , मुख्य गाँव व निकटवर्ती गांवुं मा भ्यूंचळ , बबंडर  , औडळ -बीडळ  ऐ गे।  सरा क्षेत्र मा उठापोड़ि मचि गे। ग्राम  प्रवेश द्वारम बच्चा तो बच्चा बैंक बि ब्यणस्यरिकम , अन्ध्यर मा झाड़ा बैठदन अर सुबेर सुबेर सरा  रस्ता मा गंध ही  गंध।  पैल तो क्या छौ बल सब्युंक गोर    छ्या , कुछुंक ढिबर बि छया।  कुछ गोर गुखवा हूंद छा  अर ढिबर त गूखवा हूंदी छन। पैल त  लोग अर गोर पतेड़ि  पतेड़िक अर बकै गूखवा गोर -बछर -ढिबर   साफ़ सफै कर दींद छा तो शदियों से ग्राम प्रवेश  द्वार मा सफैकि समस्या पैदा इ नि ह्वे।  फिर जयराम रमेश अर नरेंद्र मोदी बि नि छया  कि हम तै क्वी बताओ कि पैल शौचालय फिर देवालय।  तो शदियों से एक गन्दी परम्परा का निर्वाह निरंतर चलणि रै।  अर हम गाँव वाळु तै कबि बि गर्व , गुमान क्या घमंड बि नि ह्वे कि हम अपणी परम्परा निर्वाहन मा सतत प्रयत्नशील छंवां।
                     अब चूँकि गोर त रै नि गेन  जु सफै कारन तो गांवक प्रवेश द्वार पर फूलूं जगा मलमूत्र का ढेर लग्युं रौंद।  मीन गाँव वळु तै सलाह दे बल चलो जरा गू फिड़े जाव अर   स्वच्छ भारत  , स्वच्छ भारत , बुद्धिमान उत्तराखंड !  की तर्ज पर स्मार्ट विलेज कि तरफ बढ़े जाव। 
         मेरी बात क्वी क्रांतिकारी बात त छे ना कि गाँव वळ उद्देलित ह्वे जावन।  मेरी बात मा जेएनयू जन भारत विरोधी बात बि नि छै कि क्षेत्र मा  भ्यूंचळ , बबंडर  , औडळ -बीडळ  ऐ जावो।  पर द्वी घंटा  का अंदर अंदर म्यार चौक मा सरा क्षेत्र का सयाणा कट्ठा ह्वे गेन।
हरीश कोशियारीन पूछ - यू सफाई को विचार आइ किलै च ?
मि - सफाई को विचार आणम ले क्या च ? ऐ गे।   सफाई जरुरी च कि ना ?
हरीश कोशियारी - सफाई छोड़।  पैल बता कि यीं सफाई का पैंथर क्वा च ?
मि - अरे सफाई  पैंथर क्वा च क्या अर्थ ?
हरीश कोशियारी -- नहीं कोई ना कोई तो हैं।  बता सफाई के पीछे कौन है?  जब तक तू नाम नि बतैल तू चौक से भैर बि नि ऐ सकदी।
मि -ह्यां पर सफाई का पैंथर क्वी बि ह्वावो वां से क्या फरक पड़दो।  सफाई महत्वपूर्ण च।
रमेश नौटियाल - अजी कन फरक नि पडदु।  जब तक तू नाम नि बतैल तब तक सफाई तो दूर तू सफाई का बारा मा सोचि बि नि सकदी।  बता तेरे पीछे कौन है ?
मि - मेरी मनशा तो गू सफाई की च त  ...
काशी पंवार - अजी मनशा को धोळो गुदनड़।  मतलब सफाई को मारो गोली।  पैले ये बथावो बल इस मनशा के पीछे क्या है ? कौन है ? क्यों है ?   
मि - काशी दा सफाई का पीछे सफाई ही च बस।  सफाई गांवकुण महत्वपूर्ण च।  तो सफाई हूण चयेंद कि ना ?
भुवन चन्द्र टमटा - कुछ बि चीज महत्वपूर्ण नी हूंद जी सब बकबास च। जब तक तुम सफाई  पीछे कौन है नि बतैल्या तब तक ये गांवमा बिजली बि नि ऐ सकदी।
मि - ह्यां पर सफाई को उद्येस्य साफ़ च बल सफाई याने स्वस्थ गाँव।
सुरेश उपाध्याय,  विजय भट्ट , एक साथ - जब तक तुम यह नहीं बथावोगे कि सफाई के पीछे कौन है तब तक सफाई क्या , गू का एक टींडा भी गाँव से नहीं हटेगा।
सरा गाँव एकसाथ - जब तक तुम यह नहीं बथावोगे कि सफाई के पीछे कौन है तब तक सफाई क्या , गू का एक टींडा भी गाँव से नहीं हटेगा।
मि -अरे पर मेरी मनशा ही सफाई का पैंथर च।
इंदिरा  बब्बर - अवश्य ही क्वी नॉनसेक्युलर पावर एक पैंथर च।  हम सफाई नहीं होने देंगे , हम सफाई नहीं होने देंगे।
सरा गाँव - बिलकुल नहीं होने देंगे ,
कुछ - पीछे कौन है ? पीछे कौन है ?बतयां बगैर कुछ नि ह्वे सकुद।
चूँकि म्यार पैंथर क्वी नि छौ , केवल मेरी साफ़ , पवित्र मनशा छे तो मि बतै नि साकु कि म्यार पैंथर क्वा च अर गाँव वळ बगैर नाम जण्या सफै करणो तयार नि छया तो मि अपण सि मुख लेक वापस ऐ ग्यों।

