         It is said that justice is a fair chosen operating balance of duties and right. There is universal saying that for every duty there is right and for every right there is duty. There is another saying that you have a right to have duties and have to duty to have rights. However, the desire of human being does not work on logical senses.
   The Asian satirist Bhishma Kukreti humorously provides many examples in his brilliant satire ' Kai Tai Kya Chayanu' , people don't want to talk about their duties but want their rights. Whether it is personal relationship, political scene, film industry, business, medicinal business, education centers or journalism field everywhere, human being desires something from others but does not want to think about his prime duties to get his rights.

                         पुरण जमानाम हरेक अडगैं (क्षेत्रौ ) बारम आण हुँदा छा जां से भैराक लोग  वीं अडगैंम जाण से पैल जाणि जांदा छा बल उखाक स्थिति क्य  होलि . जन कि कै पणि बोल छौ बल जाण ढांगु आण आंगु . बस भैराक लोग बाग़ उख टक्क  लगैक बाटा हिट्दा छा . अब चूंकि सरकारी आदेशानुसार ज्वा बि बात गढ़वळिम बुले जाओ वीं बथ तैं संवैधानिक दर्जा नि दिए सक्यांद त हम गढ़वऴयुनं कहावत आण रचण /गड़न बंद करि देन . बात बि सै च जौं बातुं तै संवैधानिक दर्जा नि मीलो वूं बातुं पर दिमाग खरच करण मने फोकटम दिमाग खराब करण। त अच्काल जब हम पौड़ी , कोटद्वार , श्रीनगर , नै टीरी जाण चांदा त जाण से पैलि हम तै पता इ नि चलदो बल उखौ स्थिति क्य होलि किलैकि हम गढ़वऴयुनं नया कहावत आण रचण /गड़न बंद जि करि देन।

   अब परसि मि श्रीनगर बिटेन साहित्यौ दगड्यो  मिलणो जाणु थौ त गढ़वळिम पौड़ी बाराम नया आण नि होण से पता इ नि चौल बल पौड़ी हाल क्या होला ! बस कंडक्टर तै पूछ त वैन बोलि बल चूँकि हमन सरकारी गोपनीयताक सौं घटीं छन त हम आप तै कुछ नि बतै सक्दां त आप तै उखि जैक पता चौलल बल पौड़ी स्थिति क्या च . 

  खैर बसम बैठि सार लग्युं रौ बल पौड़ी स्थिति ठीकि होलि . हां पौड़ी गढ़वाल कमिश्नरी हेड क्वार्टर जि च त सौब ठीक ठाक इ होलु .

हे इ क्या ? सैत  च पौड़ी दस किलोमीटर अग्वाड़ी छे अर रस्तों मा बोर्डों से धै दियाणी छे बल सावधान ! कुछ ही समय बाद पर्यटन नगरी पौड़ी  आने वाली है . गढ़वळिम इबारत हूंदी त इन होणि छौ - अंक्वैक ! पौड़ी आण वाळ च . मेरो बिंगंण म नि आयि बल पौड़ी आण वळ च त इखमा सावधान हूणै जर्वत  क्या च ?  क्या पौड़ीम जेबकतरा जादा ह्वे गेन ? पण जब बिटेन कॉमन वेल्थ , टू जी घोटाला ह्वेन तब बिटेन चोर , गिरहकट , जेबकतरा, जेवर लुछण वळु पर दया आंदी बल विचारा पेट पळणो बान कथगा मेनत करदन . अर सरकारी बोर्डोंम अब जेबकतरों से सावधान की धै नि होंदी . फिर  यूं बोर्डू मा इन किलै लिख्यूं होलु बल सावधान ! कुछ ही समय बाद पर्यटन नगरी पौड़ी आने वाली है.मन मा घंघतोळ अर पुटकुंद च्याळ छा पोड़ना बल कुज्याण पौडिम क्या हुंयुं धौं .

  खैर पौड़ी आण से पैल बस रुक अर कंडक्टरन  सब तै बस से भैर करदा करदा समझाई बल पैल सरकारी बोर्ड बांचो अर फिर एक शपथ पत्र पर दस्तखत कारो तबि मि तुम तै बस से पौड़ी लिजौल।

हम सौब जत्र्वे बस से भैर औंवां अर बोर्ड पढ़ण मिसे गेंवां . जु रोजौ जत्र्वे छा वु बगैर बोर्ड बांचिक सीधा शपथ पत्र पर दस्तखत कौरिक कंडक्टर तै देणा छा अर बस म बैठणा छा .

