[ गढ़वळि  गजल विधा तै अग्वाडि बढ़ाणम मदन डुकलाण क काम भौत इ जादा च . मदन डुकलाण कि गजलों खासियत या च बल यूँ गजलों मा पहाड़ क सरोकार  त होंदी छन दगड मा गजलूं  पर गढवळी छाप पुरी तरां से रौंद. फिर गजलूं मा एक तीस हूंद ,  एक टीस हूंद; , रूमानियत हूंद, एक तरलता हूं, एक बौगाण (बहाव) हूंद .मदन कि  हरेक गजल बंचनेर तै चौन्कांदी जरूर च अर पाठक तै घड्याणो /सोचणो मजबूर करदी . कबीर कु उलटवासी या विरोधाभास दिखणायि त ल्याओ मदन डुकलाण कि गजल बाँचो  - भीष्म कुकरेती ]

  मिल त वो अपणो जीवन इनी भ्वाग भैजी

बचपन रौ नांगो  जवानी पसिना मा बौग भैजी I

अर जैका बान  मिल यो जोगी को भेष धारो

वो भी कबि णि मीलो , छौ मेरो भाग भैजी

जै बि दै गास-गफ्फा, वी बिल्कदों   कुकुर सि

आंदो च  नी समज मा दुनिया को राग भैजी

चौछड़ी   च हाई हाई, लुटालुटी  मची च शोषण

यख न धुंवा, न खारो , कन भारी आग भैजी

अब ये मुलक का ढिबरा  नि जळकदा-बिचळदा 

यो रंग को सफेद फैली गे बाग़ भैजी

अब ज्वान ल्वैइ परा बी कुचः रै चरक -फरक नी

जाणा छन अबट ये, लग कैकु दाग भैजी

            There are many stories about dreams of a mother about her son and mother's sacrifice. Virendra Dangwal presents dreams of a poor mother and her sacrifice in a pictographic form 'Mauni' (Hilans, March, 1988). The story is a poor mother's son wants to get higher studies. Since her husband is not alive it is difficult for mother to arrange fees, books for her son's study.  There was an alternate that son Mauni takes job in city. However, the courageous mother takes another courageous root and Mauni goes to college for higher studies.
             The story is in memoir, rebus or pictographic form. The story goes smooth and readers make the required image as the writer wanted. The writer provides real names of school, college and region for readers attaching with the story.

     अपण कसूरो  जगा पर दुसर पर भगार लगाणो ब्लेम गेम बुल्दन अर गढ़वळि मा यां पर मिसल बि च बल खावन प्यावन  औरुक मार खावन गौरुक. उन मिसल औरी बि छन जन कि अपण पूठो गू हैंको पर पुंजण,  अपण अन्दाळो बान हांको तै गाळि  दीण .


              ब्लेम गेम या दुसर पर अपण कसूरो भगार लगाण एक टुटब्याग च. अब द्याखो ना वैदिन ब्य्खुन दै रामसरूप ग्वाठम  गोरु जग्वाळ मा छौ. नौनु ह्वाई वु हैंक ग्वाठम  अपण दगड्या क दगड  खिलबगाड़ लगि ग्याई अर इथगा मा बाग़  द्वी चिनख उठै क लीगे . रामसरूप न अपण बुबा पर इ भगार लगाई दे कि चिनखूं तंदला इ कमजोर छौ. रामसरूपौ बुबान अपण कज्याणि घमकै द्याई कि  वीन सुबेर सुबेर गाळि जी दे छौ. टुटब्याग म इन नि दिखे जान्द कि भगार कै पर लगणि च बस कसूरवारो काम हुंद बल अफ़ु तै बचाण.बाकी ब्व़े मार खै बि द्यालि त क्या ह्वाई  मि भतका-चटका  खाण से त  बचि ग्यों ना! 


   जब बि कैको नौनु इमतान मा फेल हूंद  त ब्व़े बाब शिक्षा विभाग कि डंडलि सजाण मा दिन रात एक करि दीन्दन. ब्लेम गेम एक मनोवैज्ञानिक बीमारी बि च.


