                  Social conflicts have been there from the time human formed societies. Social conflicts also bring exploitation or exploitation by one or groups create social conflicts. The definition of wiki states that Social conflict is the struggle for agency or power in the society. The social conflict happen when one or more actors/groups oppose other groups for certain or one goal. 
                Exploitation in society is to deprive other's human, religious, social or economical rights. As far as Garhwal and Kumaun is concerned, there have been lesser social conflicts and social exploitation among societies than other parts of Indian due to hard geographical conditions. However, one fact is very clear that when Rajput as Panwar or Chauhan and Brahmins as Nautiyal Bahugunas, Uniyal and Dimris settled in Garhwal they started exploiting the natives (Khasya). Later on, the society had three major castes –Brahmins, Rajput and Shilpkar.  Upper castes or Bitth society deprived Shilpkars from many rights.
              One of the major differences between upper caste and Shilpkar was that Shilpkar were not allowed to us Dola-Palki  (palanquin ) for marriage procession.  Due to Ary Samaj movement and freedom movement, Shilpkar understood their social right and they started struggle for their social rights. When Shilpkar started talking about their social rights there started social conflicts against exploitation by upper castes.  Riding by groom or bride in palanquin by Shilpkar became major source of social or class conflicts in Garhwal and Kumaun regions just before independence and after independence.
               Mohan Lal Negi wrote a fine Garhwali story 'Dola Palki'. Mohan Lal Negi took this social conflict as conflicts of social values and faith. While the story 'Amithya' (Dhad, July 1988) story by Jabar singh Kaintura takes not using 'Dola Palki' by Shilpkar as major exploitation by upper castes.  The narration and depiction style of Jabar Singh Kaintura in story 'Amithya' clearly shows the two ways of thinking among Garhwali writers.  Mohan Lal Negi was the thinker of old values of Sanatan Dharma in India and Jabar Singh Kaintura seems to be stern supporter of Karl Marx. Being a union activist in Asoka Hotel, Delhi; Jabar Singh Kaintura also brought Karl Marxism in Garhwali story.  Definitely, it maybe said the communism thinking came in Garhwali story by story writers as Jabar Singh Kaintura and Mohan Lal Dhoundiyal (both union leaders in Asoka Hotel). Kaintura portrays social conflicts and exploitation with realistic mannerism and story is one of the realistic stories of modern Garhwali fiction.  Another difference between story of Mohan Lal Negi and Jabar Singh Kaintura is that Negi's story is idealistic and the story by Kaintura is on base of realism. The storytelling style of Kaintura is more agile and with anger.

कुछ ध्यान दींद

सासु पर हूंद

- ह्यां मीन ब्वाल, मंत्री जी ! सुणणा छंवां !

- अरे टौमी की ब्व़े ! अब कै  कैक जी सूणु  ! हाई कमांड कि सूणु , मुख्यमंत्री क सूणु , विपक्षियुं सूणु , जनता क सूणु या ब्यापारियुं क सूणु या तेरी ?

- ह्यां पर टौमी क बुबा जी ! तुमि  त बुलणा छया बल हाई कमांड जादा नि सुणाओ का बान तुमन चापलूसी अर मखनबाजी क परमानेंट लेप लगायुं च अर कबि कबि पार्टी छोड़णो  धमकी क गोळि  बि तुम खांद इ छंवां .

- टौमी क ब्व़े फिर बि कबि कबि यि चापलूसी का लेप अर धमकी क गोळि बि आउटडेटेड ह्व़े जान्दन भै !

- पण मंत्री जी अर आपन मुख्यमंत्री जादा नि सुणाओ  क बान छै एम्.एल.ए यूँ पैरायीं  रखड़ी बि त पैरीं च. विपक्षियुं क बान तुमन  घात प्रतिघात का  कुखुड़ मार्यां इ छन अर फिर घाट-प्रतिघात का कुखुड़ मारणा इ रौंदवां .

-हाँ पर !

- अर जनता क रूणो - किराट, ऐड़ाट भुभ्याट नि सुण्याओ त  तुमन अपण कंदुड़ो पर लोखारो कनपट्टा ल्गायाँ इ छन फिर क्यांक मै फर इथगा जोर से रुस्याणा छंवां  ?

- अच्छा अछा ! क्या बुलणि छे, चौड़ बोल . मीम टैम नी च . ओ विधान सभा क सेसन गैरसैण मा हूणु च वांकी तैयारी मा लग्युं छौं .

