             It is misbelieve that political candidates do exaggerated promises to the citizens or voters. In fact before opening election campaign, the politicians promise to those who offer election fund to them for election. In a Garhwali satirical article 'Vayda to Nibhana ', satirist Bhishma Kukreti satirizes the politicians for their promises to goons, smugglers, traders engaged in unfair business, alcohol mafia, contractors etc.   Kukreti states humorously that the politicians assure the goons that after win he shall protect their interests.
       Kukreti uses narration in such way that as if he was meeting each politician.

The satire also talks about need of election fund for election campaign and politicians get funds from smugglers, goons, unfair businessmen, hoarders.

             कै बि देसै प्रगति-बढ़ोतरी, रक्षा  माँ सरकार की चेतना, जनता की चेतना द्वीइ जरूरी होंदन . अर  यि एक हैंक पर असर डाळणा रौंदन .

यु दिखे ग्याई बल रक्षाक मामला माँ हम आम लोग फकोरिक बौंहड़ सियां रौंदा अर हम तै पोड़ी बि नि रौंदी बल सरकार रक्षा मामला मा कथगा चितळ च . इख तलक कि हमारा नेता जु फोकटौ  फड्याण मा रोज वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड तुडणा रौंदन अर रोज ऐं वै बुलण मा वर्ल्ड रिकौर्ड बणाणा  इ रौंदन वूं तै बि नि पता कि रक्षा क्या होंदी . पोर परार न्यूक्लियर डील  बिल पास होणै दै सब्युं पोल खुल कि जो न्यूक्लियर डील बिल समर्थन करणा छ्या अर जो विरोध करणा छया दुयुं तै नि छौ पता कि न्यूक्लियर डील  छ क्या च? बस द्वी पाळी वळा ढोल दमौ त  बजौणा  छा अर कै नि पता कि हम जु ढोल दमौ बजौणा छ्न्वां यु संग्रांदी बजौण च कि बरजात खुलणो  बजाणा छंवां 

जनता मा रक्षा प्रति चेतना कथगा इ तरां से आंद .

  एक जरिया हमारा पत्रकारिता संसार बि च . जु जनता मा रक्षा प्रति लोगुं तै चितळ करांदु . पण मै नि लगदु प्रजातन्त्रौ चौथु खाम यिं जुमेवारी निभाणु च . एकाद टीवी न्यूज चैनेल छोड़िक बकै चैनेल  त सोप ओपेराओं का एजेंट छन .

    हम सबि जाणदा भोळै लड़े दारुम्दार वायु सेना पर इ रालो अर हम तै जादा ना सै थोड़ा भौत पाकिस्तान अर चीनै वायुसेना शक्ति कु  ज्ञान जरूरी च . किलै कि हमारी जन चेतना सरकारी चेतना वास्ता जरूरी च . अर यांकुण पत्रकारों तै बि अपण मिळवाक दीण जरूरी च।

पण जादातर हमारो  पत्रकार समाज सियुं सि दिख्यांद .

हमारा पत्रकार इन खुज्याण मा त अग्वाड़ी रौंदन कि कतरीना कैफ कु बचपनौ नाम क्या छौ पण यी पत्रकार  इन बताण मा शरमै जान्दन कि चीनौ एयर फ़ोर्स कु नाम 'पीपल'स लिब्रेसन आर्मी एयर फ़ोर्स ' च

हमारी जनता बि कम नी च हम तै यो पता च कि फलाणों फ़िल्मी ऐक्टरो बंगला कथगा बड़ो च पण गौ बुरी चीज जो हम तै खबर ह्वाओ कि चीनी हवाई सामरिक शक्ति अमेरिका, रूस का बाद दुनिया मा तीसरी बड़ी शक्ति च।

पत्रकार यी जरूर बथांदन कि शाहरुख खान का कथगा चौकीदार छन पण इन बथांद दै यूं पत्रकारों गिच पर बुज्यड़ जांदो कि चीन क एयर फ़ोर्स माँ तकरीबन 3, 3,30000 वायु सैनिक अर 26000 नाविक वायु सैनिक छन .   