            कसूर अपण अर भगार दुसर पर लगाणो उदारण  सेल्स लाइन मा मीन भौत दिख्युं च. सेल्स या ब्यौपार कम ह्वाओ त सेल्समैन बुल्दन क्या करां साब ! कंपिटीटर का रेट भौत कम छन अर यू सेल्समैन इन कबि नि बुल्दु कि ऑर्डर लीणों बीस दुकानु जगा वु पांची दुकानु  मा ग्याई . फिर हैंको बुल्दु बल साब ! टार्गेट कनै पूर हूण  कंपनी सर्विस ही भौत बेकार च. यू सेल्समैन कबि बि स्वीकार नि करदो कि ये तै दिन मा बि शराब पीणै  लत जि लगि ग्याई. तिसरु बुलद बल साब! अच्काल त सीजन इ नी च अर इन नि बुल्दु कि सेल्स टूर बिची मा छोडि वु चोरि  छिपी अपण गाँ ह्वेक आई.गां मा जमीन नि बिकी त भगार  हीण सीजन पर लगै दे. ब्लेम गेम या भगार लगाणो खेल मा इन नि दिखे जांद कि जैक लूण खाण हो वैक दगड इमानदारी बरतण चएंद. उन भगार लगाण  बहाना क एक रूप बि च.


          कथगा इ कसूरवार निर्दयी हून्दन. वो अपण गुनाह लुकाणो बान कैकी मौ जौ बि उजाड़ी दीन्दन.


   अच्काल त पत्रकारिता ब्लेम गेम की नई मिशाल  कायम करण मा लगीँ च. जख द्याखो भगार लगाणो समाचार छन, खास खबर मा भगार, पेज थ्री मा भगार, सम्पादकीय मा भगार, वित्तीय समाचारों मा भगार अर लांछन,  खेल जगत मा भगारों की भरमार. इन लगद जन पत्रकारिता क एकी ध्येय रै गै भगार लगाण.


           जरा प्रशासन मा नजर त मारो उख त एक विभागक  दुसर विभाग पर भगार लगाणो बान पांति लगी रौंदन. एक विभाग बुल्दु बल हमर इख काम  इलै  नि होणु च बल दुसर विभाग वळ फटाफट काम खतम करदन अर फाईलुं  चट्टा हमर विभाग मा लग जांद अर  इथगा जादा फाइल देखिक हमर विभगाक  लोग फगोसे जान्दन.


  भौत सा  संस्थानों मा जब बि क्वी कौनफेरेंस त ब्लेम एक पाळि बिटेन हैंक पाळि ज़िना  इन चलदन जन बुल्यां टेनिस कु खेल चलणु ह्वाऊ. एक हैंको पर ब्लेम कु बैक स्पिन करदो त समणि बिटेन क्रोस ओवर की भगार को जबाब ऐ जान्दो..  याँ मा  पीठ पैथर चतुर्थ श्रेणी का कर्मचारी बुलदा बि छन आज त ब्लेम गेम डे च.

  ब्लेम गेम माने अपण अंगुळि दुसरौ  तरफ कारो अर जरा कैकी अंगुळि तुमर तरफ आओ त वैकी अंगुळि इ ना मौणि मड़कै द्याओ .

  फिर ब्लेम गेम मा दुसरो ध्यान कै हैंकि जगा बौड़ये जांद अब जन कि कौंग्रेस न कोलगेट क दोष लुकाणो बान खुरदरा व्यौपार मा विदेशी निवेश आदि क योजना लागू कर दे .कम  पूँजी निवेश अर  कम उद्यम का वास्ता कथगा इ मंत्री संतरी विरोधी पार्टी वळु पर भगार लगै दीन्दन.

     कथगा इ नेता कै बि आन्दोलन, घटना या दुर्घटना तै विदेसी हाथ से जोड़ दीन्दन.  ब्लेम गेम या भगार लगाणो खेल को यू स्वर्णिम आधार च .

  अपण दिग्गी बाबू त माख बि मुर्दन त वांक दोष राष्ट्रीय स्वयं संघ पर लगै  दीन्दन.


भारतीय जनता पार्टी दुसर पर भगार लगा न मा बि काम नि च. लोकसभा मा जोर जोर से घ्याळ करदन अर धमा चौकड़ी मचान्दन अर  फिर बेशरमी से सरकार पर भगार लगांदन कि सरकार लोक सभा चलाण इ नि चांदी.