मीन सरकारी बोर्ड पढ़ण  शुरू कौर .

पर्यटन नगरी , गढ़वाल कमिश्नरी हेड क्वार्टर  पौड़ी म आपकी आदिर खातिर (स्वागत ).

आपका स्वागतार्थ सड़को मा जगा जगा कूड़ा-करकट , कचरा, होटलों खत्युं खाणक, मैला-कुचेला, थूक आदि  सौब  मीलल . भौत सि जगा गू से बि आपको स्वागत करे जालो

आप तै सावधान करे जांदो बल सड़को पर गन्दगी का  चट्टा , गुवाक  थुपड़ा, मर्यां कुता , मोर्याँ मोसों चट्टा मीलल त आप यूं चीजों से खुद ही बचो . कैक खुट -शरीर गंदगी मा रबड्याळ त नगरपालिका यांकी जुमेवार नि मने जालि। कीड़ा मकौड़ा आप तै सबी जगा मीलल त आपसे अनुरोध च बल कै बि तरां से नि घिणैन, घिणाण वळ पर जुर्माना पोडल 

सरा पौड़ीम बॉस। गंध  दुर्गन्ध, चिराण, किडाण, कुतराण, माखुं भिमणाट से रूबरू होण पोड़ल त यांको वास्ता आप तै अपणों नाक -गिच्चो बंद करणों बान  रुमाल या साफा प्रयोग करण पोड़ल . इखमा सरकारी मदद की पूरी शत प्रतिशत नाउम्मेदी च। गंध बॉस से दूर रौण नागरिकों कर्तव्य च।

जु कै तै गंदगी आदि से उकै , उल्टी , आवो तो प्लास्टिको थैली उपयोग कारो  अर  फिर वीं गंदगी भोरिं थैलि तै लेकि कै हैको शहर तै गंदा कौरिक गंदगी बढाओ आन्दोलनम शामिल ह्वेक हम तै कृतार्थ करिल्या . 

आप तै पौड़ीम प्रवेश से पैल एक शपथ पत्र पर दस्तखत करण पोड़ल कि मीन  पौड़िम गंदगी बाराम सरा सूचना बांचि  आल  अर मि तै गंदगी से रूबरू  हुणम क्वि ऐतराज नी च . मी एतद सूचित करदो बल पौड़िम गन्दगी से मि  बीमार पडुल त पौड़ी नगरपालिका , राज्य सरकार या केंद्र सरकार की क्वी जुमेवारी नि ह्वेली।

इना मि घंघतोळम छऊ बल पौड़ी जौं कि ना अर उना हॉकर्स घ्याळ  लगाणा छा पौड़ी में गंदगी से बचने के लिए विशेष रसायन वाले रुमाल, गमछा, विशेष प्लास्टिक के जूते , उलटी रोकने की गोलियां ले लो

इथगामा म्यारा साहित्यिक दगड्या  दिखे गेन . ऊं सब्युंन  बोले , "भीषम जी ! चलो  भै वापस श्रीनगर चलो . जरा हम बि उख तरो ताजा हवा खैक ऐ जौला ."

                The great Indian satirist Puran Pant is expert for satirizing various behaviors of politicians. In this present satire 'Hamaro Desh ', great Indian Puran Pant satirizes the arrogant behaviors of ruling party politicians. When the ruling political party politicians get chance for ruling for long time they become arrogance and don't believe in public perceptions. These politicians deny all the charges of nepotism, corruption, deceiving public, not fulfilling their promises. The great Indian satirist ridicules such behaviors as nepotism, corruption, deceiving public, not fulfilling their promises by politicians.
  Puran Pant uses politician as first person writing letter to people to specify his behavior. The language and phrases are successful in satirizing unwanted, superfluous or emotionless behaviors of politicians. Overstatement and mockery is glued successfully by great Indian satirist Pant.

पण देहरादून राजधानी च यांको सबूत च बल इख बारा सालम सात दै अलग अलग मुख्यमंत्र्युंन सौं घटिन। अर यांको सबूत च बल ब्याळै (  भूतपूर्ब ) मुख्यमंत्र्युं बंगला .

