           Storytelling concept started with human civilization. The cavemen used storytelling technique. In modern Garhwali story world, Sada Nand Kukreti came with agile way of storytelling technique in satirical and humorous style the first modern Garhwali story 'Garhwali That (1913). From that time modern Garhwali storytellers used different storytelling techniques.  The modern Garhwali literature storytellers after Sada Nand understood that there should be hidden or explicit authenticity in storytelling technique. Modern Garhwali Literature storytellers have been aware that in storytelling technique they should connect the views to the readers. Modern Garhwali storytellers are well versed that storytelling technique is connecting the knower with known to. Modern Garhwali Literature storytellers are alert that storytelling technique is not speech delivery but engaging readers. In various eras, modern Garhwali literature storytellers develop storytelling technique and style with the time. There obvious examples that modern Garhwali literature storytellers are well versed that storytelling style in written form  is different than oral storytelling technique and written storytelling technique has different rules and forms than oral  storytelling techniques. The modern Garhwali story literature is also mirror of energy, spirit, force of storytellers.
     In each era, modern Garhwali storytellers were always busy in developing newer storytelling technique. Famous Hindi poet Vijay Gaur wrote a story 'Bhap Injin' (Chitthi 21st issue).  The story is about a boy gets in a rail compartment and he woke up in Dehradun. In between he encounters with various emotions unknown to him.  Vijay did not use Garhwali phrases as required but the story 'Bhap Injin' is always appreciated by critics as Dr. Anil Dabral, Madan Duklan for its different storytelling technique than contemporary storytelling techniques in modern Garhwali story literature.
   Dr Anil Dabral appreciated the efforts of Vijay Gaur for newer storytelling technique in modern Garhwali story.

******नेताण ब्वारी ******(आज का दूषित राजनैतिक माहौल मा रूप्या की भूख अर भ्रष्टाचार पर एक व्यंग्य कथा)

घसकटा ब्वारी नेता बणि गे.कमै धमै  खूब. क्य कन ईं कमै कु.घर की लाज का समणि रुपयों कु क्य मोल ? पण जमानो ख़राब.रुपयों का बाना आज लोग कुछ बि करणो तैयार ह्वै जन्दिन.रुपयों की भूख मन्खी तै कुछ बि करणो मजबूर करि दींद.साधारण सि पढीं लिखीं ब्वारी.मुश्किल से बार पास.द्वी दा बीए कु प्राईवेट फौरम बि भरि,फेल ह्वैगे.गौं मा घास-पात,गोठ-गुठ्यार,खेती-पाती,खाणि-पीणी बणाणि,लारा-लत्ता धोणा मा ही लगीं रैंदी छै.वाँ से जादा न त वींकी अकल छै ,न वींकी शकल.
            पंचैत चुनौ मा महिला रिजर्वेसन सीट से चुनौ लड़ी अर भाग से जीति की बीडीसी मेम्बर बणिगे.अब मीटिंग मा जाणु शुरू ह्वैगे.कांधी मा एक किरमिच कु बैग,आंख्युं मा काजल,होंठों मा लिपस्टिक अर प्लास्टिक का सैडल चटगैकी वा हर्बी चबोड़ मा ऐगे.बीडीसी  का बजट मा खूब सपोड़ा-सपोड़ कैरि.वींकु अपणो आदिम बि भौत चालू अर रूप्या कु मैती.जंक-जोड़ मा माहिर.  ऊ बि तीन दा दस अर द्वी दा बारा मा फेल ह्वै छौ.प्राईवेट इम्तहान मा नक़ल मारि की मुश्किल से पास ह्वै. वैका बुबन रूप्या देकी वैकि नौकरी बि लगै दे.नौकरी का दगड़ी ब्वारी का कांधी मा नेतागिरी बि शुरू ह्वैगे.ब्वारी का फर्जी दस्खत करि की वैन कतगे भला-बुरा काम शुरू करि दीं.रूप्या कमाणो वास्त ऊ कुछ बि करणो,करवाणो तैयार.महिला आरक्षण कु गैरफ़ायदा यु बदमाश उठाणा छन.
         एक दिन बल कुछ लोगोँन ब्वारी तै कैका दगड़ वैका कमरा मा कुछ गलत हालत मा देखि दे..द्वी-चार दिन तक लोगोँ मा खुसुर-पुसुर ह्वै. हर्बी लोग बिसरि गीं.पण वैका बाद ब्वारी तै लाखों को काम मिलि गे.कखि मा रस्ता,खडंजा,सी सी मार्ग,पाणि कि टंकी,पंचैत घर,नहर,कूल हौरि बि कतगै काम.लपोड़ा-लपोड़ कैरि लाखों रूप्या कमै दीं.हैंका दा जिला का पंचैती चुनौ मा बि जीती गे.खूब दारू की चखळ-पखळ करि दे.इनु बि सुणे कि एक दारू माफियान तब ब्वारी तै जीताणो बान कतगे पेटी दारू अर लाखों रुपयों कु इंतजाम बि करे. ऊ खुद बि चुनौ लडणू छौ अर वैकि नजर बड़ी कुर्सी पर छै.लोगोँ मा छवीं त इनी बि लगी कि ब्वारी वैका दगड़ गोवा घूमणो बि गै.
           अब त ब्वारी नेताण बणिगे.वींकु आदिम अर वा छक्वे रूप्या खैकी लोगोँ का काम करणा छन.ब्वारी का भ्वार खूब नेतागिरी चलनीं च.कमीशन ले दे कि खूब काम हूणा छन.रुपयों कि छका छोळ.गाडी,बंगला,बैंक बैलेंस,सब चकाचक.काशीपुर,दिल्ली,देरादूण मा प्लौट,फ़्लैट.पौबारा हुयाँ छन.कतगै बड़ा लोगोँ,नेताओं,ठेकेदारों से अपण्यास च.नेता बणि कि भौत कुछ पै यालि,पण निरबै ब्वारी तिन भौत कुछ ख्वै यालि.