- ह्यां भलो ह्वाई मीन बि  त गैरसैणै बात इ करण  छे.

- हैं ! मंत्री क कज्याण्यु   तैं  गैरसैण से क्या लीण दीण ?

- हाँ उ ठीक च कि हमर भान गैरसैण क्या कखी बि बजुर पोड़ जैन धौं !  पण वु क्या च कि

- अरे भै चौड़ बोल मी मा टैम नि च .मीन एक पहाड़ी औरतुं सम्बन्धी मीटिंग मा जाण

- हाँ त मी बुलणु छौ बल हम मंत्र्युं अर कुछ विधायकूं कज्याण्युन निर्णय ले कि हम बि गैरसैण दिखणो जौंला

- ओहो पण तुमन क्या करण उख ?

- उ क्या च कि जरा दिखदां कि गढ़वाली अर कुमाऊं का पहाड़ क्या हुन्दन .कन खड़ा रौंदन इ कुमाऊं अर गढवाल का पहाड़

- पण तु त पहाड़ का नाम से इ चिरडे जांदी छे.

- हाँ पण कबि कबि बडी बेज्जती  ह्व़े जांदी जब कवी मैदानी मंत्री क कज्याण पुछदी कि मी पहाड़ी मंत्री क वाइफ छौं त जरा पहाड़ क बारा मा कुछ बतौं .अर मै तै पहाड़ क बारा मा अ ब स बि ज्ञान नि छ.

- या त भली बात च कि तुम लोग पहाड़ का ज्ञान का खातिर गैरसैण जाण चाणा छंवां 

- धत्त ! हम गैरसैण पहाड़ का ज्ञान क बान थुका जाणा छंवां. हम त पिकनिक मनाणा  जाणा छंवां . पिकनिक क दगड्या दगड़  पहाड़ क्या हुन्दन यि बि देखी ल्योला

- क्या क्या प्लान च पिकनिक का बारा मा ?

-पैल त हम ख़ास  ख़ास जगा मा वीडियोग्रैफी करौंला  अर फिर वोमन पत्रिकाओं मा लेख छपवोंला

- फिर हमन उख द्वी किटि  पार्टी बि उरायीं छन .

-इंट्रेस्टिंग ! किटि पार्टी मा क्या प्रोग्रैम छन  ?

- पैलाक दिन त बस ताश पार्टी च . हाँ दुसर दिन हमन उख स्पेनी खाणक बणवान .

- पण गैरसैण मा स्पेनी खाणक बणाण वळ कख मीलल ?

- नै नै हमन दिल्ली क एक पिकनिक सर्विस कम्पनी तै ऑर्डर दि आल.

- अरे वाह यू त भौत इ बढिया प्रोग्रैम च

- अर अलग अलग रात्यूं कुण   हमन संगीत प्रोग्रैम धर्याँ छन

- एक रात अफ्रीकी जाज संगीत संध्या , हैंकि रात रसियन बैले  डांस अर म्यूजिक अर तिसरी  रात आयरिश फोक म्यूजिक अर डांस कु प्रोग्रैम च

- अर यांको इंतजाम ?

- दिल्ली क एक प्रसिद्ध इवेंट मैनेजमेंट कम्पनी यि सौब इंतजाम कौरली

- पण क्वी गढ़वाली अर कुमाउनी फोक म्यूजिक ..?

- तुम बि ना अबि बि गुफा मनुष्य क  ज़माना मा छंवां . मुख्य मंत्री क कज्याणि ठीकि बुलणि छे क्या धर्युं च वै पहाड़ी म्यूजिक मा .वींक बुलण सै च कि हम तै विदेसी म्यूजिक अर डांस कु ज्ञान जरुरी च

-अर फिर तीसर दिन मा ?

- वै दिन हम एक वार्ता करला. वार्ता क विषय च ' पहाड़ी औरतों की पीड़ा'

- त तुम लोगुं न उखाकी जनन्यु दगड संपर्क कौरी याल कि ना ?

- तुमर बि दिमाग खराब हु यूँ च . हम मंत्र्याणियूँ क इख ड्याराडूण  मा इके दु दु स्त्री सम्बंधित संस्था त खुल्यां छन ऊँ मादे द्वी चार अच्छा स्पीकर ली  जौंला . यू प्रोग्राम त हमन टैम काटणो खातिर धार. हम तै बोरियत नि आओ त यांक बान यू प्रोग्राम धार.