हमारा देसौ पत्रकार इन ढोल बजै बजैक बथांदन फलाणा टी वी सीरियल का सेट मा इथगा अलमारी , इथगा सोफा सेट , इथगा कुर्सी छन पण इन बताणो बगत पर यि पत्रकार मूंड तौळ बीड़ी पीण बिसे जांदन कि चीनौ एयर फ़ोर्स मा 2500 से बिंडी एयरक्राफ्ट छन अर नेवल फ़ोर्स मा 570 से बिंडी एयरक्राफ्ट छन

हमारा जागरूक पत्रकार ऐश्वर्या राय -बच्चन अर करीना -सैफऔ ब्यौ मा एक एक चीजौ अंतर बथाण मा एक हैंकाक दगड़ मारकाटी प्रतियोगिता करदन पण चीन अर भारतौ एयर फोर्सुं मा क्या क्या अंतर च की बातौ बारा मा ना त गिच खुल्दन ना इ कलम पैऴयांदन।

  हमारा पत्रकार अमिताभ बच्चन का ड्यारो भूगोल का बारा मा तजबिज से दसो पना मा व्योरा दीन्दन  पण ये मेरी ब्वे चीनौ एयर फ़ोर्स बेजिंग मिलिट्री रीजन , चेंगडु मिलिट्री रीजन, गुआन्ग्झू  मिलिट्री रीजन ,जिनान मिलिट्री रीजन,लानझोऊ मिलिट्री रीजन, नानजिंग  मिलिट्री रीजन,सेन्यांग  मिलिट्री रीजन, 15 वीं एयरबोर्न कोर्प्स माँ प्रशाशनिक ढांचा मा बंटी च लिखद दै यूं पत्रकारों स्याई सूख जांदी .

  हमारा पत्रकार कै फिलमौ रिसर्च कै तरां से हुणि च की खोज मा  दिन रात लग्याँ रौंदन अर बथान्दन कि यशराज फिल्म की रिलीज से अजय देवगन पर क्या फरक  पोड़ल पण  चीन की नई वायु सेना शक्ति से भारत पर क्या फरक पोड़ल खुज्याणों बगत पर इ लोग बैंकोग पटाया जात्रा पर चली जांदन .

  वो समौ अब नि रै गे कि रक्षा की चेतना सरकारी महकमा तक सीमित राव आज समौ ऐ ग्याई कि हम बि रक्षा का मामला मा थ्वड़ा  भौत चितळ रौंवां। सबि जुमेवारी सरकारऔ मौणि मा धरण ठीक नि होंदी बल्कण मा कुछ जुमेवारी अपण मुंड मा धरण बि जरूरी होंद , जन की चीन की सामरिक शक्ति बारा मा जनता तै बि सजग रौण  चएंद . जनता की सजगता ही सरकार तै सही निर्णय दिलाण मा सहायक होंदी .

                   Narayan Datt Tiwari ex chief minister of Uttarakhand is connected with many scandals.  One of the great Indian satirists Puran Pant Pathik attacks indirectly on the behaviors of powerful person as Narayan Datt Tiwari. Humorously, Pant states that power is for influence to job get done but here the power is channelized for lust. Pant also satirizes on distribution of government posts to undesired or non capable people in Uttarakhand and people on higher post were not interested in solving the problems of unemployment or other works need for the society.

वो त मेरो नाड़ो छ जैकी गैड खुलि नि सकणी छ तुमसे। तुम्हारो बस चलदो त .....? अहा कन भला मनखी छंयां तुम हैं .

The language is totally indirect ways of telling the truth (metaphorical uses of phrase. In this satirical write up, the character (Narayan Datt Tiwari) is speaking about himself (without telling his name).

       परसि बिटेन जख जाओ तख भारत माँ चर्च्याण इ चर्च्याण (चर्चा ) फैलीं च बल नयो अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति नीत्युं से भारत पर क्या असर ह्वाल ? पथरों तौळा कीड़ा बि चर्च्याण्या (चर्चा कर  रहे हैं ) छन बल क्या अमेरिका बिटेन भारत माँ  कीड़ मारणों नयी नयी दवा आलि   या  ह्वे सकद च बल अमेरिका बिटेन कुछ इन नया कीड़ आल कि वू भारत मा भारत का स्थानीय कीड़ो से जादा  नुकसान द्याला . जन कि पी ऍल कोटा मा  अमेरिकी  ग्युं दगड़  कौंग्रेस घास (महाराष्ट्र मा  यी नुकसान दीन्देर कुणजो जन घासौ नाम कौंग्रेस घास च) बि आयी अर आज किसानो खेति अर बौणो डाळ निपटाण मा सबसे अग्वाड़ी च।