हमर देसम रिवाज च बल मुख्यमंत्री सौं पैथर घटुद वैकि पार्टी वळा वैका विरोध पैलि करण मिसे जांदन अचकाल कॉंग्रेसी बैनर  बथाणा छन बल यि लोग प्रजातंत्र बचाणों बान विजय बहुगुणा तै मुख्यमंत्री कुर्सी बिटेन धक्याणा  छन . अपणी पार्टी वळ अपणों मुख्यमंत्री हटाणो बान जै जगाम बैनर टांगन त माने जांद बल वा जगा प्रदेश राजधानी च। चूंकि कॉंग्रेसी देहरादूनम कोंग्रेसी मुख्यमंत्री विरोध करणा रौंदन त मतबल साफ़ च देहरादून राजधानी च .

  राजधानिम सचिवालय हूंद जख फ़ाइल हून्दन . देहरादूनम बि एक जगा फाइलों चट्टा छन याने कि देहरादून अछेकि राजधानी च . जैं जगा तै सचिवालय बोले जावु अर  न्याड़ -ध्वार पावर ब्रोकर या दालालो (गलादार  ) चट्टा बट्टा लग्याँ ह्वावन त बुले जांद बल या राजधानी च गलादारों पिपड़कारो (भीड़ ) से त लगद बल देहरादून प्रदेश ना केन्द्रीय राजधानी ह्वाओ

   जख इना उना लाल बत्ती इ लाल बत्तिक गाड़ी दिख्यावन वीं जगा नाम राजधानी होंद अर यां से बि सिद्ध होंद बल देहरादून  राजधानी च .

   राजधानी क एक गुण होंद बल नजीको कमिश्नरी क अधिकारी , लिपिक वर्ग कमिश्नरी छोड़िक राजधानी जोग ह्वे जांद . पौडिक कमिश्नरी गेटढकी (गेट बंद हो )देखिक  त सिद्ध होंद बल देहरादून  राजधानी च .

जख कूड़ो से जादा कूड़ो गलादार (इस्टेट एजेंट ) ह्वावन त बींगी ल्याओ बल आप राजधानीम छ्याओ। देहरादुनम कूड़ कम कूडू गलादार जादा छन .

जख डाळु जंगळ  नि ह्वावन पण कंक्रीटो जंगळ ह्वावन त वा निसाणी राजधानी  च  अर अचकाल त स्कूल्या निबन्ध लिखदन बल वन्स अपौन अ टाइम देहरादूनम जंगळ छा , बासमती खेती हूंदी छे , लीची बगीचा छा अब इख कंक्रीटो जंगळ छन अर घूसखोरी -भ्रस्टाचारै खेती हूंदी .

  जख ट्रैफिक पुलिस तै दनकाए जावो बल जाणता नई मै कौण ऊं ! किस मंत्री का साला हूं ? त  समजि ल्यायो बल तुम कै राजधानीम छवां . देहरादूनम हरेक चौराहा पर ट्रैफिक तोडन वाळ कै ना कै मंत्री या सन्त्रीक रिश्तेदार या नजीकि होंद .

पैल जख  चोरि बड़ी खबर  हूंदी ह्वाओ अर अब आज जख  चोरी तै खबर इ नि मने जावो  त समजी ल्याओ तुम राजधानिम  घुमणा छा। अब देहरादुनम चोरी जारि तै दैनंदनी मने जांद .

जख स्थानीय लोगु भाषौ बेजती ह्वाओ त बींगी ल्याओ या जगा राजधानी च।

जख अपण भाषौ  बुलेंदर कम होंद जावन  अर दगड़म पाणिक बि कमि ह्वाओ त समजी ल्याओ या राजधानी च . देहरादूनम गढ़वाली बुलेंदारो बि कमि हुणि च अर दगड़म  पाणि बि कमि होणि च याने सही मानेम देहरादून प्रदेश राजधानी च

उन हौर बि लक्षण छन जो सिद्ध करदन बल देहरादून राजधानी च ये बाराम बकै भोळ  ...