जनि  प्रसिद्ध ह्वाई कि टी.आर.पी का प्रेमी, टी.आर.पी का लोभी टी.वी पत्रकार , रीडरशिप का गुलाम टी.वी चैनेल , अपण पाठकों  संख्या जादा बताण वळा  अखबारों मालिक सब्युं  मा  विज्ञापन पाणों  ऊर्जा ऐ ग्याई. मीडिया मालिकों  तै लगी ग्याई कि आण वळ मैना इ सरा सालौ लाभ-नुकसान निर्धारित कारल. पत्रकारों तै लग बल आण वळ मैना ऊं  तै अरुण शोरी जन प्रसिधी दिलाल. अर अखबारों मा सोसल औडिट जनरल (SAG )  रिपोर्ट की धुंवाधारी  आग लगी गे, सम्पादकीय, स्थाने पृष्ठ, ब्यापार पन्ना, खेल पना लेकी पाठकनामा सब्युं मा एकी छ्वीं  मोती ढांगू  अर मोती ढांगू. टी.वी चैनलूं मा त भ्युंचळ अयूँ  छौ . हर बगत केवल ब्रेकिंग न्यूज अर बस ब्रेकिंग न्यूज. इख तलक कि सिनेमा प्रोग्रैम मा  बि टी.वी वळा खोजि खाजिक दिखाणा छ्या" 'हिन्दी सिनेमा मा  बैलों का महत्व" कति त दिखाणा छया," विश्व सिनेमा में बैलों की कहानियाँ" . हरेक सीरियल कि कथा बदले गेन अर अब हरेक सीरियल मा मोती ढांगू या बल्दुं  कथा जोड़े गेन. इक तलक कि इन्डियन आइडल प्रोग्रैम या आपका लचकदार नृत्य मा बि हरेक एपिसोड मा मोती ढांगू सम्बंधित प्रोग्रैम लाये गेन. अब समाचार इ इन छौ कि इन हूण लाजमी छौ.