    किंग फिशरौ मलया त पुऴयाणु च कि विदेसी निवेश (ऍफ़ डी आइ ) का नाम पर ओबामा जी भारत क अगास पर अमेरिकी कब्जा कौरी  दयाल।

  कोयला की कोठड़ी मा जौं जौं तै अपण मुख काळु करणों ऐवज मा कोयला ब्लॉक मीलि छौ ,वो क्वीला क बेशरम , बेहया दलाल  त खुस छन बल  वै ब्लॉक तै अमेरिकी कंपन्यु तै हजारो गुणा दाम मा बेचिक ओबामा जीक अमेरिकी ब्यापार मा   गिरावट  की परेशानी दूर करे जावो।

  भारतीय संस्कृति विभाग का कारिंदा खुस छन कि ओबामा जीक कृपा दृष्टि भारतीय संस्कृति पर इनि बणी रालि अर सबि अमेरिकी व्यापारिक फाउन्डेसन भारत की संस्कृति मंडलियों तै खूब सहायता मौ मदद द्याला जां भारत मा बच्यां खुच्यां जगों पर बि वैलेंटाइन डे , न्यू यियर मनये जालो .

पर्यावरण वादी बि खुस छन कि ओबामा प्रदत्त  अमेरिकी इमदाद से अमेरिकी हिसाबन भारत मा भारतक पर्यावरण की रक्षा करे जालि।

  इखमा कम्यूनिस्टो क्या कै बि भारतीय तै शंका नी च बल हमारी वित्तीय नीति व्हाईट हाउस का हिसाबन  इ चौललि। हमारा वित्त मंत्री ओबामा का बयानु हिसाब से भारतीय बजट पेश कारल .

  ओबामा की कृपा दृष्टि से भारतीय विद्वान् विद्यार्थी भारत छोड़िक अमेरिका पलायन कौरल . ओबामा जी इन्डियन ब्रेन ड्रेन की गति जर्वत से जादा इ बढाला .

  ओबामा जी हमारी सरकार पर अवश्य ही  एकोनोमिकल रिफोर्म तै अग्वाड़ी बढ़ाणो प्रेस्सर द्याला अर भारत का छ्वटा अर मध्यम श्रेणी का उद्योग भारत बिटेन चम्पत ह्वे जाला अर हम भगवानो मूर्ति, आचमनी,पूजौ चौकल , नाळ, पंचांग  दुबल कुणज बि उन्ना देसु (विदेस) से मंगाणो  विवस ह्वे जौला 

  हाँ  हमारी देर से न्याय दीणै व्यवस्था  अर पेचीदि न्याय व्यवस्था पर ओबामा जीकि क कुछ  नि चलण। 

खनन मंत्रालय की नीति पर बि राहू केतु जन अमेरिकी वक्र दृष्टि राली ही।

  आई एम् ऍफ़ अर वर्ल्ड बैंक भारतीय ग्रामीण विकास की दशा अर दिशा निर्धारित कारल याने कि भारतीय ग्रामीण विकास मा बि अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति की दखलंदाजी त रालि ही .

भारत मा पेंसन बिल पास हूण से ओबामा जी खुस ह्वाला किलैकि अमेरिकी बैंक या इन्सुरेंस कंपनी इ त भारतीय  पेंसनेरु पैसा पर सट्टा लगाला .

   आउट सोर्सिंग का मामला अलग च इखमा हमारो आउट सोर्सिंग उद्यम बगैर भारतीय  सरकारी मदद से ओबामा जीक नीत्युं दगड़ अफिक लोहा ल्यालो .

  हमारी स्टील नीति , कपड़ा नीति, शहरी विकास नीति, तेल अर गैस नीति ,आयात निर्यात नीति ,   विदेस नीति , रक्षा नीति पर त अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति क दखलंदाजी की पूरी संभावना छन

                    The Garhwali satirist Bhishma Kukreti satirizes the society for lacking of trust on its own constituents. Kukreti states humorously that the mother is afraid of offering her own milk to her child that he may cut her nipple and son does not trust her mother that whether there is milk or not on her nipple. Kukreti ridicules people who always find mistrust on other's act or suggestion.  Kukreti provides many examples for proofing his case.