- अर हौरी क्या क्या च ?

- बस तीनि दिन त हमन गैरसैण मा पिकनिक मनाण . चौथो दिन हम इना ऐ जौंला . ये मेरी ब्व़े मीन त ब्यूटी क्लिनिक बि जाण . मी त जांदो  छौं

- ये मेरी ब्व़े ! मीन त अबि 'पहाड़ो में औरतों के लिए कामगार शिक्षा ' क प्रोग्रैम मा जाण

                  Satire is an antique concept in human society. Satirical literature is very much important for literature as a whole. A satire supporter states that the satire in oral form or satirical literature nails the issue in the head subversively. Satirist highlights the important issues humorously through oral satire or satirical literature and explodes deeper. Another supporter of satire and satire literature states that the satire is very fine and delicate instrument.  A supporting view on oral satire and satirical literature is that satire may ease the tension. A blogger names to the oral satire and satire literature as lovely firearm.
                          Chitthi (Garh Aina, 27/2/1990) by   Bhishma Kukreti is the proof that satire is an important aspect of every language literature. Food requires salt and chilies for taste and literature requires satirical literature for completing all the aspects of literature of any language. 
  Chitthi ridicules the letters written by common men and no reply from administration or politicians. Kukreti provides many hilarious examples for importance of   letters in Garhwal and cities by students or other migrated Garhwalis.  One humorous example of Chitthi is that Chanda kaka was writing letter on behalf of Sarala Bhabhi and on the courtyard; women were singing the songs of a woman teasing her husband very badly. Chanda kaka wrote the songs and its theme in the letter. There is disaster when the letter reaches to husband of Sarala Bhabhi.

उना डंड्यळ म सरला बौ अपणि खैरि लगा णि छे जाण से चंदा काका खैरि लेखी द्याओ .. पण चन्दा काका न खैरी जगा पर गीत का बोल लेखी देनी अर चिठ्ठी चलि गे गोबिंद भैजी म
There are many humorous and satirical incidents in Chitthi satirical write up.

सिपड़ी बोडी कु नाती चमनू सख्त बिमार पड़ीगे.वैते अचणचक डाऊ,उल्टी,चक्कर शुरू ह्वैगे.अबी ऊ कुल पन्दरा साल कु छौ.वै तै डाऊ अर उल्टी,चक्कर का दगड़ बुखार बि ऐगे.खटुली मा पड़ीकी ऊ लटगिणू -फरकिणू छौ.ब्वे कमला पुंगडा मा जईं छै.दाजी हंसवा ब्वाडा गोर-बखरों मा पल्या बूण जयां छाया. बुबा रामसिंह दिल्ली मा एक कंपनी मा काम करदु छौ.
           घौर मा तब सिर्फ ददी सिपड़ी बोडी ही छै.दादीन सोचि कि ह्वै सकद दाग लगी गे होलू.वा एक कागज कु पुड्या पर लूण धैरिकी पदानों ख्वाळ गै.पदान सौरु तै बोलि कि चमनू तै क्याप ह्वैगे.जरा लूण मंत्री  द्या. घुत्ता पदानजिन लूण अपणा हाथ मा पकड़ी तिबारी मा बैठिकी लूण मंत्रनू शुरू करि.ऊंका आंख्युं मा पाणि कु तरपराट ह्वैगे.दगड़ मा जमै बि ह्वैगीं.लूण मंत्रिकी बोलि कि भौत मैरम दाग लग्यूं.चमनू का मुंड मा तीन दा परोखी दियां अर आगि मा धैरिकी वै तै सुंघै कि बौं हैड पडाळी दियां.बिलकुल ठीक ह्वै जालो.
             दादीन चट्ट घौर ऐकि उनि करि जनु ब्वल्यूं छौ.पण क्वी फरक नि पड़ी.वैको डाऊ हौरि जादा ह्वैगे.रात भर ऊ ऐड़ाट करणू रहे.वल्या-पल्या ख्वाळ बिटि सब्यूं कि भीड़ लगी गे.ब्यठुलोँ कु गिल गिलाट.क्वी ब्वल्द छल़े गे होलू,क्वी ब्वल्द गणत करवाओ,पूछ करवाओ.औज्यूं ख्वाळ बिटि सग्रामु ब्वाडा तै बि बुलै.ब्वाडन तीन दा रौखाळी करे,पण बीस कु उन्नीस नि ह्वै.चमनू बिचारा कि सरि रात उठा-पोड हुईं रै. हैंका दिन सुबेर चमनू कु दाजी हंसवा ब्वाडा अपणा दगड़ संतू काका तै लिजैकि पुछेरि मा चलि गे.पतगौं मा एक पर देबी नचद बल.लोग ब्वल्दीन कि वा तात्काळी च.सब ठीक-ठीक बतै दींद.पुछेरीन ज्यून्दाळ कांसी कि थकुली मा धैरिकी  बोलि कि धूप-बत्ती अर सौ रुप्या धैरी द्या.फिर बोलि कि तुमरो क्वी पुरण्या लग्यूं.जागर लगे दियां.द्यब्ता सब कुछ बतै द्यालू क्य कन.अब ऊ वख बिटि ही जागरि का घार चलि गीं.जागरि तै लिजैकि राति जागर कु प्रोग्राम बणि गे.
               हुडकी कु घमघमाट अर कांसी कि थकुली को झंझनाट मा सबि मन्खी मस्त ह्वैगीं.कुछ द्यब्ता बणी गीं.एक द्यब्ता मा जब निवारो ल़गै त वैन बोलि कि म्यारू क्वी दोष नि छा.तुम मि तै हरद्वार नवै दियां.जामा-लामा कैरि दियां.ख़ुशी मन से मेरि सेवा दे दियां.आज बिटि ही परचू मिलि जालो. डनड्याळी मा जागर लगणा छाया अर पल्या कमरा मा चमनू कु ऐड़ाट हुयूं छौ.ईं रात बि वैका गैर हाल हुयाँ रैं.