            जन भावना से भौत फार, जनता से भौत दूर रौण वळ मुख्य विरोधी दल तै  समाचार  पत्रुं अर टी.वी चैनलुं से  इ पता चौल कि कुछ दिनों पैल सोसल औडिट जनरल (SAG ) कि रिपोर्ट गाऊँ गाऊं मा  ऐ ग्याई त ऊं तै बि लग कि मोती ढांगू इ ऊं तै चुनाव जिते सकुद  अर मुख्य विरोधी दलन  संसद तै कुरुक्षेत्र को युद्ध मैदान बणै दे . संसद मा (विधान सभा ) शेरों कि दहाड़ , चीतों  गुर्राहट , हाथी की चिंघाड़ , बल्दुं  डुन्करताळी   इ सुण्याणु छौ . विरोधी दालों की बजर पोड़णो (बादल फटण  ) जन अवाज  से सरकारी दल का सबि सदस्यों कंदुडु कनपट्टा फूटी गेन . सरकारी दल संसद मा विरोधी दल से पुछणा  छ्या कि बताओ त सै कि ह्वाई क्या च पण विरोधियों क महान महाघोष / घ्याळ  का मध्य  सरकारी दलौ अवाज इनी छे जन मोरद  मूसो  अवाज. संसद ठप पोड्यू छौ अर संसद टी.वी चैनलों  मा शिफ्ट ह्व़े ग्याई . जु काम या प्रश्न-ऊत्तर  काल या बहस संसद मा हूण छौ वो काम अब टी.वी चैनलों मा हूण बिसे गे . सौब  टी.वी चैनेल  संसद बौणि गेन. जु विरोधी दल संसद मा बैठण णि चाणो छौ वैका छ्वटा बड़ा नेता टी.वी चनेलूं मा प्रश्न कर ना अर सरकारी दल का नेता उत्तर दीणा. नेतौं क भारी क्या महा कमी ह्व़े ग्याई किलैकि कार्टून नेटवर्क या संगीत चैनेल  जन चैनेल बि  मोती ढांगू काण्ड कि संसद जन चर्चा मा लीन ह्व़े गे. अर याँ से ब्लौक स्तर का नेता बि टी.वी चैनलूं मा प्रश्नोत्तर का बान बुलाये जाण बिसे गेन .

              विरोधी दलुंन माग कौरी दे कि चूंकि जब मोती ढांगू काण्ड ह्वाई त वैबरी मुख्यमंत्री पशु  सम्वर्धन मंत्री बि छ्या त जब तक मुख्यमंत्री अपण पद से  त्यागपत्र नि द्याला संसद मा घ्याळ  ह्वालू अर संसद नि चलि  सकद.  अब इन जि क्वी मुख्यमंत्री त्यागपत्र दी न मिसे गेन त ह्व़े ग्याई फिर प्रजातंत्र की रक्षा. प्रजातंत्र को अमर नियम च ख्वावन प्यावान  औरुक  अर मार ख्वावन गौरुक. याने कि जु मंत्री जि कै भ्रष्टाचार मा फंसी इ  ग्यायी त पैल विदेसी हाथ पर इल्जाम लगाओ अर विदेसी हाथ तै गाळी दीण से काम नि चलो त कै जयुं  बित्युं अधिकारी याने जैक क्वी पवा नि ह्वाओ वै तै उठाणो   बुग्ठ्या /खाडू  समजिक सस्पेंड कारो.  चूंकि राज्य स्तर को मोती ढांगू राष्ट्रीय टी.वी चैनेलूं धरोहर बौणि गे त एक बुग्ठ्या क कत्लेआम से काम नि चलण छौ त चिनखौं   बळी दिए गे, याने कि कथगा इ चपड़ासी अर जूनियर क्लर्क संस्पेंड करे गेन पण भै विधान सभा मा घ्याळ कम नि ह्वाई .

   उन कैको समज मा नि आणु छौ कि ह्वाई क्या च . सोसल औडिट रिपोर्ट समजणो ताकत कैमा त छे ना अर ना इ क्वी नेता, पत्रकार, वरिष्ठतम विश्लेषक जनता या समाज का  सम्पर्क मा छ्या जु बींगी जांद कि ह्वाई क्या च. अर जु नेता, पत्रकार , महानतम  विश्लेषक समाज का सम्पर्क मा इ जि रंदा त मोती ढांगू कि कथा वैदिन  इ भैर ऐ जांद जै दिन मोती ढांगू योजना शुरू ह्व़े छे.