  इ मैनैजर लॉबी मा हमेशा अनुचर से दस कदम अग्वाड़ी रौंद अर एक तकियाकलामी शब्द हूँद - हम तै बात करण पोडली। जीबी अनुचर बात करणो बान थुंथुर उठांद तब अधिपुरुष याने बौसक  हर्चंत ह्वे जांद।

                   Governor General Authorization Letter for Tehri Kingdom

        Governor General sent an authorization letter for Tehri Kingdom as –
             Since, the Garhwal Kingdom has come under British rule and Sudarshan Shah the King of Old Garhwal Kingdom showed faithfulness and enthusiasm for British Government, the cabinet council of Governor General offers the Garhwal region forever barring following conditions-
1-East of Alaknanda and East of Mandakini till it meets to Alaknanda (Rudraprayag)
2- Dehradun
3-Raingarh Pargana
          The duty of the King would be that he administrates the region that people get prosperity and comforts. The King would administrate with fair means, will collect tax and will consume accordingly.
  For that the King will abolish slavery custom. According to British law slavery is prohibited.
    Whenever British government requires that time the King will offer labor and food supply. The King will have to permit and offer infrastructure for the people (British subjects) for going to Tibet through the Tehri Kingdom. He will have to accept the instruction of British officials.
     British Government assures to the King that he or his heirs would rule over the region till the king or heirs follow the above (British) instructions. British Government also promises to defend the region from his enemies. 
                   British Offering Shivram the Land as Muafi
   Frazer was very much influenced by the works of Shivram for British. Shivram sent an appeal with the documents of Jagir of Diuri, Saklana; Athur Taluka Ediyarganv, Sunarganv, of Tehri Garhwal and Bajarwala Taluka of Dehradun offered by Garhwal King Pradyuman Shah. Shivram showed Sanad to Frazer. William Frazer offered a Sanad (Authorized document or certificate) –
    " Shivram has done a deep service to British and he was always with the British army. Therefore, it is instructed that the land of Saklana, Diuri, and Athur Taluka of hill region would be under Shivram till new order is received.  Mauja Bajawala of Dehradun would be under till his life . One authorized instruction is to be provided to Shivram."
       According to Minya Premsingh, Shivram showed fake documents offered by Gurkha to British officials that he was the real heirs of Garhwal Kings. However, Sudarshan Shah reached there at the same time. Shivram touched the feet of Sudarshan Shah and asked pardon. Sudarshan Shah was aware of Shivram's influence of Frazer. Sudrashan Shah did not oppose the offering of Frazer and offered Shivram the six villages of Khas Patti to Shivram as jagir.
                       
                              Tehri as new capital of Garhwal

      Sudarshan Shah returned from Delhi to Haridwar and took his two wives Sirmaurji and Bamori ji with other family memebrs. In Dehradun he took the blessing of Mahant Harsevak of Guru Ram ray and Mahant offered two silver rods, two drums and a turban to Sudarshan Shah.
     On 17th Falgun Samvat 1872 (February 11816) , Sudarshan Shah reached to Tehri with his wives and family members. Sudarshan Shah established his capital in Tehri.
                    Eyewash methods by British or Crookedness of British

     British offered back the Kingdoms to all Kings of Himachal barring a couple of Kings without taking any tax.
                    British took following Kingdoms with it-
Jaunsar and Babar of Sirmaur (Garhwal)
Sabathu Garh and Sabathu Pargana
Raingarh, Rain Garh Pargana and Sindhuk of Bushehr
                   British showed that it give Sudarshan Shah the Kingdom just for mercy and curtsey A document by Atkinson (Himalayan Districts, page 680). The document shows that British accused Sudarshan Shah for not trying anything to Nepal- British war.  The document states that british offered Tehri Kingdom because Sudarshan Shah was spending his life in poverty.