                  Worldwide Concept of Selling Daughters for Survival
  There are many modern stories written on the subject of selling daughter by father for repaying loans in various language especially Asian languages and African languages including Garhwali. There are reports father selling daughter for repaying loan. There is a famous Thai sad story 'Daughter for Sales' about selling daughter for repaying loan. There are stories and poems in North Korean literature about selling daughter for repaying loan. The poem 'I sell my daughter for 100' by famous poet Kim Jang of North Korea stirred the literature creative and social figures. Mary M. Cameron has exclusive chapter on parents selling daughters in Nepal in the book 'On the Edge of auspicious: Gender and Caste in Nepal (pp196..).  Jill E. Korbin provides lengthy details of selling daughters in China in his book 'Child Abuse and Neglect: Cross Cultural prospective (pp -169).  Janice Stockard also provides stories of selling daughters in the book 'Daughters of Canton Delta'.  Anthony Molho et all provide the concept of selling daughters in Europe (Finding Europe). Marko Hajdinjak illustrates the concept of selling daughters in Europe (Smuggling in Southeast Europe). Charles Eliot present s cases of concept of selling daughter in Africa (The East Africa Protectorate) . These and other literature show that the concept of selling daughters for survival is quite old concept and had been there in every community. Many American literatures creative raised the issue of selling daughters in their poetries and fictions.

                       Sava Ser Panch Man: A Story of Selling Daughter for repaying Loan 
 
  Sava Ser panch Man (Hilans, August 1988) is the story written by Vijay Lingwal. Poverty is an antique aspect of humanity and human beings does many unusual thing for removing poverty or debts.  Kamal Sing took loan for one thousand bucks from Padhan when the rice was available at five kilo per rupee and now the rate is one and quarter kilo per rupee.
Padhan pursued for recovery and Kamal Sing agrees to marry his daughter with Padhan for returning the debts. His daughter Rukma expires reaching to her in laws house.
The story language is simple and with lot of Garhwali phrases.