       Kukreti exaggerates in few cases and in few cases; he provides realistic examples for showing the importance of trust and creditability in the society. Kukreti uses many Garhwali phrases (figurative langue) for making the article humorous.

लोग भरम मा छ्या कि उत्तराखंड पहाड़ी प्रदेश च भलो ह्वाई चीमा जीको अर कौशिक जीक जौन बथाई कि पहाड़ी लोग मैदानों तै चुसणा छन।

जौं तै उत्तराखंडी लोग नि  जाणदन वूइ इखाक राज्यसभौ सीट लैक हून्दन

प्रवास्युं कुण उत्तराखंड एक पर्यटन लैक जगा नी च बल्कणम नागर्जा नर्सिंग  पुजणों स्थान च अर प्रवास्युं तै इख पूजै बान जबरदस्ती पर्यटक बौणिक आण पोडद निथर प्रवास्युं कुण प्रवास्युं कुण हिमाचल प्रदेश पर्यटनो कुण जादा तर्कसंगत अर रौन्तेली जगा च .

पैल इखाक गदनो मा पाणि रौंद छौ अब गाड गदनु मा शराब बगदी .

उन त  गौं का तकरीबन सबि  गौड़ बल्दुं तै  पलायनौ बाघ खै गे अर गल्ति से कुछ बच्यां बि छन त  कुछि सालम यूं गौड़ी भैंस्युं तै पलायन बाघ दाड़ी (भाकोरना ) ल्यालो।उत्तराखंड मा रसायनी मोळ अर कीड़ मरणों दवै नुक्सानदिवा च त हमन खेती करण बंद करी दे . भै हम त नियम धियमुं मा विश्वास जु करदां

चूंकि अब इख खेती पाती बंद ह्वे ग्यायी त इखाक रास्ट्रीय खाण्क चाऊ माऊ ह्वे ग्यायी .

कति ठेकेदार रूणा रौंदन कि  छतीसगढ़ , झारखण्ड या उड़ीसा जन  खनन उत्तराखंड मा बि स्वीकृत होंद  त उत्तराखंड माँ कथगा इ चूना गेट , पथर गेट आबंटन हूंदा त कथगा मजा आंदो .

अचकाल हम तै अपण संस्कृति दिखणो  बान सरकारी प्रदर्शनी जन कि ग्रीष्म मेला या शीत मेला की जग्वाळ करण पोडद या टीवी चैनेलो प्रोग्रैम दिखण पोड़दन

आजौ समौ मा कुमाउनी अर गढ़वाऴयूं तै चीन से  रक्षा की डौर नी च बल्कणम यी लोग चिंतित छन कि लेंटिना झाड़ी , गूणी , बान्दरो अर सुंगरों से कनै रक्षा करे जावु

पहाड़ी लोग  सुबेर बिटें स्याम तलक  गूणी बांदर भजांदन अर रात सुंगर भजाणा रौंदन त  मानव संसाधन मंत्रालय अन्वेषण मा लग्यां छन कि यूं  पहाड्यु जंगली जानवर भगाणो उत्पादन शीलता कनै बढ़ाए जावो .

हरेक सरकार बुलणि रौंदी कि विरोधी दल सरकार तै कारगार विकासोन्मुख योजना नि बणाण  दींदी अर जनता च कि विरोधी दल तै बि वोट दीणि रौंदी

हमारो उत्तराखंड प्रदेश को फिस्कल डेफिसिट उथगा जादा नी च जथगा महारास्ट्र को फिस्कल डेफिसिट च। पण हमारी सरकार  कटिबद्ध च कि  आज ना भोळ हम वित्तीय घाटा मा शिरमौरी प्रदेश बौणि जौंवा।वित्तीय घाटा मा टॉप मा हूणो बान  प्रदेश सरकारन   योजना आयोग से  कथगा दै दरख्वास्त बि कार अर करदी इ रालि

उत्तराखंड सरकार गाँवों गाँवों मा डाक्टर कंपोडर  भिजण त चाणी च पण अचकालौ छ्वारा गां  जाण इ नि चांदन त विकल्प मा ग्रामीण अस्पतालों सफाई कर्मचारियों तै ग्रामीण चिकित्सा को उत्तरदायित्व दिए गे , अन्वेषण से सिद्ध ह्वाई कि डिग्रीधारी डाक्टरों मुकाबला मा सफाई कर्मचार्युं चिकित्सा जादा असरकारी च .