  द्याख च आपन अपण शरद पंवार जी तै एक दिन बुलण बैठीन  बल खाण पीणो चीजों कि  मंहगाई रुकणो बान सरकार कुछ नि करणि च . ये म्यार भुभरड़  ! कृषि मंत्री इ सरकार पर भगार लगाणु बल खाद्य पदार्थों दम किलै बढ़णा छन? अर कवी पुछ ण वाळ बि नी च बल  ये भै मंत्री त सरकार कु अंग होंद कि ना ?   


  अब द्याखो ना वैदिन  खबर आई बल मनमोहन जीन सोनिया जी तै बताई बल कोयला खदानों क लाइसेंस दीण मा  अहमद पटेल (सोनिया जीक मुख्य सचिव) कि अहम भूमिका च. अब बथाओ भारत कु सबसे बड़ो साब बि दुसरो शिकायत कारल  त इनी त बुल्याल बल हमर प्रधान मंत्री बि बलम गेम मा माहिर इ ना ब्लेम गेम का बड़ा डाक्टर छन .


  ब्लेम गेम या भगार कु खेल मा कै ना कैकी बळि जरुरी हूंद. जन कि आदर्श घोटाला या हौरी बि घोटाला मा बळि क बुगठया  सरकारी ऑफिसर इ बणदन, दोषी नेता त उल्टा  यूँ बळि क बुगठयों   मौणि काटणो बान खुन्करी पळयांदु .


एक बात सत्य च बल ब्लेम गेम या भगारो खेल मा छ्वटा छ्वटा प्यादा इ धराशयी  होन्दन बड़ा बड़ा शातिर त बच इ जान्दन . द्याखदी कलमाड़ी जी त ओलम्पिक खेल दिखणो बान लन्दन ह्वेक बि ऐ गेन.अर सी अम्बानी सरीखों क मैनेजिंग डाइरेक्टर जेल घूमी घामिक ऐ गेन अपण अनिल अम्बानी बुलणु राई बल मै त पता इ नी च कि म्यार संस्थान मा कु क्या करद. ब्लेम गेम या भगार लगाणो यो बि एक  सास्वत नियम च  कि अफु तै अजाण साबित करि द्याओ अर भगार से बची जाओ.

            Tribhuwan Uniyal writes a regular satirical column 'Hello  ...hello...Pradhani Bau' for Khabar Sar a Garhwali newsletter.  Every time, Uniyal humorously takes in his Garhwali satirical column. In his satirical column of 15th December 2011 of Khabar Sar, Uniyal , satirically, criticizes  the corruption methods in getting Below Poverty cards BPL), corruption in old age pension card; getting awards to false Uttarakhand movement activists.  Tribhuwan attacks humorously and sharply that non- illegible get the facilities of Below Poverty facilities; old age Pension and Uttarakhand movement activist facilities through influence (jugad) and corrupt methods and the deserving candidates don't get the facilities.
  The satire is in dialogue form between a Boy and sister in law (Pradhani Bau) on phone. Readers enjoy the smooth dialogues attacking on corrupt administration in Uttarakhand.

                Due to financial crisis Garhwali magazines as Maiti, Raibar closed own. The Hindi weeklies or periodicals of Garhwal used to pay more attention on Garhwali poetries. Hilans magazine played a great role in Garhwali story literature developing by paying full attention. Many modern Garhwali story writers as Kali Prasad Ghildiyal, Puran pant Pathik, Kusum Nautiyal, Bhishma Kukreti, Jabar Singh Kaintura; Mohan Dhoundiyal came in lime light due to Hilans. Hilans encouraged established Garhwali literature creators as Abodh Bandhu Bahuguna, Dr. Mahaveer Prasad Gairola, Balendu Badola, Sudama Prasad Premi, and Durga Prasad Ghildiyal to publish their stories in Hilans.
   Nobody can forget the contribution of Hilans in accelerating Garhwali story literature development.