                  आजि क्वी मुंड मुंड्याओ अर ढांड पोड़ी जावन त क्या ह्वालु. लोगुं तै बौगाणो, लोगु तै पुळयाणो बान  त मुख्यमंत्री न विधान सभा एक दिनों  सत्र  गैरसैण म धार अर बजर पोड़ी ग्याई. बजर सरकारी  पक्षौ कुण पोड़ , विपक्षौ   कुण त कवों बान घीयक घौड़ फूटि  ग्याई . गैरसैण मा सुबेर सुबेर क्या सरकारी क्या विरोधी पक्षों नेता  बगैर चिनि क या चिनि क चा घटकाणा यि छ्या कि बजर पोड़ी ग्याई . बजर कु असर यू ह्वाई कि सरकारी दल गस खैक भ्युं पोड़ी गे अर विपक्षी दल  मर्खुड्या सांडो जन डुन्करताळि मरण मिसे ग्याई  . विपक्षी सदस्यों क डुन्करताळि से गैरसैण इ  नि गज बल्क न मा ड्याराडूण अर डिल्ली क राजनैतिक डिन्ड्याळो मा बि अग्यौ  ह्व़े ग्याई. विपक्षी दल वळुन गुस्सा मा या स्वांग बस सांद जन एम्.एल.ए होस्टल को म्याळ खौण

त सरकारी दल क सदस्यों क अन्स्दार्युं से गैरसैण मा गाड गदन मा भळक ऐ गेन याने बाढ़ ऐ गे.

         एक दिनौ विधान सभा सत्रन क्या चलण छौ. विधान सभा मा अचकालौ सामयिक रिवाजौ जन इ   विपक्षी दल मुख्यमंत्री गद्दी छोड़े   क नारा लगाणा छया अर राजकीय दल किराणु छौ यां पर बहस कारो पण अचकालौ राजनैतिक रिवाजौ आदर करदा विपक्षियों न विधान सभा नि चलण द्याई. विधान सभा सत्र अनिशिचित काल  कुणि स्थगित ह्व़े ग्याई. संसद या विधान सभा नि चलण दीण अच्काल नयो फैशन या रिवाज च त कै बि राजनीतक आदिम तै क्वी शरम लाज नि आई. 

                अर ह्व़े कुछ नि छौ  बस सुबेर सुबेर एक भौ कखाकु एक अनामी साप्ताहिक क सम्पादक न अफिक अपुण अखबार गैरसैणम बाँट .  अखब़ारै   खबर छे कि 'उत्तराखंड कृषि विभाग से "पहाड़ों में राज्य कृषि नीति" की फाइल चोरी हो गयी है'.  बस सरकारी पक्षौ कुण बजर पोड़ी गे अर विपक्ष्युं कुणि घीयक घौड़ फुटि गे.

             उन मुख्यमंत्री अर कृषि मंत्री  न सुबेरी इ फोन पर पता लगै आल छौ कि सचेकि कृषि मंत्रालय से 'पहाड़ों में राज्य   कृषि नीति' क फाइल चोरि ह्व़े ग्याई. अच्काल संवाददाता बि विरोधी  दल कि भूमिका निभान्दन त मुख्यमंत्री अर कृषि मंत्री न संवाददाता सम्मलेन मा ब्वाल कि हम जानकारी हासिल करणा छंवां कि असलियत क्या च  जांको साफ़ मतबल छौ कि सचेकि  'पहाड़ों में राज्य कृषि नीति" फाइल गुम ह्व़े ग्याई अर अबि तलक कुछ बि सूद भेद नि मिलणु च .

           उख ड्याराडूण मा पलटन बजार अर रिस्पेना पुलिस चौकी मा 'पहाड़ों में राज्य कृषि नीति' फाइल चोरि क रपट लिखाए गे अर द्वी कोतवालुं न अजाण लोगुं पर  जेबकतरा, उठाईगिरी, चोरि-जारि, डकैती, लूटमार, छीनाझपटी, जबरन कैकि सम्पति तै लुटण,  कैकि जायजाद पर जबरन हक जताण, सरकारी सम्पति क नुकसान जन आदि  आदि  अभियोग  लगाये गेन. द्वी कोतवाल घंघतोळ मा  छ्या कि  कखि   'पहाड़ों में राज्य कृषि नीति' की फाइल कै राजनैतिग्य मा मी लि    त अखब़ारूं  हेडिंग होलि ' राज्नेतिग्य  अब जेबकतरा, लुटेरा, उठाईगीर, चोर, डकैत, जबरन दुसरो जैजाद पर हक जमाण वळ,  सरकारी सम्पति पर मालिकाना  हक जमाण वळ  ही ह्व़े गेन. अर द्वी कोतवालुं न स्वाच बल जु 'पहाड़ों में राज्य कृषि नीति' कि  फाइल कै अधिकारी या सरकारी कारिन्दा मा मील त अख्बारुन लिख न बल अब सरकारी कर्मचारी जेबकतरा, लुटेरा, उठाईगीर, चोर, डकैत, जबरन दुसरो जैजाद पर हक जमाण वळ, सरकारी सम्पति पर मालिकाना हक जमाण वळ ही ह्व़े गेन.