सरकार पहाड़ो बागवानी तै बढ़ावा दीणो वास्ता वचनबद्ध च इलै फ़ूड प्रोसेसिंग का छपरा भौत सि जगा बांधे गेन पण पहाड़ी छन कि सरकार की मंशा पर शक करदन अर बागवानी नि लगांदन . यां से सरकारी फ़ूड प्रोसेसिंग का कर्मचारी रुड्यू मा बि घाम तपणा रौंदन .

सूचना प्रसारण का वास्ता ग्रामीण कानाफूसी , अफवाह केंद्र खुल्यां छन अर भली भांति अपण उत्तरदायित्व निभाणा छन .

मनरेगा आदि मा भ्रष्टाचार जन  लघु उद्योग अर ट्रांसफर जन मध्यम उद्योग सरकारी मदद से विकासोन्मुख छन।.

जख तलक ऊर्जा  को सवाल च गंगा प्रदूषण बचावो आन्दोलन से उत्तराखंड की सरा ऊर्जा चुसे गे त अचकाल जनता अर सरकार उर्जाहीन अवस्था मा च।

पर्यटन बढानो बान हमारा पर्यटन मंत्री, पर्यटन सचिव  विदेस मा जैक अन्वेषण करणा इ रौंदन चूँकि अबि तलक बारा सालों मा कैकी बि रिपोर्ट नि आयी त उत्तराखंड पर्यटन उत्तरप्रदेश को ढर्रा पर यि चलणु च भलो हो जु कुछ प्राइवेट ओपरेटर थोड़ा बहुत मदद सरकार तै दीणा इ छन .

उत्तराखंड सरकार  ग्लोबलाइजेसन का सिद्धांत तै माणदि त बच्चों विकासौ ठेका प्राइवेट स्कूलों तै दीणो बान एज्युकेसनो प्रावेटिजेसन पर खूब जोर च .

उत्तराखंड सरकार चांदी कि उत्तराखंड राज्य आधुनिक राज्य बौणो इलै राज्य मा द्कीयानूसी खेल या पारम्परिक खेल खतम ह्वे गेन अर क्रिकेट जन नया खेलु से समय बितान्दन .

हमारी सरकार अपण पुराणा आणा , पख्याणो  की रक्षा बान प्रतिबद्ध च  त सरकार नि चांदी कि या  पुराणि कहावत ' पहाड़ का पानी और पहाडो का युवा मैदानों की तरफ बहता है  "  निमड़ी जावो , ख़तम ह्वे जावो। इलै अबि बि पहाड़ो मा पाणि त्राहिमाम होणि रौंद .

इखाक लोग बड़ा राष्ट्रभक्त छन इलै यूनं अपण दुधबोली भाषा छोड़ि आल अर अब यूंकि मातृभाषा हिंदी च।

  हमारा मुख्यमंत्री संस्कृत अर संस्कृति प्रेमी छन इलै संस्कृत इखाकि राजभाषा च अर इन सुणन मा आयि कि चूंकि पारम्परिक पंडितो न संस्कृत पढन छोड़ि दे छे त कर्मकांड पूजा बान अब पंडित अर मजदूर आयात कर्याणा छन।

ये सालौ बरख पूजी आल हैंक साल बि यनी बरसफल रालो त ये बरसफल तै संबाळिक रख्यां रैन

                     In this satirical article (in the form of journalistic reporting), the satirist Prakash Dhashmana discusses about black making the political leaders tactics by Nortu (may be journalist or power broker).The black maker or  Nortu meets the close aide of political leaders and gets embarrassing information about politicians and then Nortu takes money or share from the said politicians. Nortu many times uses the information for supporting or opposing politicians at the time of election. 
    The article does not have humor and required figure of speeches to make the article powerful satirical article.