                     From the time Janta Party (1977) came in power displacing powerful Congress party in centre, every time there are discussion and temporary marriages among many political parties either to threat the government or to create an image for a politician. In 1989, there were many politicians who broke from their respective political parties and were alone loaner in political wilderness. They or many ambitious politicians used to form third front or used to make news of making third front –a group of various individual politicians. These days, Mulayam Singh has been making news of creating third front.
  The Oriental regional language satirist Kukreti ridicules such opportunistic and ambitious politicians those make news of making third front (separated from Congress and Bhartiya Janta Party).  The Oriental Satirist uses dialogue style to mocks up opportunist politicians. The Oriental satirist Bhishma Kukreti also satirizes the fractured man date for politicians being ambitious to get power.

Great Uttarakhandi

Bheem Singh Bisht who proved that Yes! It is Possible!

We migrated Uttarakhandi talk much about to stop migration but never try ourselves (including me) to provide alternates in our native villages –rural Hills of Uttarakhand.

Late in 1970, Shri Bheem Singh Bisht showed that rural Uttarakhandi can earn more than what they earn in Pardesh. Shri Bheem Singh Bisht was born in 1935 in village Baudaun, Thalisain, Pauri Garhwal. He was called the Hero of modern Agriculture in Thalisain region. He grew apple, aadu, naspati, oranges, lemon in his garden and used to have annual income for Rs 15000 in 1980s.

Shri Bheem Singh Bisht Ji stopped growing conventional crops and started growing chilies instead and used to get 5000 income annually from chilly crops in 1980s. Shri Bisht never uses chemicals, pesticides but uses organic fertilizers and pesticides. Shri Bisht is of opinion to protect conventional regional genes of crops.

Shri Bheem Singh Bisht proved that if people take interest there is ample scope of earning in rural hills of Uttarakhand

               जब तक हमर गां मा पधानचरी छे तब तलक हमर एकि मुंडीत छौ . पण जब बिटेन गौंम प्राधानगिरि अर ग्राम पंचायतम बजेट आयि तब बिटेन हर साल हमर मुंडीत बंटणा रौंदन अर कुछ परिवार संयुक्त  हूणा रौंदन अर कुछ टुटणा  रौंदन . कुछ पता इ नि चलदो बल कु कै मुंडीतम च . बस क्वी मोरि ग्याई त तब जू बि मुंड्याइ तबि पता चलदो बल यु हमर मुंडीतम च अर स्यु नि मुंड्याइ त अब स्यू हमर मुंडीत से भैर ह्वे ग्याई। कबि कबि त यु मुंड्याद  जरुर च पण तिरैं दिन कुछ बि कारणो से यु मुंडीत से भैर ह्वे जांद अर जु स्यु मुंड्याद नी च पण तिरैं दिन स्यु मुंडीतम शामिल ह्वे जांदो . ग्राम प्रधानौ चुनावम या पंचों चुनावम   त हरेक परिवारों मुंडीत अलग ह्वेक अलग अलग मुंडीतम बंटी जांद . फिर सुविधानुसार कुछ परिवार दगड़ ह्वेक मुंडीत बणान्दन।

    अचकाल हमर गां या मुंडीतम आरोप प्रत्यारोपौ मौसम जोरो पर च . ग्राम पंचैतौ बैठक शुरू जरूर होंद पण पंच लोगुं  बैठद  बैठद पैल विरोधी पंचों आरोपुं बरखा हूँदी त यां पर दुसर पंचो प्रत्यारोपुं ढांड पड़न मिसे जांदन इनम पंचैतै बैठक खतम ह्वे जांद . दुसर दिन पंचैतम  विरोधी पंचुं आरोपुं स्वाड़ा चलदो  त जौं पर आरोप लगद वो प्रत्यारोपुं बरफ चुलाण बिसे जांदन . त पंचैत बैठदी नी च