       इना सरकारी अर अधिकारी स्तर पर 'पहाड़ों में राज्य कृषि नीति' की फाइल कि खुज्या खोज ह्वाई पण कुनगस जु 'पहाड़ों में राज्य कृषि नीति' की फाइल क जूं बरोबर भी सूद भेद मीलि ह्वाऊ धौं. अर इना उत्तराखंड मा भ्युंचळ अयुं  छौ कि  'पहाड़ों में राज्य कृषि नीति' की फाइल क गुम हूणो सबूत च कि उत्तराखंड सरकार पहाड़ों क प्रति हद से जादा उदासीन च. विपक्षी दल कि  हुकां - हुकां , डुन्करताळि  पहाड़ो क घ्वीड़ काखड़ो चान्ठो अर रिक बागु उड़्यार तक पौंची गे अर रिक बाग़, घ्वीड़ काखड़ बि मुख्यमंत्री पर पहाड़ों की अनदेखी को अभियोग लगाण बिसे गेन  अर क्या  गू णि बांदर ! क्या चखुल सब्युंक एकी राय छे कि मुख्यमंत्री तै इस्तीफा दीणि चयेंद. बस मुख्यमंत्री न जगता सगती मा एक एक मनिखि आयोग गठन करी दे जु 'पहाड़ों में राज्य कृषि नीति' की फाइल खुज्यालु. मुख्यमंत्री क ददा क एक बड़ो सौकार  जजमान छौ अर वै सौकारो  नाती डा. बलबीर सिंह रावत अबि  कुछ दिन पैल कृषि विभाग से रिटायर ह्व़े छौ. बामण कथगा बि बड़ो राजा ह्व़े जाओ उ अपण ख़ास ख़ास जजमानु तै नि बिसरदो अर जजमान कथगा बि जातीय  व्यवस्था तै गाळि  द्याओ वु अपण कुल गुरु या बामणो बात नि टाळदो . बस डा. बलबीर सिंग रावत 'पहाड़ों में राज्य कृषि नीति' की फाइल खुज्याओ आयोग  का सर्वे सर्वा बौणि गेन अर चालीस  दिन की रात दिन की मेनत से

होश मा आण पर मुख्यमंत्री न पूछ , "डा. रावत आपक बुलण च कि 'पहाड़ों में राज्य कृषि नीति' की फाइल आज तक बौणि इ नी च "

डा. रावत न उत्साहित ह्वेक ब्वाल," जी हाँ ! मुख्यमंत्री  जी ! 'पहाड़ों में राज्य कृषि नीति' की फाइल  तबि बौणलि जब पहाड़ो मा  कृषि पर क्वी नीति बौणलि ."

मुख्यमंत्री न अचकचै  क पूछ, "  मतलब आज तक उत्तराखंड राज्य बणण पर 'पहाड़ों में राज्य कृषि नीति' बौणि नी च "

डा. रावत न ब्वाल, " जी हाँ कबि बि पहाड़ों मा कृषि बारा मा  पर सुच्याई नी च त कृषि नीति  क बात  क्या बात करण "

"मतबल कै बि मुख्यमंत्री क काल मा पहाड़ों मा  कृषि बारा मा सुच्याई नी च ?" मुख्यमंत्री न खौंळे क पूछ.

" जी सोळ अन सच च कि उत्तराखंड राज्य बणणो बाद कबि बि .पहाड़ों मा कृषि बाबत अधिकारी स्तर की बात त  छ्वाड़ो चपड़ासी स्तर पर  बि चर्चा नि ह्वेई " डा. रावत न अपण खोज कु खुलासा कार .

मुख्यमंत्री  न  पूछ ," पण  इख  त उत्तर  प्रदेश  सरकार से उत्तराखंड बाबत  फाइल  ट्रांसफर ह्वेक ऐन ऊं मा त कवी फाइल पहाड़ो मा कृषि बाबत रैइ ह्वेली ?"