             ह्व़े क्या छौ कि पैलाकी सरकार याने आजौ विरोधी दल कि सरकारन हीरा बैल कि योजना लागू कौरी छे  त परम्परा निभाणो बान ईं सरकारन  मोती ढांगू योजना लागु करी दे. पशु सम्बर्धन योजना का तहत हजारों 'मोती बौड़' बणियों मा बांटी देन . चूंकि अच्काल प्रति राष्ट्रीयकरण  कु जुग च त सामयिकता को  ख़याल करदा ईं सरकारन हजारों 'मोती बौड़' बणियों तै मुफ़त मा दे देन. बणियों काम छौ कि हरेक मोती बौडु तै संडा बणावन अर हरेक गौं मा नई नस्ल क पशुउं मा बढ़ोतरी कारन.  चूंकि संडा या बौड़ पर बणियों तै खर्च करण पोड़ण  छौ त इन निर्णय करे ग्याई कि जब बि क्वी गाँव वळ अपणि गौड़ी संडा क ध्वार लाओ त वै तै घास पाणि कुण इके  रूप्या द्यालों अर बकै रूप्या सब्सिडी क रूप मा सरकार ब णियों तै इमदाद बि द्याली. सोसल औडिट रिपोर्ट (SAG ) से लोगूँ तै पता चौल कि बणियों न सौब बौड़ दुसर प्रदेश मा सौ गुणा दामुं मा  बेचीं देन, दगड मा अबि बि हरेक बणिया सरकार से रोज सब्सिडी बि पाणु च  अर याँ से  सरकार तै करोड़ो रूप्या क नुकसान त ह्वाई इ च पण एक बि पशु सम्बर्धन कु काम आज तक नि ह्वाई  .

सरकारी दल को हिसाब से बस इथगा सि छ्वटि बात छे अर विरोधी दल फोकट मा घ्याळ करणु च. सरकारी दल कु महामंत्री धिगविजय  सिंग न त बोली दे बल  लोक गीतुं तै इ बैन करे जाण चयेंद किलैकि इ लोक गीत आर.एस.एस का लोगूँ का रच्यां छन .
  दस पन्दरा दिन तलक विरोधी दल का लोग नि मानिन अर संसद जन काम अबि बि टी.वी चनेलूं मा शिफ्ट हुयूँ  छौ  त  फिर सुरक सुरक हीरा बल्द कि फाइल   लीक हूण मिसे गेन .हीरा बैल योजना क तहत इन पता चौल कि  आज का विरोधी दल न बि हीरा नाम का हजारों बल्दुं जोड़ी  बणियों मा मुफ़त मा बांटी छौ कि जां से पहाड़ी गौं मा बल्द रावन अर पहाड़ी लोग जु अब बल्द नि पल्दन उं तै हौळ लगाणै सुविधा प्राप्त ह्वाओ. हरेक हौळ लगाण पर बणियों तै कुछ शुल्क किसाण द्याला  अर बकै सरकार सब्सिडी  क रूप मा बणियों तै दीणि राली. मजे कि बात च कि सरकार रोज बणियों तै आज बि सब्सिडी दीणि   च अर आज बि उत्तराखंड का पहाड़ी गाऊँ  मा एक बि हौळो चीरा नि लगदन. बणियोंन हीरा बल्द बिजनौर, पीलीभीत ज़िना  जि बेचीं आली छौ . एकाद टी.वी चैनेल न घ्याळ बि कार कि आज कि विरोधी दल कि सरकार क  हीरा बैल योजना मा   बि अरबों रूप्या क हेरा फेरी ह्वाई पण जनता विरोधू दल क विरोध कतै नि सुणदि  त वै टी.वी चैनेल कि टी.आर पी नि बढ़ अर याँ से हीरा बैल स्कैम समाचार नि बौण .पन अब सरकारी द्लूं मा हथियार ऐ ग्याई छौ त ऊन सरकारी विज्ञापनु से हीरा बैल योजना कि बात जनता तै बताण शुरू कार.
  याँ से विरोधी दल मा कुछ डौर पैदा ह्वाई अर वून अपण रैबर्या सरकारी दल कु  नेता मा भ्याज अर फिर भै बंधी मा निर्णय लिए ग्याई कि हीरा-मोती -बैल-सांड योजना कि समीक्षा वास्ता एक कमीसन बिठाये जालु . बस तै दिन बिटेन विधान सभा चलण बिस्याई.
अर अब टीवी चैनेलु मा एकी खबर च कि 'कौन  बनेगा करोडपति ' सीरियल मा एक गरीब आदिमन दस करोड़ रूप्या जीतिन, अर हरेक समाचार चैनेल  यू सीन दिखाणु  छौ   
अमिताभ बचन- हाँ तो  आदमी  जि आप अब तलक नौ करोड़ जीति गेन  . जु आप चावन त नौ करोड़ रूप्या लेकी ड़्यार जै सकदवां . या आखरी सवाल क उत्तर द्याओ कि आप दस करोड़ रूप्या जीति  जैल