                   Most of the time,  Indian philosophy focused more on controlling mind and paid least attention on controlling body or least discussed on the importance of body in comparison to mind. Mahabharata discussed about equal importance of body and mind. Vigyan Bhairav talks about body and its importance for gaining final freedom from worries. Interpreting Vigyan Bhairav, the famous contemporary interpreter of Indian philosophy and spirituality Osho tells that Indian philosophy paid attention too much on mind than body.
               The modern Garhwali story 'Jog lahar' (Hilans, May 1988) is one of fine philosophical stories in Garhwali language by Kali Prasad Ghildiya that searches the difference between body and soul for attaining quietism, monastic ism, asceticism and apathy. Effectively, the story writer attracts the attention of readers for thinking the importance of body and mind in attaining quietism, monastic ism, asceticism and apathy. Ghildiyal tries to find the more important factor between body and mind for attaining quietism, monastic ism, asceticism and apathy. Madhoram has six children and an aggressive wife. To provide them basic living facilities, Madhoram works hard in his office and works part time in other organizations too. Some times Madhoram gets wave of quietism, monastic ism, asceticism or apathy. However, one day Madhoram finds the more important factor between mind and body. 
              Kali Prasad Ghildiyal proves that he is one of the master story writers in modern Garhwali fiction world by this story defining quietism, monastic ism, asceticism or apathy in simple and understandable words. Ghildiyal's specialty is that he makes understand the readers the philosophy smoothly.

                Bhishma Kukreti wrote satire or lampoon in Garhwali, English and Hindi on various subjects and genre. 'Vikas Devi k Pujari' (Garh Aina, 6/7/1990) a Garhwali satire or lampoon is about common men   taking government loans (in reality fake purposes) and middle men helping the people in getting fake loans.  The rates for middlemen are fixed for particular amount of loan. For example, Basti needs money for hair cutting ceremony of his grandchild and applies for hundred chickens. The middleman helps him in getting fake loan and takes commission in advance. The government and political leaders as Gram Pradhan are involved in this business of providing fake loan.  The satire style is that the author is witnessing the loan procedure.

              The satirist attacks the money that is to enhance the commercial capability of people, the people, middle men and government agencies are misusing the government schemes.

गाइड- हाँ यू प्रतीकात्मक प्रदर्शनी च त इखमा आप तै प्रतीकों से बिंगण पोडल कि महाराष्ट्र मा सिंचाई विभाग कन च. उन क्वी जादा दिमाग लगाणो जरूरत नी च आपक समज मा अफिक ऐ जालो. जब तथाकथित लाटा काल़ा जन मनिख  समजी जान्दन त आप बि समजी जैल्या .

गाइड- बिलकुल सही .

गाइड- हाँ ! यू जु फाइल नि सरकणा  छन ओ बथान्दन कि आम दै सरकारी फाइल सरकद  इ नि छन. पण जब अपणा अजीत पंवार जी सिंचाई मंत्री छया त डैम /बाँध पास करणो फाइल फटाफट पास हुंदी छे.

मि- इथगा अंतर किलै  ?

मि- अरे यू क्या च . ये सिंचाई विभाग का अखाड़ा मा भौं भौ किस्मौ नेता लड़णा छन . क्वी कुस्ती लड़णो च , क्वी जुडो ,  क्वी थमळी से वार करणो च, कखि एक दुसरौ दगड वाक् युद्ध चलणु च , कखि चरित्र पर दाग लगाणो खेल चलणु च  .यि सौब क्या च /

गाइड- यू विधान सभा क एक प्रतीक च जख सरकारी अर विरोधी दल का नेता आपस मा प्रजातंत्री खेल खिलदन अर जनता देखिक खुस होंदी.

मि- अर यि पर्दा पैथर बि त कुछ चलणु च ?

गाइड- नि द्याखो ! हाँ ! नि द्याखो तुमन बेहोश ह्व़े जाण

मि- अरे जु नेता भैर लड़ना छया यि सब इख पर्दा भितर एक बडी थाळि म बैठ्या छन अर एक हैंकाक प्लेट मा बोटी सोटी दगड़ी खाणा खाणा छन  .

गाइड- याने कि यि नेता एकी थाळि चट्टा बट्टा छन अर खान्द दै इ सौब  एक ह्व़े जान्दन.

मी- अर अर ! यि क्या च यि खम्बा क्या छन कुज्याण कथगा खम्बा छन धौं ! अर यूँ मा सन बि लिख्युं  च कि  कु  खम्बा  कै  सन  मा  घटे  गे  छौ   

गाइड- यि खम्बा स्वतंत्रता  बाद सिंचाई विभाग मा भ्रस्टाचार पता लगाणो बान जथगा बि कमिसन बैठीं वांक प्रतीक छन अर यि खम्बा सबूत छन कि हमारा नेता बड़ा पाक साफ़ छन. आज तक कै बि कमीसन से क्वी नेता कबि बि नि पकड्याई