                Jagdish Devrani is a story writer who believes in writing conventional stories.  Dharrmu and Shanta are poor married couple who are four children. Rupa is eldest daughter of Dharmu and Shanta. People like both the couple. Rupa is beautiful girl. All her friends are married. But at this age, Rupa is still unmarried. Once, Vasanti a married childhood friend of Rupa comes to her mother village and asks Rupa about her parents not interested to marry Rupa.    Rupa comes to know the reason that her family is poor family and the boys are interested to marry girls from prosperous family. Vasanti the childhood friend of Rupa helps the family to get suitable boy for Rupa. Rupa is now married to a most prosperous boy in the area. 
                The story is written in simple style and the style and theme are similar to Hindi stories of pre independence era. The language is dominated by Hindi words and it looks as if the wrier first thinks in Hindi and translates those thought into Garhwali.

    किंग फिशरौ मलया त पुऴयाणु च कि विदेसी निवेश (ऍफ़ डी आइ ) का नाम पर ओबामा जी भारत क अगास पर अमेरिकी कब्जा कौरी  दयाल।

  कोयला की कोठड़ी मा जौं जौं तै अपण मुख काळु करणों ऐवज मा कोयला ब्लॉक मीलि छौ ,वो क्वीला क बेशरम , बेहया दलाल  त खुस छन बल  वै ब्लॉक तै अमेरिकी कंपन्यु तै हजारो गुणा दाम मा बेचिक ओबामा जीक अमेरिकी ब्यापार मा   गिरावट  की परेशानी दूर करे जावो।

  भारतीय संस्कृति विभाग का कारिंदा खुस छन कि ओबामा जीक कृपा दृष्टि भारतीय संस्कृति पर इनि बणी रालि अर सबि अमेरिकी व्यापारिक फाउन्डेसन भारत की संस्कृति मंडलियों तै खूब सहायता मौ मदद द्याला जां भारत मा बच्यां खुच्यां जगों पर बि वैलेंटाइन डे , न्यू यियर मनये जालो .

पर्यावरण वादी बि खुस छन कि ओबामा प्रदत्त  अमेरिकी इमदाद से अमेरिकी हिसाबन भारत मा भारतक पर्यावरण की रक्षा करे जालि।

  इखमा कम्यूनिस्टो क्या कै बि भारतीय तै शंका नी च बल हमारी वित्तीय नीति व्हाईट हाउस का हिसाबन  इ चौललि। हमारा वित्त मंत्री ओबामा का बयानु हिसाब से भारतीय बजट पेश कारल .

  ओबामा की कृपा दृष्टि से भारतीय विद्वान् विद्यार्थी भारत छोड़िक अमेरिका पलायन कौरल . ओबामा जी इन्डियन ब्रेन ड्रेन की गति जर्वत से जादा इ बढाला .

  ओबामा जी हमारी सरकार पर अवश्य ही  एकोनोमिकल रिफोर्म तै अग्वाड़ी बढ़ाणो प्रेस्सर द्याला अर भारत का छ्वटा अर मध्यम श्रेणी का उद्योग भारत बिटेन चम्पत ह्वे जाला अर हम भगवानो मूर्ति, आचमनी,पूजौ चौकल , नाळ, पंचांग  दुबल कुणज बि उन्ना देसु (विदेस) से मंगाणो  विवस ह्वे जौला 

  हाँ  हमारी देर से न्याय दीणै व्यवस्था  अर पेचीदि न्याय व्यवस्था पर ओबामा जीकि क कुछ  नि चलण। 

खनन मंत्रालय की नीति पर बि राहू केतु जन अमेरिकी वक्र दृष्टि राली ही।

  आई एम् ऍफ़ अर वर्ल्ड बैंक भारतीय ग्रामीण विकास की दशा अर दिशा निर्धारित कारल याने कि भारतीय ग्रामीण विकास मा बि अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति की दखलंदाजी त रालि ही .

भारत मा पेंसन बिल पास हूण से ओबामा जी खुस ह्वाला किलैकि अमेरिकी बैंक या इन्सुरेंस कंपनी इ त भारतीय  पेंसनेरु पैसा पर सट्टा लगाला .

   आउट सोर्सिंग का मामला अलग च इखमा हमारो आउट सोर्सिंग उद्यम बगैर भारतीय  सरकारी मदद से ओबामा जीक नीत्युं दगड़ अफिक लोहा ल्यालो .