   Local, regional or community newspapers and magazines face crisis due to financial problems which, is outcome of problems of marketing.   
              John Meehan the ex editor of Hull Daily Mail wrote an article in 'What do we mean by Local?'(Edited by John Mair, Neil Fowler and Ian Reeves). In the said auricles John advised local/regional/community newspapers/magazines to reverse the crisis faced by them.
  John persuades that local/regional/community newspapers/magazines should focus on the real matters.
  John Meehan advised that the local/regional/community periodicals should always be in search of cheaper ways of printing and distribution.
  Meehan advocates that small local, regional or community dailies should be converted into weekly newspaper or magazines.  This will provide regional/local/community dailies become commercially healthy.
According to Meehan, Regional, community or local newspapers/magazines should adapt web technology and should get benefits from Internet marketing.

             Flattering means that complimenting excessively and often insincerely, especially to get favor from over praised one. Flattering is a weapon for winning the support of other. There are other names for flattering as apple polishing, wheel greasing. Social psychologists Edward e. Jones coined word' Ingratiation' and he discussed other enhancement, opinion conformity etc about the aspect of flattering.  Voltaire condemned flattering. Swift satirized flattering (B.A. Connery and K. Combe). Jeffery Jones and Ethan Thompson (Satire T.V.: Politics and Comedy in the Post-Network era) provided examples of satirizing flattering in various T.V. satire serials or satirical programs.
There have been satirical essays and other literature in Garhwali those sharply satirize flattering and over praising.
Ek Shradhanjali in Bhi (Garh Aina 5/6/1989) - Kukreti satirizes the concept of flattering and over praising through his satire prose' Ek Shradhanjali in Bhi'. One of deity a minister Vasant shri in Indra (the king of deity) expired and there is condolence meeting for his death. Every deity just touches the contribution of Vasant shri but talks more about his relationship with deity King Indra or Devendra. Lord Krishna, Vishnu, Narsingh and other deities over praise Devendra (Indra) with flattering remarks. It is one of the remarkable satires on flattering and over praising in Garhwali literature.
अब चूंकि समय ह्व़े गे आज कु श्रधांजलि समारोह समाप्त होंद . हम तै वसंत श्री क दुखद मृतु पर मौन धारण करण चयांद अर वांक उपरान्त हमारे देवराज अमर रहें , हमारे एकी राजा बस देवाधीस. जब तक सूरज,  चाँद रहेगा तब तक देवराज इंद्र का नाम रहेगा

   Vijay Madhur is fine poet of Garhwali language. He also published a couple of modern stories. Suni ar muni  (Chitthi, 21st issue) is a children story written by Vijay Madhur. Vijay Madhur explained that as you sow, shall you reap. Vijay Madhur successfully explains in story form for children that the personal consequences of one's actions are in proportion to the good or bad intentions towards other human being. The story is in line of Panchatantra a Sanskrit classic story collection suitable for teaching moral to children. Two notorious students deceived teacher by breaking chair leg and the teacher falls down from chair. The same two students get immediate results when they want to pluck.

Contribution of 'Hilans' magazine for promoting Kumauni and Garhwali Literature -8

  The editor and publisher of 'Hilans magazine Arjun Singh Gusain was always in search of new talents and subjects beneficial to Uttarakhandis.

Dali na Kata- A Garhwali poem by Yadubeer Singh Rawat cautions about mass tree cutting in Himalaya
Inni Hon?: Puran pant 'Pathik' contributed Garhwali poetry world through publishing his Garhwali poetry in Hilans as  Inni Hon?. The satirical poem is about money order economics in rural Garhwal.

Mi Kya Likhdu: A left wing famous Hindi story writer Rama Prasad Ghildiyal was also great supporter of Garhwali-Kumauni language literature. In this article, Rama Prasad put his childhood memoir in Garhwali.
Gadh Bharti a Garhwali poem by Dr. Chandra Mohan Chamoli wishes that Garhwali should get awards as Noble award'.
Vakt ki Dhai- This is the satirical Garhwali poem by Puran Pant 'Pathaik'.