           गल्ती से मि कोटद्वार अर रिशिकेष क अखबारों कुण समाचार भेजदो त अचकाल हमर गौंक पंचैत  अखबारोंम बैठद। एक हफ्ता मि एक पाळी  वाळुक आरोप अखबारोंम छपवांदु त दुसर हफ्ता दुसर पाळि अर तिसर या चौथि पाळि वाळु   प्रत्यारोप छपवांदु .मतलब अब अख़बार इ हमर गांक पंचैत छन . अखबारों से इ प्रधान जी तै पता चल्दो कि वो क्या क्या ग्राम विकासौ काम करणा छन अर अखबारों से इ पंचो तै पता चलदो बल ऊनं क्या क्या बयान देन  मतबल अखबार इ पंचैत ह्वे गेन। गां वाळ बि अखबारों खबरू से जाणदन कि ऊंका ड्य्रारम नळ अयाँ तीन साल ह्वे गेन . अर गां वळ अख्बारु जरिया से परधान जी तै पुछदन बल जु हमर ड्यारम नळ अयाँ छन त हम इथगा दूर पाणि लाणो किलै जाणा छंवां ?  इनि गां वाळ  समाचार पत्रुं से जाणिन  बल उंका गां मा अब जख्या - भंगुल नि जमद बल्कणम खनु खरपट जमण बिसे गे। 



  अब इनि परधान जी तै अखबारों से इ पता चौल बल गां की नई अर पुराणि कूल बाणानम घोर भ्रष्टाचार हुंयुं च . प्रधान जीन अखबारोंम बयान दे बल यि सौब झूट च कखि बि भ्रष्टाचार नि ह्वे . हैंक दिन अख्बारुम खबर ऐ बल परधान जी क राज मा इ घपला ह्वे . फिर से परधान जीन बयान छपवाई बल क्वी घपला सपला नि ह्वे .



  गां वळु तै  मुखजवानी बयानु खबर से  बदहजमि, उन्द-उब  हूण लगि त एक दिन परधानो विरोधिन अखबारम खबर छपवाई दे बल कूल खत्याणो  ठेका त परधान जीक नौनु तै इ दिए गे छौ अर यांको सबूत बि अखबारों मा छपी .

   सरा गां तै अब जैक पता चौल बल कखि कै जगा गां मा कुल्याणों कूल आयीं च अर लोग अखबारों से परधान जी तै पूछण लगि गेन कि कूल कखम गाडे गे ? फिर लोगुन परधान जी तै अखबारों जरिया से पूछ बल कुल्याणों कूल आयि त को को वीं कूलन पुंगड़ कुल्याण छन? .

    परधान जीक नौनो नाम आयुं छौ त परधान जी इ ना पंच बि तिड़बितडे  गेन अर सब्युंन अखबारों मा बयान दे बल शीघ्र ही चौड़ कूल प्रकरण पर एक सफ़ेद पत्र याने व्हाईट पेपर  आलु .

   जब तीन दिन तलक अखबारुम सुफेद पन्ना नि आये त विरोधी पाल्टि वळुन फिर से अखबारोंम घ्याळ कार बल किलै अबि तलक कूलों बाबत सफेद पत्र नि आई ?



खैर कुछ मैनो उपरान्त परधान जीन अखबारुम श्वेत पत्र छपवाई जखम परधान जीन परधानौ लेटर हेड मा अपण नौनु तै क्लीन चिट  दे बल अमुक ठेकेदारन टेंडर का इ सबि नियमो हिसाब से कूल गाड अत; ठेकेदार पूरी तरह निर्दोष  अर क्लीन च

अखबारोंम विरोध्युं बयान छप बल यी क्या परधान अपणु नौनु तै क्लीन चिट कनै दे सकुद?

दुसर दिन परधानो बयान छप बल जब महाराष्ट्र सिंचाई विभाग अपणों इ विभाग तै क्लीन चिट दे सकद , जब कॉंग्रेसी रॉबर्ट बाड्रा तै क्लीन चिट दे सकदन , भारतीय जनता पार्टिक  गुरुमूर्ति भारतीय जनता पार्टिक अध्यक्ष नितिन गडकरी तै क्लीन चिट दे सकदन त मि किलै ना अपण नौनु तै क्लीन चिट दे सकदो ?

चूंकि विरोध्युं मा कोंग्रेसी बि छया अर भाजापाई बि छया त कैन बि परधान जीक बयानों विरुद्ध क्वी बयान नि छाप अर अब गां वळु  तै भरवस ह्वे ग्याई बल गां मा कूल बौणि त छें च पण ऊंका (गौं क जनता ) आंख कमजोर होण से ऊं तै कूल नी दिख्याणि च .