डा रावत न भेद ख्वाल," मी लखनऊ बि ग्यों अर मीन सन बावन से सौब फाइल खुजेन  कखि  बि यू नि दिख्याई कि पहाड़ो मा कृषि पर क्वी अलग से बात ह्व़े होली. इख तलक कि मीन ब्रिटिश काल मा सन छतीस का करीब सिविल सरकार का काम काजु जांच बि कार  त कखि बि पहाड़ो मा विशेष कृषि नीति क बात ह्वाई नी च ."

"चलो यू भलो ह्वाई कि 'पहाड़ों में राज्य कृषि नीति' क फाइल  चोरी नि ह्वाई ." मुख्यमंत्री न पुळेक ब्वाल

डा. रावत न ब्वाल," त अब आप मीडिया तै बतैल्या कि ज्वा फाइल इ नी छे वींन चोरी कनकैक हूण छौ? ."

मुख्यमंत्री न बोली," दिमाग खराब हुयुं च म्यार जु मि ये गुवाक  ठुपर उठौलु . जब मीडिया अर जनता तै पता चौलल कि फाइल नि छे त मै पर दबाब पोड़ल कि उत्तराखंड  मा पहाड़ो मा कृषि बाबत काम अब त शुरू कारो. जब आज तक कैन  'पहाड़ों मा  कृषि  पर नि स्वाच त मि जि  किलै  अफुखुण आफत बुलौं  कि ये कठण काम शुरू कौरु .जन चलणु च चलण द्याओ ."

डा. रावत न घंघतोळ मा पूछ," त ?"

मुख्यमंत्री क जबाब छौ,' 'पहाड़ों में राज्य कृषि नीति' पर जख्या भंगुल  जमण द्याओ अर आप 'पहाड़ों में राज्य कृषि नीति' फाइल खुज्याणो काम तब तलक जारी राखो  जब तलक मि मुख्यमंत्री छौं ."

     There are many types of social distancing from others as Affective Social Distance, Normative Social Distance and interactive social distance. Psychologists talk about prejudice and social distance, and acculturation and social distance.
  The reasons for social distances are safety, communication, affection and threat.
     After independence, it is commonly seen that politicians meet people at the time of election and thereafter keep distance from people. In Abhinandan patra-1 (from Swasti Shri, 2011) Puran Pant Pathik one of the great satirists of Garhwali literature talks about the aspiration of people and criticizes sharply with satirical ways the politicians distancing from the people. Pant is  master in using Garhwali phrases those are sharp attack on follies.

  Late Arjun Singh Gusain has three daughters and one son and he always used to say that his fifth child is 'Hilans' a monthly magazine dedicated to Uttarakhand movement and Garhwali-Kumaun language literature promotion. 
  Hilans a monthly magazine published by Gusain took the task of language literature of Garhwali and Kumauni. The Hilans is proof that Arjun Singh Gusain was supporter of following majors for protecting the languages those are in danger.
Arjun Singh Gusain always encourages articles encouraging adults speaking Garhwali and Kumauni as measure of language revitalization or avoiding language endanger.
Arjun Singh understood that written literature in Garhwali and Kumauni languages is helpful in language revitalization or avoiding language endanger.
Arjun Singh Gusain wrote about people should talk in their own languages as step of language revitalization or avoiding language endanger.
Arjun Singh Gusain always persuaded that Uttar Pradesh government and later on Uttarakhand government should take measures for language revitalization or avoiding language endanger in context of Garhwali and Kumauni languages as Kumauni and Garhwali speakers have been declining day by day.

                  Bhishma Kukreti is one of the signatures of developing modern Garhwali Stories. Abodh Bandhu states that he brings newer subject in the modern Garhwali story world. 'Data ki Bwari Kan Dukhyari (Hilans, August, 1983) by Kukreti is about Data gets married and he had to leave her wife immediately as he has to join his duty in Lucknow. His wife fells ill and the medical practitioners   along with folk ritual practitioners  are fail to understand the problem of just married woman. When Taranath Dalya comes to village and tells the truth the villagers take action. In this woman psychological story, Kukreti uses fast story telling technique. Kukreti also depicts the concept of individual's pain is social pain in rural Garhwal of sixties and before. Kukreti creates a strange village image (commonly found in rural Garhwal) in this story of woman psychology. Kukreti is successful in characterization in shorter maaner.  Garhwali phrases used in this woman psychological story accelerate the story and create images of rural Garhwal.