                अचकाल हरेक उत्तराखंडी छाती चौड़ी कौरि घुमणु रौंद , अजकाल हरेक पहाड़ी घमंडम च क्या जगा जगा बुलणु क्या रौंद ढोल बजैक , भोम्पु बजैक , मुंडळम जैक धै लगान्दु  बल पौड़ी गढ़वालै राजधानी पौड़ी  कर्नाटकौ  राजधानी बंगलौर दगड़  छौंपा दौड़ (प्रतियोगिता ) करणम सक्षम च अर द्वी इकजनी छन .

   भई द्वी राजधानी छन .दुई जनसंख्या मामलाम भैस जन  गैबण छन . द्वि जगा, जख स्वीण नि जै सकद उख सबळ घुचाये जाणो च . द्वी जगा, जखम द्वी मनिख रौण चयाणा छा उख दस मनिख निवास करदन। गाउँ निर्बीज करणम द्वी अग्वाड़ी छन। द्वी राजधानी छन अर कै ना कैक शान छन .

  पौड़ी खुण शानै, टिपोडै , घमंडै बात या च बल बंगलौरम बि पौड़ी जन कचराशाही मची च . ठीक च हम गढ़वळि पौड़ी सणि बंगलौर जन आई टी शहर नि बणै सकदवां पण  हमम इथगा हिकमत,लियाकत त छें च बल हम पौड़ी तै बंगलौर जन कचरा शहर त बणै इ सकदवां कि ना ? अर  हम पौड़ी वळा बि  पौड़ी शहर तै कचरा शहर बणाणम इनी जोर लगाणा छंवां जन बुल्यां नवा कचराशाही मा बंगलौर पौड़ी से अग्नै चली जावो धौं ! 

   पौड़ी तै  कचाराशाहीम बंगलौरो बरोबरी करण मा सरकार ,पब्लिक अर प्राइवेट पार्टिसिपेसनो बहुत इ बढिया सामंजस्य च . हमारो समाज सफाई पसंद च अर अपण ड्यारो खौड़ सुरणम सद्यनी अग्वाड़ी रौंदा, जनि हमर ड्यार खौड़ ह्वाई ना बल हम सटाक से अपण ड्यारो खौड़ सार्वजनिक जगाम चुलै दीन्दा अर अपण व्यक्तिगत भागीदारी सबूत दीणा रौंदा . व्यापारी संस्थान या दुकानदार बि पौड़ी तै या बंगलौर तै कचराघर बणानम पैथर नि रौण चांदन अर अपण दूकान या व्यापारिक संस्थानों खौड़ कचरा सडम रस्तों म फेंकीक अपुण  भागीदारी निभान्दन , सरकारी विभाग अग्रिम योजना नि  बणै दुनिया तै बताणम सक्षम च बल द्याखो हम बंगलौर या पौड़ी तै कचराशहर बणानम उस्तादों उस्ताद छंवां। पौड़ी अर बंगलौरो रस्तों मा पड्यु कचरा पब्लिक -प्राइवेट पार्टिसिपेसनो उमदा  उदाहरण च . भागीदारी इथगा अटूट च बल क्वी कै पर भगार नि लगै सकुद .

पब्लिक बड़ी होशियार अर  अनुशासन्युक्त च बस जखम बोर्ड लग्युं रौंद बल इखम कचरा नि धुळण उखमि कचरा ढेर लगै दॆन्दि किलैकि वा बींगी जांदी बल भै जखम जगा ह्वेलि उखमि त कचरा नि फेंकणो बोर्ड लगल कि ना ?

    अचकाल भारत का शहरो मा कुत्तों की जमात डॉग फेस बुक माँ बहस पर व्यस्त च बल सबि शहरो से कुत्तो पलायन बंगलौर या पौड़ी तरफ होणु च इनि माखो , कवों , चिलंगुं , भौं भौं किस्मो कीड़ो जमात बि माखो , कवों , चिलंगुं , भौं भौं किस्मो कीड़ो बंगलौर अर पौड़ी तर्फां पलायन से परेशान छन अर सरकार व पब्लिक से दरख्वास्त करणा छन बल पलायन रोके जावु .

  जगा जगा सड्याण , किड़ाण , भभळाण , मुताण , चिराण, हगाण, गुवाण, बस्याण,बासि भातौ भत्याण,   घिणाणो मामलम पौड़ी अर बंगलौरम क्वी फर्क नी च , भेद नी च द्वी गन्दगी मामलम इकसनी छन .
